⭐ 1/5 - A Nightmare Stay! This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. Where do I even begin? Filthy Rooms – The room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I even found hair in the sink from a previous guest. Absolutely unacceptable! Horrible Service – The staff couldn’t care less about guests. Every request was ignored or met with an attitude. It took over an hour to get extra towels, and when they finally arrived, they were damp and smelled bad. Noisy and Uncomfortable – Walls are paper-thin; I could hear every conversation from the next room and footsteps all night. The bed was so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on rocks. I woke up with back pain every morning. Terrible Food – The breakfast buffet was an absolute joke. Cold, stale, and barely edible. I wouldn’t even serve this to my worst enemy. False Advertising – The pictures online are a complete lie. The pool was closed, the gym was unusable, and the “luxury” amenities were nonexistent. Unsafe and Unhygienic – I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was a health hazard. There were bugs in the room, broken furniture, and an overall feeling of neglect. Save yourself the frustration and stay FAR away from this place. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!

Not clean and never disembarkable, I would never advise anyone to go to this hotel.
