Was a very nice place to stay. Plenty of hot water and a good night's rest. Really close to the Ark Encounter and a 45 minute drive to the Creation Museum.

Room was clean but needs updating. Needs new HVAC unit, more electrical outlets so a power strip is not needed for the microwave and coffee maker.

Very clean, very friendly and breakfast was a super bonus. My only concern is that the walls are very thin between rooms and you can hear everything. Luckily, everyone in the next room went to bed early, like we did and they were quiet the remainder of the night. We were road weary and the beds were very comfortable. Very nice owner/operator and breakfast was wonderful!
