Trip was okay. Bathroom smell like an old mop water. Hallways smelled like weed. Ac vents were broken. They are currently under construction but wasn’t mentioned during booking process. Elevators had pieces of carpet zip tied to the rails and the flooring was cracked and broken which was a huge safety hazard for kids. The heating element for the pool and jacuzzi was broken. My last night, I ended up getting sick so I was stuck in the hotel all day. There was construction work being done the whole time so I couldn’t sleep because of the constant banging and noise. Location is good but I will not return to hotel.

The hotel is in a safe area. The hotel was recently updated and the lobby and dining areas are very beautiful and modern. The tile is cracked in the elevators which can be expected when you tile an elevator floor. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The water was green with black crap floating in it. They tried to shock it the next day which made it green and cloudy. They should have drained it, scrubbed it and refilled it. It’s a very small pool also. The first day we were there we put out our do not disturb sign, but after that we didn’t and no one came and restocked our room we had to ask them too. While the lobby had been updated the rooms had not been and the furniture was very dated and scuffed. You also have to pay for breakfast which wasn’t really a dealbreaker because we ate out most of the time.

The hotel is a ten out of ten hotel. The room is very nice and very clean. The property is very clean and the parking is spacious. It's very easy to get to right off main road. Close to shopping and nice places to eat. I will definitely stay there again. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The front entrance and lobby looked great! Staff were helpful and friendly. They were renovating I’m sure all of the hotel will look beautiful soon. With the renovation going on didn’t look it’s best and some funny smells. The bathroom did smell like chlorine/bleach but could be worse. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not working because the boiler was broken. We got this hotel because of the indoor pool. That was a bummer. Breakfast was not included it was $13.99 per person all you can eat. But that’s not great for kids. Despite that room was comfortable and had a good nights rest. Primos is across the way and was delicious and well priced.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Very clean. Very good rates. Did not charge a fee for my 2 dogs. Was on the 2nd floor. Could not hear anyone moving around above or in the hall. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were all provided. It was very good quality too. They offer free bottles of water in the lob. The room was also cool. Bed was a little harder than I like but it was still comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. There’s also a really nice walking path right by the hotel with a fountain and pond. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

This location doesn't live up to the Hilton reputation. We have come here multiple times over the past 6 years, but it's apparent that deferred maintenance has taken its toll, and it no longer deserves its 3 star rating. Our room's bathroom needed recaulking, refinishing between the shower tiles and wallpaper. The carpet needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable. We were there 3 nights, and the room was not serviced any of those 3 days. There was a small black caterpillar in the hallway, and we also found one in our room. The exercise room was in bad shape. The tile was broken up against one wall; the ceiling tiles were stained in several places, one of the two treadmills was out of service, there was no water cups available for use. This facility needs some attention. The personnel weren't the problem.

It was a best of friendly, helpful staff, a worst of follow through and housekeeping. When there were no carts, the head of housekeeping help me carry in my luggage and the head of maintenance ended up taking them back to my car. You have to request housekeeping through the front desk, but even though I did, it didn’t happen. I needed my sheets changed, so when housekeeping did a no show, I had to sleep on the sheets I had requested be changed. I requested a refill on coffee pods, they refilled with tea and decaf. I exited the elevator my last night to sacks of garbage. They, and four more garbage sacks on down the hall, were still there 15 hours later when I checked out. The management and staff were very personable and the overall condition of the hotel was immaculate. The spa, pool, lobby, etc, couldn’t have been nicer. The issues appeared limited to my section of my floor. Because the trip was booked through Hotels.com, the manager was unable to process a refund. I feel like a paid a premium price for an economy experience. No, come to think of it, even at an economy motel I’d be upset about the front desk not making sure an issue had been addressed after it was reported in a timely manner.

Staff was very courteous. I noticed that the wall around the light switch in the bathroom needed a good cleaning. The handle on the refrigerator was sticky. There is a layer of dust on the carpet behind the chair in the corner and needs to be vacuumed. There is also blood smeared on the headboard. I thought is was woodgrain at first but realised after the second night what it was. Bed linen and towels were clean.

I've stayed here a year ago, and it was a much better experience then. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the stay. We were billed for breakfast despite having prepaid for it through Expedia when booking. The 3rd floor bathroom drainage in both the sink and bathroom was very slow. The bathtub had not been cleaned and was very evident once the water started backing up. There were signs that the property is currently undergoing renovations, so I hope the plumbing issues will be addressed with that.

There were lady bugs in my room, a stain in the shower, & the entire wood panel on the left side of the night stand was hanging off. I was on my deathbed with a migraine so I didn’t even request a new room. Pictures available. Staff was nice.

Mini fridge did not work. The food we brought went bad. Microwave didn't work, so we couldn't even eat the food we brought before it went bad. Mold in the shower. AC would not go below 74 degrees. The sheet did not fit the bed... It was either queen or single on a king bed. All in all, not a pleasant stay at all!

The lobby was nice, but the rooms were dated. We were put into three different room options all were underwhelming. The first had a rollaway bed, smell, and dirty shower. The second one was dark, and the third had a random half drank coke bottle left inside. Most of the staff was nice though. Not worth the nightly rate.

Very nice staff, spacious room with a nice view. Walking trails to restaurants, dog friendly. Someone smoked in their bathroom at night with the fan on causing smoke issues in other rooms but the staff was trying their best to find the culprit & brought air purifiers to our rooms at 2am to try & help. They also offered to move people to other rooms. I would suggest a holder for the TP & hand towel but we would stay here again. Not the staffs fault that some jerk decided to smoke in a smoke free hotel.

This was our second stay at this property. The 1 st was amazing. The second one was just OK. Everything was exceptional, except the AC. The a/c would never get to the temperature we set the thermostat at. I know we probably could have changed rooms, but it was late and we were to tired.

The manager had no customer service skills. When we arrived the tv did not work. Maintenance had to replace a cable. The refrigerator did not work and had to be replace. There was no one who could help my 77 year old wife get on the wifi service offered. The telephone said we were in room 106 when actually we were in room 229. Front desk day people need to learn customer service instead of running to the GM who basically put his finger in my wife's face and told her to either shut up or he would have us escorted off the property. The list goes on but these are some of the highlights of our stay. The property is beautiful but the majority of the staff we encountered need better training. The Maintenace man I think his name was Jerome was the highlight of our stay as he actually knew how to handle the situations thrown at him and did it professionally and with a smile. I would not recommend anyone stay here until the people directly working with the customers who pay their salaries know how to interact.

This property was beautiful! I didn't spend a lot of time on site but the view out of my window with the sunrise was gorgeous. It was easy to park, check in, and get to my room and I was thankful for this because I arrived late at a night and was travelling alone. Everything was well lit so I felt as safe as I could feel. My room was comfortable and clean as well.

I liked the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison location. I also liked the convenient parking. My room was nice and clean. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast service that was available. Please include the breakfast option as apart of your reservation, it is less expensive that way. If you are visiting Jackson State University this is the hotel to stay at.

I liked the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison location. I also liked the convenient parking. My room was nice and clean. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast service that was available. Please include the breakfast option as apart of your reservation, it is less expensive that way. If you are visiting Jackson State University this is the hotel to stay at.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was OK, pretty standard fare, but the eggs were good. The main thing was the accommodation they made despite our having to leave early, very much appreciated especially for a non-Honors guest. Great job! We'll be back! Highly recommended.

Room was clean and spacious. We did not have a tub for me to give my toddler a bath and we didn’t realize that breakfast was not free. This hotel was just one stay in a week long family vacation and when booking hotels I looked for ones that said “provides breakfast” while they did provide it, I didn’t realize I would be having to pay separately from my stay. We chose to leave and go eat nearby on our way out of town.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area personnel was helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed that my room did not have a tub but I fell in love with the shower!!!! Spotlessly clean room and so comfortable.

The room was nice. There was some confusion with turning on the bedroom TV. We had an old remote that should have been changed out already. Maintenance came up and gave us a new remote. Breakfast was good except for the service. In the end there was a different cook and he had a friendly attitude which made all the difference.

The hotel was great - quiet, comfortable, the temperature was adjustable to the very degree that I wanted it. The dinning room was laid out well, the lady who waited on us was courteous, friendly and made sure that we got what we wanted. I paid a little higher price for the two-night stay so that the morning meal was included. I chose scramble eggs and bacon and found them to be dry and uninviting. I did not finish the meal on the first morning and chose to skip it altogether on the second morning.
