Parking area was sketchy, people just hanging out in cars & walking around . Busted up pop camper in parking spot . Looks like it been there for years . 520.Room were not nice at all . I realize staff is hard to find , but really !

Appeared to be people living there and smoking in their rooms! Terrible smells and no housekeeping service. Over filled trash cans outside every room each morning. No elevator to second floor. Room had no coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave.

Check in was quick and easy, I had reserved online ahead of time. Staff friendly. No elevator just stairs. Even though there are no smoking signs around hotels the whole 2nd floor smelled like an old casino. Room had a hard time staying cold A/C unit kept making a loud knock when turn on but temp was not bad. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Floor and tub needed a good cleaning. I would be okay staying one night again. This room surprisingly was better than the room I stayed in when I visited Hawaii.

This Motel 6 was conveniently located and quiet. There is a pizza place in the same building which is very handy for grabbing a bite when you get in for the night and is quite tasty. They are very pet friendly with an outside area for brief walks, and the staff was very kind to our pet. Everyone was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The floors were synthetic wood instead of carpet which was a nice surprise from a cleanliness perspective. Would use this motel again if in the area.

The room was nasty: extremely dirty floor. Housekeepers did not even swept; we found dog cookies, lots of hairs all over the room. I can’t even mention de bathroom—OMG! Pubic hairs in the bathtub. I told the two ladies who clean the second floor to clean the room…they came to the room arguing that it not their fault that the hotel accepts pets in the rooms…unbelievable! They don’t even have a MOP. I noticed the new furniture from recent remodel—BUT what is the point of remodeling if they do not provide MOPS to clean the floors? I actually took a napkin and scrap the floor a little bit—it was so obvious that a clean mop could clean that nasty floor. If I found dog cookies is because THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. No excuse for that; and the pubic hair in the bathtob was just disgusting…omg

The room was nice and renovated. The bed was comfortable. But I hated as I opened my room door, the smoky dingy smell in the hallways , and the front lobby smells like strong cigarette smoke odor all the time ! The terrible smell of this hotel really brings it down ! Which is too bad because the rooms are nice and spacious and lovely renovated.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Sheets were dirty they had roaches and bedbugs. Me and my daughter slept in our car and couldn’t get a refund! Disgusting place and I would not recommend!

Property needs some TLC, room was decent, the floor was dirty in certain areas. The bathroom was clean but the towels are by far the most useless zi ever had, the towels dont dry and are falling apart. Strong smoke smell in the hallways but to my surprise it didnt smell inside the room.

Worst lodging experience of my life. On the day I checked in (11/14/24), I was awakened at 2:30am by a cockroach crawling on me. The room (Room 119) was infested. I left the motel immediately and got a room at another hotel and spent the next hour scrubbing myself in the shower. I went back to Motel 6 the morning of 11/16/24 to speak with a manager and get a refund, but they refused to refund my money claiming that the Hotels.com Itinerary number is not the equivalent of a Confirmation number. Overall, I was left utterly disgusted with the entire experience. I recommend avoiding that motel like the plague. I uploaded a screenshot from the video I took showing one of the cockroaches on the bed.

The room only had AC that produced no heat and it was 35 degrees out. The fridge didn't work and actually didn't even stay the second day we booked. I am not sure if they refunded that but either way I was leaving. Bring your own blankets also as the blanket is similar to a second sheet

Weve stayed here before and been happy. This time the plumbing was acting up. We asked and received a refund on paper. Well see if it clears my creditcard or not? Basic, nice, clean and quiet other than the toilet issues. Terrible night with the plumbing!

Let’s start by saying the first room the tv didn’t work and the front desk guy was trying to give us a hard time .. finally got a new room .. on our second night we got worked up at 350 in the morning to a man yelling and throwing things around in his room and when we went to call front desk the landline in the room didn’t work .. called off of our phone and he didn’t seem to concerned so had to call the cops myself. I just got engaged and this was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and if I got my money back I totally would

Great for the price and the front desk was so pleasant. My travel companion couldn't do stairs and manager was very accommodating when checking it, albeit early as well. Quietand worth the price. Would stay again. Branford is pretty low key and nice area

With the Inception of a few nice friendly cordial employees at the front desk. Kyle being one of them and the manager. The rest of the front desk. People are horrible, no manners. No please no, thank you. I could go on and on good luck, if you encounter one of these guys.

Paid online for a nonsmoking room and was told they had only smoking rooms available. Even though I paid prior to my arrival, if a person walks in and ask for nonsmoking, the room is given away to them. But I was told that I can upgrade to a bigger nonsmoking room but I would have to pay more.

The room was nice and clean. Check in and out were fine. Lots of restaurants in the area. Convenient from the high way. We enjoyed ourselves. If I were elderly or super tall I would have been unhappy with how low the toilet commode was.

It was an okay stay, but they have a bunch of druggies and prostitutes around the area out front of the main door, and they were probably staying at the motel. The plus about this Morel is that there is a pizza place in front of the building.
