This bed n breakfast I am staying at is WONDERFUL! The owner met me in the driveway, showed me to my room, and then took me on a tour of their property. They have ducks, which I already got to feed, an apple orchard, that I got to pick apples from, and a beautiful property with a pond!

What a fantastic place! If you want a "hotel room", this isnt it. If you want a quiet, country atmosphere with comfortable accommodations, this is exactly what youre looking for. I type this as im sitting on the shared patio right outside my room, in a rocking chair, after feeding the ducks and geese some lettuce (supplied by the owner). Highly recommend.

The property has plenty of space for a large group. We were able to let the kids play outside and even have a bonfire with other visiting family! The fresh baked muffins were a real treat, too! We would recommend staying at Harmony Inn!

Pride of ownership shows in every facet.. well appointed facility with plenty of options for self serve quick breakfast including fresh laid hard boiled eggs, cereal choices, yogurt, oatmeal packs, milk, Apple juice and orange juice. kureig coffee maker with a selection of pods. Beautiful outside patio with lights and a fire place. The bed was super comfy and the atmosphere very quiet. It’s like a super great secret.. If you use DoorDash or Uber, they work that area as well even though it’s not right in town. Like I say pride and ownership, the facility is spotless and well kept.

We loved our stay at Harmony Inn. The staff was so accommodating and went over the top to make sure we had everything we could possible need. My kids got to help feed the animals and we enjoyed the free freshly made morning muffins.

Quiet setting on beautiful property. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We were greeting by owner on our arrival and the next morning had delicious homemade muffins for us to enjoy. There were ducks and geese on the property that were quite intertaining to watch. We would most definetly return to this place.

We stayed at Harmony Inn because we were going to the nearby Illinois Railroad Museum nearby. We took our 3 year old grandson. He loved the Harmony almost as much as the Museum. David greeted us with a complete tour. He gave our grandson lettuce to feed the ducks and geese. We picked apples and had a wonderful time. Stay here and go to the Museum.

We usually travel in our RV because hotels just aren’t clean to our liking. This time we weren’t able to bring our RV, so it was so cool to find this place! It’s beyond clean! We have never stayed in a house type of accommodation so it was definitely a new experience. Everything is perfectly thought out here. The hospitality is on a level you just don’t see anymore. When we arrived, the owner showed us around. Gave us some extra towels, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a short stay (one night) and I wish we had more time! The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there with snow which was a treat since we don’t see that often at home. Our room came with snacks, beverages, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And it wasn’t the travel sized ones either, which saves us a trip to the store. The homemade muffins in the morning were spectacular! Blueberry and chocolate chip! I definitely would have ordered a dozen and taken them home with me! I hope to stay here again if we are ever in the area. It was an unexpected treat. I’d choose this over any hotel, any day!

Wonderful stay! The room was as described and very clean. Everything we needed was readily available. The property manager even brought a high chair to our room for our baby. The next morning it was raining, and (without being asked) he left an umbrella by our door for us to use. They were so kind and thoughtful!

This place is unique where it’s like a mini hotel in the basement of someone’s home. They are very polite and personal. Room was small but all we did was sleep here so it served its purpose for us. We had a bathroom that was detached from the room, which was the only thing I didn’t care for. Also, we got back to the room at 1am and I felt we had to be super quiet compared to a normal hotel.

Everything was amazing. The food, the relaxation, the peacefulness. If you dont wanna stay in the city stay here. If you dont plan on going to sleep in less then 5 minutes dont get in the extremely comfortable bed either.

I loved the furry headed ducks and the blueberry muffins are the best muffins I’ve ever had!Attention to detail that they gave was amazing!The owner was super nice! Only bad things I can say and there’s no control over it is you can hear everybody else in the other rooms. Like I could hear the shower start up in one room and my other neighbors talking but it’s not a deal breaker I would def stay there again also the heat I couldn’t figure out the controls and it got up to 78 in my room even after shutting off all the vents ! He keeps little snacks in your room and outside in the common areas it was super nice .

I can’t give a review about this place do you I couldn’t access it in a snow storm. The area was very rural no street lights. The hills I could not get up in the snow. The owner was not accommodating in allowing me to change my date or refunding, because I was forced to stay at another motel in the snow storm.

AMAZING from the time the owner met us as we drove in until we left. ice comfortable bed. Like staying with family. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!! Owner David very attentive to any needs. Very informative about area.

When we arrived, the owner showed us around. Gave us some extra towels, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a short stay (one night) and I wish we had more time! The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there with snow which was a treat since we don’t see that often at home. Our room came with snacks, beverages, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And it wasn’t the travel sized ones either, which saves us a trip to the store. The homemade muffins in the morning were spectacular! Blueberry and chocolate chip! I definitely would have ordered a dozen and taken them home with me! I hope to stay here again if we are ever in the area. It was an unexpected treat. I’d choose this over any hotel, any day!

Wonderful stay! The room was as described and very clean. Everything we needed was readily available. The property manager even brought a high chair to our room for our baby. The next morning it was raining, and (without being asked) he left an umbrella by our door for us to use. They were so kind and thoughtful!

I can’t give a review about this place do you I couldn’t access it in a snow storm. The area was very rural no street lights. The hills I could not get up in the snow. The owner was not accommodating in allowing me to change my date or refunding, because I was forced to stay at another motel in the snow storm.

What a fantastic place! If you want a "hotel room", this isnt it. If you want a quiet, country atmosphere with comfortable accommodations, this is exactly what youre looking for. I type this as im sitting on the shared patio right outside my room, in a rocking chair, after feeding the ducks and geese some lettuce (supplied by the owner). Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. The food, the relaxation, the peacefulness. If you dont wanna stay in the city stay here. If you dont plan on going to sleep in less then 5 minutes dont get in the extremely comfortable bed either.

The property has plenty of space for a large group. We were able to let the kids play outside and even have a bonfire with other visiting family! The fresh baked muffins were a real treat, too! We would recommend staying at Harmony Inn!

I loved the furry headed ducks and the blueberry muffins are the best muffins I’ve ever had!Attention to detail that they gave was amazing!The owner was super nice! Only bad things I can say and there’s no control over it is you can hear everybody else in the other rooms. Like I could hear the shower start up in one room and my other neighbors talking but it’s not a deal breaker I would def stay there again also the heat I couldn’t figure out the controls and it got up to 78 in my room even after shutting off all the vents ! He keeps little snacks in your room and outside in the common areas it was super nice .

The pictures really don't do this place justice. I chose it because it seemed clean and EVERYTHING was immaculate. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and modern. We were welcomed very warmly onto the property. We were shown around and invited to explore the 6 acres of land as we wished. This lead into an impromptu duck feeding session. Your eyes do not decieve you. We got to feed ducks and geese some lettuce as part of the check in process. The property hosts a number of well cared for animals including Chickens, Turkeys, and Peacocks — which are truly quite beautiful! Any time we had questions of needed anything Dave was helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. It was a truly special experience that I hope to return to the next time I'm in town. If you want a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in Huntley, you can't do wrong with Harmony Inn!
