This is a great place to stay. We’ve stayed here a few other times and it is our go to place when we’re visiting family in Cottonwood. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice. I love that they have charging ports for your EV.

Cory and Martha were very accommodating to are needs. The location is perfect to go hiking and wine tasting. Page Springs winery is a must. The pool was immaculate and sparkling. Definitely going back.

Good stay, clean , quiet, friendly and accommodating This is one of my go-to place to stay in Cottonwood. They offer EV Charging! Both Tesla (NACS) and J1776 for no cost overnight charging.

I have stayed her on a few occasions now. This is the first time we've brought our dog with us. And love that they do offer pet friendly rooms. One of the only hotels in the Verde Valley with multiple EV chargers 1 Tesla and 4 Clipper Creek J-1772. Nice to be able to charge overnight and not have to worry about scrambling to find a fast charger.

Liked the pool and the staff was personable.room was clean and room cleaning everyday/fresh towels. Pool closes at 8 pm a little early I think.Definitely staying there again

I liked the retro motel feel-being able to park outside the room. Room was clean & bed comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen. Laundry facilities were available. The only downside would be if you arrived after 9PM the office would be closed-they want you to check in before 9PM-called me the day we were to arrive to remind me-wasn't a problem for us but might be for others.

The Inn is very clean and pleasant. Check in was easy. The rooms and hotel grounds are kept neat and tidy. The hotel is in a safe quiet area. Close to restaurants and activities. We had 2 dogs and they are dog friendly. The 2 things that were negative was a cat urine smell in the shower and the rooms are smaller. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

This property is maybe a 2-Star at best. Rooms had an strange smell -- not sure if it was mold or bad air from the AC unit. Room coffee was bad -- went to the Lobby to get their coffee at 8:00 am and it was closed. Sorry but this room is NOT worth $190/ni.

Everything was great except the room smelt like someone took a massive dump in the toilet. The front desk didn't have any air freshener or another room to move us to. I had to spray the room with my perfume and open the window to air it out.

Pine Inn & Suites totally met our needs for our long weekend getaway. The staff was so helpful and customer focused. We reserved two rooms and were accommodated with them being side by side. The kitchenettes were clean and had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom/dressing areas were spacious. Great location, close to the Verde Valley train, good restaurants, and wineries. Absolutely will come back.

It was charming and they did much with little space in the room. The wall was a bit thin. I could hear the adjacent tv. Fortunately, they turned it off at a reasonable hour and it was at a nonexcessive volume before that.

A very pleasant check in with a young man who was conversational and showed personal interest in us. Room was spacious with kitchenette; bed was very comfortable. Hot water in bath was instantaneous. Room exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very impressed with this gem of an inn! Not fancy, but so clean and comfortable. I was amazed at what a great job they did of providing everything you'd need, including things I would not have expected (i.e., full length mirror, lots of electrical plugs in all the right places, and plenty of storage room). Would definitely stay here again!

We were here for hiking in Sedona. It was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and even loved the natural light from the sky window. The staff was friendly including Stacion. Very eco friendly.

What a great place to lay your head at night. Super friendly staff. More than helpful. And really dog friendly. Upon our arrival, we were given a doggy treat bag. It included treats and poopy bags. So awesome! The king beds were ultra comfortable. I would stay here anytime. 10/10!!

Property was very clean, quiet. Rooms were very clean and nice. However, the person at the reception was not friendly. He was not very welcoming, didn't smile and made me wonder like that he did like me or he is like this with everyone? He made to go outside because he had to have my lic plate number (BTW, all other places are satisfied with make and model of the car). He spoke in rude manner. I wish there was someone more friendly with better people skills as I like to talk to people when i go somewhere especially if I am traveling solo.

Pine Inn & Suites is a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable (the photos did not lie). It is a nice small facility with that overlooks the valley with a beautiful view. It’s nice to support a locally owned and family run business. Cory, Martha, and Roy were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. It’s definitely a great place to stay and have a base for visiting Jerome, Sedona, surrounding parks, and hiking.

We chose a room with a king bed. It had a desk with a couple of chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and offered menus from nearby restaurants. Randall's was awesome for breakfast. We ate there 3 times! Manzanita Restaurant in nearby Cornville was excellent for dinner!

Excellent place to stay. Making reservations was a bit challenging since there website was not working and the front desk could not be breached by phone after 10:00PM though the answering machine fails to tell you but promises to call you back shortly. Also, the price is a bit high, especially since there's no breakfast included.
