We arrived in the parking lot and there were people sleeping on the floor in front of the rooms, so as 2 women we did not feel safe at all. In the room, it smelled like piss, like we were on the metro. On top of that, there was a puddle on the floor. So, it was probably a leak from the AC or the fridge, or just someone who pissed on the floor. We bought Febreze for the smelled and it helped. There was no soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. Also, there is no microwave in the room. As for cleanliness, there were black stains in the bed sheets (like ashes?) and yellow stains (like piss and sweat). And the toilets were not cleaned nor flushed, and the flush worked half the time. For the noise, it was worse on the first night then the second. As for the good sides: the shower pressure was very good! And the water was hot! And we did not see cockroaches, though I think there is probably some living there. And the dog a the office was cute.
