It was nice having a cozy place to relax after daytime adventures. It was very quiet and peaceful and nice to have a little space. Master bedroom was a nice size as we had two small children sleeping in the room with us. Owners were easy to contact if needed. Only thing is wish we had time to enjoy the fire pit out back.

This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. We had breakfast both mornings with a full sausage, eggs, bagels, and pancakes breakfast we brought with us. Everything to cook is there. Nice selection of coffee and tea provided. Dad kept saying how good the water tasted and how clean and pure it was. There are trains closeby that you can hear. We loved them. It was a pleasantry we don't often get to experience where qe live. Room was pitch black at night with the black out curtains. Loved that too. If you like country life, this place is abaolutely for you. About 5 to 8 miles from central Lancaster. We stopped by Main Street Exchange, a nice women's clothing store and saw a production of Noah at Sight and Sound. Nice place to play some board games too. This peaceful place made our trip. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Special thanks to the host for providing a nice place.

It was a nice trip up here. Everything was very nice and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was such a cute place to hangout, unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we couldn’t. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay while visiting our nephew who lives in the area. Very clean house with all the amenities. We really enjoyed watching the birds eat at the feeder and the fire pit was perfect for the cool nights. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when we return for a visit. Also, the Shoofly pie was delicious!!! Thanks!!!

The property was very nice, clean, cozy and qtuie. Deck furniture needed some repairs. The actual inside was very nice, everything we needed was there. Owner left us a hummy shoofly pie. We were very comfortable. Only thing we would suggest is having tge TV in the common area, not in bedroom. No eazy for 4 adult's to watch TV on a rainy evening.

We enjoyed our stay and loved strolling down the lane and seeing the horse and goats! We sat out back on the porch and enjoyed that space as well! Super cute decor and clean. We were in town visiting friends so this place worked out excellent as there were 3 of us so was a great cost effective, comfortable stay. This is on a shared property but was private space to relax and inviting! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!

Very nice place , quiet, very clean, perfect for 2 couples would stay there again. If you are going to sound and site theatre they are about 15 minutes from the theatre. We noticed no tv but was a refreshing change .

Listing and photos of property looked great and communication with host was excellent. Upon arrival, however, the home was less than desired. While the listing said no CABLE TV, it really meant no TV at all - not in living area or bedrooms. Master suite was nice with comfortable bed but hard to cool due to vent located under the bed. Our friends were highly dissatisfied with the bed in the second bedroom due to the quality of mattress and pillows leading to 2 nights of poor sleep. Overall home was not well maintained - janky blinds, curtains which didn’t quite cover the sliding glass door and broken hardware attached to the walls for curtains and toilet paper holder and empty soap dispenser in master bath. Very strong smell of bleach upon arrival in 2nd bath which did finally dissipate. Could be great property with a little more attention to detail and TVs.

Every thing was spectacular. Each detail thought out and executed to perfection. all high quality amenities as good as any five star hotel well stocked kitchen, perfect bed...we slept like in heaven. We never wanted to leave!

My friend and I live on opposite sides of the state and wanted to get together for a milestone birthday. From the time we arrived we noted all the dozens of little personal touches that were present for our enjoyment. The decor was perfect, and the layout was spacious and comfortable.

Very beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect. My husband and I went to Philly for the evening to see a show and did not want to stay anywhere close to the city. This was a perfect distance away from the city that we could continue our journey home in the morning. The house itself was great, bed comfortable, good temperature. Would highly recommend and will keep in mind for future trips!

This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. We had breakfast both mornings with a full sausage, eggs, bagels, and pancakes breakfast we brought with us. Everything to cook is there. Nice selection of coffee and tea provided. Dad kept saying how good the water tasted and how clean and pure it was. There are trains closeby that you can hear. We loved them. It was a pleasantry we don't often get to experience where qe live. Room was pitch black at night with the black out curtains. Loved that too. If you like country life, this place is abaolutely for you. About 5 to 8 miles from central Lancaster. We stopped by Main Street Exchange, a nice women's clothing store and saw a production of Noah at Sight and Sound. Nice place to play some board games too. This peaceful place made our trip. Very beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect. My husband and I went to Philly for the evening to see a show and did not want to stay anywhere close to the city. This was a perfect distance away from the city that we could continue our journey home in the morning. The house itself was great, bed comfortable, good temperature. Would highly recommend and will keep in mind for future trips!

We enjoyed our stay and loved strolling down the lane and seeing the horse and goats! We sat out back on the porch and enjoyed that space as well! Super cute decor and clean. We were in town visiting friends so this place worked out excellent as there were 3 of us so was a great cost effective, comfortable stay. This is on a shared property but was private space to relax and inviting! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!

It was a nice trip up here. Everything was very nice and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was such a cute place to hangout, unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we couldn’t. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay while visiting our nephew who lives in the area. Very clean house with all the amenities. We really enjoyed watching the birds eat at the feeder and the fire pit was perfect for the cool nights. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when we return for a visit. Also, the Shoofly pie was delicious!!! Thanks!!!

We loved the quietness of the location and it was the perfect setup for 2 couples! Basically 2 master suites so it was perfect having our own space but still being together! It was extremely clean and had all of the necessities that we needed & homemade whoopie pies were a really sweet touch! Would absolutely recommend this place!
