Excellent, felt brand new! My only complaint is that the pool is open to the public, went for a relaxing swim and it was full of children having lessons. Not a big issue but something to be aware of. Otherwise, an amazing hotel!

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles ist modern ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere der modern ausgestattete Fitnessbereich. Mein Fitnessstudio in Essen kann mit dem Standard dort nicht mithalten. Die Geräte sind nagelneu und alles ist gut gepflegt. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich so ein gutes Studio in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Auch die Saunen sind hervorzuheben. Leider halten sich die Gäste nicht an vorgeschriebene Regeln, welches gegebenenfalls vom Personal öfter kontrolliert werden sollte( z.B. Benutzung des Handys; Einige Gäste verzichten darauf, in der Sauna ein Handtuch für den kompletten Körper zu verwenden, so dass Schweißflecken auf den Bänken entstehen). Das Frühstück war wunderbar, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns eine Wochenfahrkarte gekauft, Studenten der EU zahlen circa sieben Euro für die komplette Woche um mit dem ÖPNV zu fahren.Wir haben das Hotel als Familie genutzt und waren im Alter von 18-60 Jahre. Jedem von uns hat es gefallen. Gerne immer wieder. Ein Lob auch an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang und an die Damen und Herren, die die Zimmer gereinigt haben. Dank für die schöne Zeit.

There is self parking outside the hotel, everyday after 8pm to 10am and Sunday all day is free parking so no need to pay the hotel for their underground parking if you go on a weekend. The hotel is clean and modern and rooms are spacious, overall a very good choice.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön in diesem neuen Hotel. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können mit mehr Abwechslung . Viele Tische wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt. Ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer urlaub dort

J’ai séjourné au Mercure Fabryczna à Cracovie, et je dois dire : l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. L’hôtel est situé dans une ancienne brasserie réhabilitée avec goût, dans un quartier calme, moderne et très bien desservi. L’architecture industrielle chic est à la fois élégante et chaleureuse — un vrai mélange de confort et de design. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement insonorisées, propres et bien équipées : literie ultra-confortable, salle de bain impeccable, Wi-Fi rapide, et tous les petits détails qu’on attend d’un 4 étoiles bien géré. Le personnel est professionnel, aimable, toujours disponible, que ce soit à l’accueil, au bar ou au spa. Mention spéciale pour leur sens du service et leur sourire constant, même en pleine affluence. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : vaste choix, produits frais, options locales et internationales, le tout dans une salle agréable et lumineuse. Il y a même des spécialités polonaises à découvrir chaque matin. J’ai aussi profité du spa et de la salle de sport, très bien entretenus, modernes et peu fréquentés — un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée à visiter Cracovie. En bref, le Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City est une valeur sûre, que ce soit pour un séjour touristique ou professionnel. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Et je le recommande les yeux fermés.

It's a beautiful hotel with lots of space. Room was lovely and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good too and there's a good bar. The only issue we had were with cleaning and some things with the front desk. I think because it's a brand new hotel, some of the staff are inexperienced. Hopefully that improves with time.

Esperienza di soggiorno ottima ma non perfetta. La palestra e spa non sono dirette dell’hotel ma associate, con un continuo via vai di persone. Accappatoio non presente in camera, va richiesto con un deposito di 24€ x 2 accappatoi. Per un 4 stelle lo trovo assurdo, li ho sempre trovati in camera a disposizione gratuita del cliente. Se la spa è piena è difficile rilassarsi, la palestra è enorme e stupenda Tutti i locali sono perfettamente arredati con stile La pulizia della camera non era perfetta tanto che per buttare la nostra immondizia ci sono voluti giorni Tutte piccoli considerazioni che fanno perdere punteggio a questo hotel Per il resto comunque mi sento di consigliarlo

Hotel ma bardzo duze mozliwości i wygląda bardzo ładnie, czysto, wielkim atutem jest duży basen w którym można normalnie popływać. Niestety na tym się kończy. Organizacja w hotelu to wielki chaos. Po przybyciu do hotelu finalnie do pokoju mnie wpuszczono po ponad godzinie. Mężczyzna na recepcji nie potrafił wytłumaczyć gdzie jest parking hotelowy. Brak oznakowania, ze to parking hotelowy a dookoła stoją budynki biurowe również posiadające wjazd do parkingu podziemnego. Dostałam pokój w drugim budynku z racji iż obok tego gdzie jest recepcja jest prowadzona budowa i jest po prostu głośno. Do drugiego budynku prowadzi lacznik, ktory rowniez nie jest dobrze oznakowany. Strasznie dużo przez to chodzenia w te i we wte. Oprócz tego niedziałający zamek przez co nie udalo sie dostac do pokoju. Po wymianie kart do pokoju również bez skutku. W koncu zmieniono mi pokoj co wiazalo się rano z wyjasnianiem, ze jednak mam wykupione śniadanie, tylko po zmianie pokoju nie bylo ta oplata odnotowana. Powroty do pokoju i do recepcji z dowodem opłaty za śniadanie, juz nie mowiac o dwukrotnych wedrówkach do recepcji i pokoju w celu wymiany niedzialajacych kart do pokoju były mega frustrujące. Na recepcje dzwoniac nikt oczywiscie nie odbierał. Bardzo często podróżuje i nocuję w hotelach z racji obowiązków służbowych i to był najgorszy pobyt w moim życiu. Na koniec przy wyjezdzie z parkingu opłaconego na samym początku przeze mnie też oczywiście był problem. Frustracja sięgneła szczytu.

Loved this property, rooms lovely and by far the best ever breakfast I have ever had in a hotel - worth staying here just for that. Only tiny grip would be tea / coffee facilities do not appear to be replenished in the room meaning that you need to ask reception for coffee sachets and creamer. Location is slightly out of the main area meaning you need to get a tram and walk for approx 5-10 mins from whichever stop you use. This wasnt a problem for us as used to using public transport options abroad but maybe if you are not so confident.

Fantastic hotel! I liked the hotel is fully renovated and looks like new! The rooms have plenty space and the swing pool is very nice to have .. staff are very nice and helpful. The good options for restaurants just at the ground floor is amazing

Came for a conference and found the hotel complex pretty impressive. Loved the architectural factory aesthetic, lots of restaurants, and while I didn't use the spa/pool others said it was excellent. My room was large and the bed really comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. I was told I didn't have conditioner or body lotion because to save the environment by having less plastic bottles in the room but some of the other rooms had them and I had to go out and buy these items so their logic is off. The bathroom door is rigged to fully shut which I found incredibly annoying and had to prop it open with a bag. Staff in the hotel bar seemed to have contempt for customers but front desk staff were great. So some things were wonderful, others need improvement. Overall I was glad to stay there and would return in future.

I chose this hotel in Krakow after reaching out to the GM in advance to ask if anything special could be done for my birthday and to honor my parents. I clearly stated I was selecting a hotel based on the response and mentioned I was an Expedia Platinum member, which usually ensures upgrades and elevated service. I received warm replies from the GM and reservations manager, with one offering a “Privilege Room.” No fees were mentioned — it felt like a gesture tied to my reason for travel and loyalty status. Upon arrival, there was no acknowledgment, special welcome, or upgrade. I was placed in a standard fourth-floor room, which was neither quiet nor ideal. On my third night, I was surrounded by loud party guests at 2 AM. My complaints were dismissed, and I had to request a room change myself in the middle of the night — eventually moved to a quieter tower. When I raised concerns with the GM, I was met with blame and deflection, including being told that because I booked via Expedia, I wasn’t entitled to what had been offered. Only after pushing was I offered a complimentary dinner. The only exceptional service came from the server that night — her warmth and care were unmatched. Hotel ma bardzo duze mozliwości i wygląda bardzo ładnie, czysto, wielkim atutem jest duży basen w którym można normalnie popływać. Niestety na tym się kończy. Organizacja w hotelu to wielki chaos. Po przybyciu do hotelu finalnie do pokoju mnie wpuszczono po ponad godzinie. Mężczyzna na recepcji nie potrafił wytłumaczyć gdzie jest parking hotelowy. Brak oznakowania, ze to parking hotelowy a dookoła stoją budynki biurowe również posiadające wjazd do parkingu podziemnego. Dostałam pokój w drugim budynku z racji iż obok tego gdzie jest recepcja jest prowadzona budowa i jest po prostu głośno. Do drugiego budynku prowadzi lacznik, ktory rowniez nie jest dobrze oznakowany. Strasznie dużo przez to chodzenia w te i we wte. Oprócz tego niedziałający zamek przez co nie udalo sie dostac do pokoju. Po wymianie kart do pokoju również bez skutku. W koncu zmieniono mi pokoj co wiazalo się rano z wyjasnianiem, ze jednak mam wykupione śniadanie, tylko po zmianie pokoju nie bylo ta oplata odnotowana. Powroty do pokoju i do recepcji z dowodem opłaty za śniadanie, juz nie mowiac o dwukrotnych wedrówkach do recepcji i pokoju w celu wymiany niedzialajacych kart do pokoju były mega frustrujące. Na recepcje dzwoniac nikt oczywiscie nie odbierał. Bardzo często podróżuje i nocuję w hotelach z racji obowiązków służbowych i to był najgorszy pobyt w moim życiu. Na koniec przy wyjezdzie z parkingu opłaconego na samym początku przeze mnie też oczywiście był problem. Frustracja sięgneła szczytu.

O Hotel não fica longe do centro e o acesso é fácil via UBER gastando pouco mais de 5 euros cada trecho. O tamanho do quarto é super confortável, a decoração é impecável e servem um bom café da manhã com uma boa variedade. O Hotel tem um bar interno com ótimas opções de drinks.

Loved this property, rooms lovely and by far the best ever breakfast I have ever had in a hotel - worth staying here just for that. Only tiny grip would be tea / coffee facilities do not appear to be replenished in the room meaning that you need to ask reception for coffee sachets and creamer. Location is slightly out of the main area meaning you need to get a tram and walk for approx 5-10 mins from whichever stop you use. De sfeer van dit hotel is echt geweldig, samen met de leuke restaurantjes die hier ook zijn gevestigd geven het echt een unieke uitstraling. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel en schoon. Parkeren is gemakkelijk in de parkeergarage bij het hotel. Het ligt iets buiten het centrum van Krakow maar mbv de Bolt-app ben je zo voor een paar euro in het centrum.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom; roupas de cama muito boas, 2 travesseiros, permite ir a pé ao Estádio Tauron para shows. Pontos negativos: descaso com os clientes: chegamos um pouco antes do check in, viagem longa, hotel grande, quarto pronto, mas não permite adiantar, sendo que você paga pela diária, o dia tem 24 horas e no entanto, você somente utiliza 20 horas; quando voltamos, além do horário das 15 horas, nos deram quarto errado: reservei 1 quarto casal e outro com 2 camas de solteiro para os filhos, nos deram 2 de casal; transtorno no dia seguinte para troca de quartos, com perda preciosa de tempo de viagem. Quarto casal com banheira, lisa, sem barra de proteção para entrar e sair, sem chuveiro para banho; escorreguei, quase me machuquei; quando reclamamos da falta de chuveiro, nos informaram que “muitos hóspedes gostam de banheira e não se importam com chuveiro”! Quando trocamos para o quarto com chuveiro, o sistema de água quente e fria, chuveiro e ducha menor, era invertido: outro risco que pode gerar queimaduras na pele; nos 2 quartos o sistema era assim! Não encontrei informações no site que diga pra você escolher entre chuveiro ou banheira, pois o quarto tem um ou outro. Por fim, consta no site e foi confirmado na recepção, que a distância até a Arena Tauron seria de 15 minutos e a passos rápidos na verdade é 25 a 30 minutos.

Hôtel très récent avec une décoration très moderne. Le tram pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Cravovie est à 500 mètres. Le cadre est magnifique avec des restaurants de diverses spécialités. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec une multitude de choix. Le seul point négatif est la froideur du personnel et surtout de la personne à l’accueil du SPA.

Hotel is nice, but unfortunately location and surrondings are not that good at least for tourists. For business trip, if location is not important, hotel is great. Price was lover but if you want to visit old town or any other tourist sights, taxis cost about 10-20 euros to one direction. Adding additional travelling cost to price per night, rate is only a bit lower than other good quality hotels from walking distance to old town. There are some restaurants also located inside area, but so called ”normal, every day restaurant” is missing. Pitza or sushi as for lunch and for dinner every day is a bit strange :)

This was a great experience. The hotel has a very nice, contemporary look. Room was quite big. The breakfast was very impressive & delicious! So many choices and verity of food. It gets very quiet after 11pm - so if you want to get a drink later at night not possible. There was some construction being done outside - expect some noice after 8am. But generally this was a great choice! I would stay there again!

Hotel is newly built, everything is fresh. Beds are comfortable. We did find it limiting that the pool was occupied by swim training often times in the morning (we were there on a weekend), leaving only a small space for hotel guests to swim in. We stayed in the second building and had to take two elevators every time we went out (three if we were to access the garage). The breakfast experience was chaotic and very noisy. Many people, lots of kids. We were there in July so able to sit outside, which helped. Parking was hard to figure out and included a lot of walking. The transportation from the hotel to the city centre is OK, took like 20 minutes by tram.
