The Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel was a great place to stay while we were in Danang. It is very nicely appointed, extremely clean, and the staff were super helpful and pleasant. The breakfast options are really wide - both Asian and Western. The pool and deck was really a nice place to hang out when it was hot. And the massages we enjoyed were some of the best we have ever had. We were there over Independence Day and the hotel was decked out! The view and proximity to the beach was really nice as well.

Best customer service in all departments! Room was clean, but can be cleaned better because of dust and webs. First I got a room on 8th floor, had mold. So I got changed to room on 11th floor, that was much better. I like the bathroom, great! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the staff can practice food safety better. Afternoon tea was included, but it's just a small plate of similar items from breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and clean and new, though the water was very cold. The beach was easy to walk to, just a few blocks away. We found good chinese food and Italian food next to the hotel. And a laundry service across this hotel!

The service of the staff was kind and wonderful. Welcome fruits and free afternoon tea are also wonderful. I can feel that the facilities are being kept clean. "However, the smell of incense at the front desk and the room made me feel uncomfortable." The towels in the room were old and I didn't want to use them. Since we are Japanese, high hospitality and cleanliness of equipment are a matter of course. "As the hospitality was perfect, the smell and towel were disappointing." "Also, the room is dark, so it might be better to use bright colors such as wallpaper." "Since I stayed there after 3 days of Danang, my excitement went down." I haven't eaten yet, but it looks delicious. The shower and toilet in the pool were approaching and I felt it was dirty. I think the shower would be nicer if it was outside. I think it corresponds to a business hotel in Japan. Great access, close to the beach and famous restaurants and airports. We used it until the last day of the flight, and it's just right.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. First and foremost the staff here are absolutely wonderful, couldn't fault them at all. The rooms were very clean and staff went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. There were a few negatives unfortunately. My first room was on the 15th floor, and the shower pressure and temperature was diabolical. The pressure was annoying, cutting in and out but the fluctuating temperature made it almost unusable. It went from scalding hot to freezing cold about every 20 seconds. Apparently this is due to the hotel's 'water pump' system meaning all rooms on the higher floors have this issue. Crazy that this isn't something that has been rectified. Staff were very apologetic though and moved me to a lower floor once a room became available. Breakfast was not bad, but the room was nowhere near big enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel which meant it was often crowded and hectic. There's plenty of good and cheap breakfast places near the hotel though, so I just went elsewhere.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was very genuine and hospitable, and extremely helpful with organizing transportation for a day trip to Hoi An. He also made some great recommendations for places to eat around the hotel (excellent choices), and activities in both Danang and Hoi An. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. Good variety of local food and other kid-friendly options.

The service is excellent in this hotel which is even better than a 5-star hotel. All the staffs here, especially Boddy, are so professional, friend and helpful. In addition, they take a good care of visitors even those required special support, like me. I could not walk and the hotel staff arranged a wheelchair for me for my whole trip. The front door staff always assisted me when I entered n existed the hotel. They always have friendly smiles on their faces. The location of the hotel is super, only a few minutes walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants around. I definitely will come again. Thank you so much for all staffs for your excellent services. 今回3泊の予定が、台風が来て飛行機が欠航になったため、滞在予定1日前にも関わらず、1日宿泊をずらして欲しいとのリクエストに快く対応していただきました。しかし、帰国便が1日延期できず、結局2泊しかできませんでしたが、その1泊分のキャンセルも、キャンセル無料期間過ぎているにも関わらず、こちらは返金は元々諦めていてお願いしていないにも関わらず、ホテル側から1泊分キャンセル返金の対応をしていただきました。海外で様々なホテルに泊まりましたが、こんなに気持ちよく気を利かせてくれたホテルは初めてでした。朝食もとっても美味しく、お値段の割にはたくさん種類があり、クオリティはよかったです。アフタヌーンティーもついていたので、いただきました。ちょっとしたサービスですがよかったです。欲を言えば、飲み物をホットティーなどから選べると嬉しかったです。部屋もとても綺麗で、バスタブもあり、文句なしの部屋でした。アーリーチェックインも何も言わなくても対応していただき、お部屋にウェルカムフルーツもありました。立地もピーチからすぐなので、朝ビーチ沿いを散歩しました。今回の滞在は天候がよくなく、残念なことが多かったですが、ホテルのおもてなしがよかったので、また来たいと思える旅行になりました。次来た時も泊まりたいと思います。

This is an average hotel at best, not luxurious as the name suggests. Rooms are clean but old. Breakfast options were limiting and very local, including the coffee. Spa was basic as well and gym even more so. The afternoon tea was nothing like the pictures on Expedia’s site; rather breakfast items were recycled onto a small, flat board and offered as afternoon tea. It was so bad that I had to take a picture. Staff and location were great which is what brought this rating up.

Breakfast was appalling, absolutely no service. You are not shown to a table. The two lifts open, lots of people pile into a room that is clearly too small for breakfast. They then wander around searching for a table. There is no cutlery or side plates on the tables. There was only two types of fruit. The croissants and baguettes had been cut into small pieces, to save costs. Afternoon tea did not look like anything like the picture. There were small tangerines(no other fruit), no bread products and only a few items. It is on the 16th floor and it was cold and windy. We went the first day and had nothing. On the second day we did not go. Our room was on the 15th floor we were woken early by noises from above- possibly chairs being moved? The room was large, spacious and clean. The receptionist were polite and professional. I would strongly not recommend this hotel if you intend to have food at it!

The rooms are clean, shower pressure is great and the amenities are awesome too. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach.
