Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Downtown

The hotel was fine, but there is a food bank across the street and lots of homeless hanging around 24/7. Parking is a nightmare and the streets are divided causing alot of turning around on side streets to get going the right direction.

Secure parking, hotel was safe and clean.

Wonderful, clean stay in a very central location. The gated parking included with the room was a nice touch.

Hotel was lovely. Clean, friendly, accessible. But the parking is terrible!!!! Tight, minimal, and not enough spaces for people in rooms. Had to use can opener to get into a spot the first night and 10 backups to get out of one the morning we left.

They have posters in the elevator that say that a "full, free breakfast" is offered. This isn't the case. They handed us a menu when we arrived and the prices were higher than a regular restaurant. Parking was a nightmare - very limited spots and gates that are tricky to navigate. We had to park outside the gate where there's a sign saying "Guest parking - park at your own risk" and there's a bunch of broken glass next to the spot. Not a very reassuring feeling, but there was no other place to park. We also paid an additional fee for parking. The beds are uncomforable and the pillows are awful. There are plenty of other decent places to stay in Albuquerque that are better value and less of a hassle. We only stayed here because it was close to UNM Hospital.

No clear arrival area with area to unload car. Parking areas are insufficient for the number of guests! Nobody wants or trusts remote parking.

From checking in to the private gates parking lot we knew we chose the right place to stay. Then it only got better with the friendly staff at the Hotel restaurant. Drinks and food were excellent! Our bed was comfortable and every inch of the room was spotless. There isn’t a single bad thing to say about this hotel. I like the extra safety precautions they have to get into the hotel, elevator and the gym. As a woman going to use the hotel gym alone, early in the morning, I felt comfortable and never worried about my safety. Lots of machines and weights to choose from for my workout which I appreciated.

The Hilton Property was very very nice! It was clean and the staff members were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely stay here when I visit again.

The first room I was given smelled like the worst food odor on the planet. It also didn't have towels in the bathroom. The next room was cleaner but had no toilet paper.

The hotel was really nice! Clean, modern & well maintained. Our room was spacious and bright. The pillows are the best! The property feels very upscale. Would highly recommend.

Clean and convenient

The bathroom had toothpaste inside the sink and hair on the floor from the previous stay. The room next to us had a large dog that barked a lot so we didn't get much sleep and the people were loud so we were up late and up early this morning. Also, housekeeping started knocking on our door just after 9 am and checkout isn't until 11 so we felt rushed to leave. The only good thing was the parking garage was secure so we felt safe leaving our vehicle there and the location is convenient.

I had a good stay. But the cleaning crew only came once while I stayed there. Then didn’t provide any additional towels. The shower overflowed each time I took a shower so I had to turn off the water for it to drain before continuing my shower. Just other small stuff like that. People don’t know how to say “you’re welcome” anymore. I’m noticing that as I travel a lot. “Yeah sure” I just doesn’t have the same hospitality feeling or meaning.

Nice clean hotel. However our room on the second floor might as well been bleacher seats at a drag race all night. I got up in the middle of the night to check if the windows were cracked open it was so loud. Unfortunately they weren’t and my wife and I had one of the worst nights of sleep ever at a hotel

Stayed 3 nights. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great views of the Sandia mountains. Good access to parking (paid). Air con was a bit noisy but we managed to sleep through it. The location is a little bit sketchy, there were a few weird people hanging around outside, but I can’t fault the hotel itself. Can’t comment on the bar because we didn’t use it.

The hotel is very well kept, clean however the walls and door are paper thin. My partner and I were able to hear our next door neighbor talk on her phone, and nearly everytime someone was talking down the hall or opening a door it significantly disturbed the quiet of the room. Parking is atrocious, and the area surrounding the hotel is sketchy.

Upon arrival computers weren’t working (not their fault) so I stood there for a half hour trying to check in. When they finally figured a way to check us in someone had to escort us to the room as we were not able to get a key. When we walked into the room it smelled like 2 grandpas had just finished a chain smoking contest….even the hotel employee grabbed his nose and said “damn”. They sent someone up with a bottle of febreeze and I explained that we could not stay in this room. After another 45 minutes were we were just leaving because they said they could not help us, they finally found a room and my husband and teenage daughter and I were forced to share 1 bed…but at this point I was exhausted and just needed sleep…I mean at least the room didn’t stink. The “buffet” breakfast was powdered watery eggs and recycled sausage. Have stayed at places a quarter of the price for better and should have.

Rooms were nice. The music on the patio was left on all night which was next to our room. Had to call the desk to have it turned off. There was no mention of contennital breakfast

The property was beautiful!! It had a nice vibe and atmosphere. Most of the staff was very friendly. I gave it four stars instead of five because I was unable to get sleep one night because my room was right next to the patio section. The patio section had a tv, waterfall, and music. The speaker was right next to my window and the manager on call that night (Jared) didn\'t know how to turn it off. I kept calling but it was never turned off and it seemed to have irritated him because a few times he didn\'t answer the phone. I even went downstairs at 4:00 in the morning and he said "I\'m new I don\'t know how to turn it off. I will have the security guard turn it off," He was supposed to do that after my second call, needless to say it was still on the next day. I was very irritated. I did inform the morning staff of the problem and she apologized and added reward points to my Hilton Honors. Overall I had a great staff. I will definitely be back. After staying at this location, my thought was that The Hilton Garden Inn in Time Square New York needs to take note and update their location lol.

What a nice place, clean updated, stayed with family and pet. Dry quiet place. Brenedette at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

On the day we left for the airport the girl was pretty rude. We also helped her load the bags as she seemed not to be up to the task. Did not think she was very friendly at all. The day we arrived for the shuttle the gentleman was very nice.

The front desk has way too much attitude. I held three rooms on my credit card for our group, but had not pre-paid the rooms. When we checked in, the front desk insisted that we had pre-paid rooms and would not check their records. Needless to say, someone figured out that the rooms were not pre-paid and, instead of charging each room to the card held for incidentals, all the room charges ended up on my card. My friends will pay me back, but I don't appreciate carrying an extra $1900 of charges on my card.

Was in town for the day and needed some place that allowed an earier check in the probably most places do. they were so cool with it, it was really nice, i look forward to staying here again

I checked in late, and the front desk person was no where to be found. Had to wait in the vestibule for another guest to let me in. They don't answer the phones, and the automated check-in via the app didn't work.

The restaurant closed early when we got there. There were poor choices—fried food only, so I got the Cobb salad. Too much dressing on it so the salad was soggy and gross for $18. Room microwave had a quarter-size hole in the door lining from a burn; also seen from the outside. Why would housekeeping not report this? Not able to use it, so went downstairs in my pajamas and no one at front desk could help me use the microwave down there because they were too busy. Why is there only one person at the front desk on Sunday pm?The security guards were trying to help me too because the front desk was so busy. No building maintenance is on staff or available at night to bring a new microwave. Why are there no instructions on the downstairs microwave?? This is absolutely unacceptable! This is a Hilton, right? Tried to use the room coffee maker in the morning. First added water but it ran everywhere because it was already full. Then I realized no one knows how to use the coffee maker because there are no instructions so the past customer left water in chamber. And housekeeping left water in the chamber. Why? I had to go downstairs again in my pajamas to get coffee. This is terrible customer service. No excuse for it. The only ones I want to give a shout- out to are the pm, nite, and am security guards. We watched them each go above and beyond to assist the customers.

Good, central location. Convenient for traveling & secured garage parking. Clean & modern room. There are good cafés options in walking distance as well.

The hotel was just what my volleyball team needed for this weekend. Clean, comfortable, and extremely close to the convention center for convenience.

The staff were really great and friendly. The man that runs the restaurant, at least in the morning is great. The food in the hotel was better then the restaurants around the area.

Didn’t clean our room! Had to reuse our towels and cups! Gross! Confused on breakfast being only for Homewood suites even though we were in the same building. How is that even possible that a Hilton Inn be combined with Homewood Suits.Not impressed, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
