The landscaping was beautiful and the aromatic plants truly smelled blissful. Honestly, an unexpected delight! I never thought I would rave about the amazing aromatherapy but it was terrific. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly!

A hotel is new and very convenient to the area which is full of office buildings and nearby food and shopping establishments. Staff was extremely friendly and the gym was larger and cleaner than most. Bar and restaurant on site with breakfast

The A/C was broken in the exercise room, so it was like exercising in a sauna. The rooms are incredibly dark unless you leave the shade open (not the best when getting dressed). Turning the lights on feels like trying to light up a cave with a match. The rooms "look" good, but are very cheaply put together. Had issues with the sink, had a mysterious puddle in the bathroom, got to play "guess the stain" on the carpet and a couple of pieces of furniture. When I got to my room, all of the plugs on the bed (for lights and the alarm clock) were unplugged for some reason. Also noticed an exterior door swinging open with a sign saying that you're not allowed to re-enter through it. And there was an outdoor seating area with a gas fire pit that had some fun warning signs on them saying something to the effect that a mandatory inspection had to be performed before the fire pit could be returned to service.

We came back to the hotel on Saturday to find our room infested with potato bugs. When we called the front desk they told us they were lucky bugs and my husband proceeded to tell her that they may be lucky, but we don't want to bug infested room. They moved us across the hall and there were cracks and rust in the shower. The AC started making a weird noise that was really loud and when I called the front desk I was told that it needed to be reset and to turn it off and turn it back on. That fixed the problem or so we thought. In the middle of the night it woke my husband up with the same noise again. The toilet seat was also not clean and on the underside of the seat there were feces. I felt like we were being punished for requesting a new room due to the bug issue and that we were not given a comparable nice room.

Hotel was clean and the room was clean. Very comfortable beds and loved the walk in shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Just wish there had been better lighting in the bedroom and sitting area. Breakfast stopped at 9am so I missed it by 5 minutes.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and both times have been amazing. The staff is excellent and very friendly, the hotel is always clean, the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we’ve had and the rooms are a wonderful size, very clean, and the showers are awesome!!! We will always stay here when we are in the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but there were some problems. Wifi was hard to get into and awfully slow. Quite a few of the outlet/charging stations were not working. Perhaps the fact that we were there in order to be close to a clinic made me a tad cranky, so there's that.

I was on the 2nd floor. Someone on that floor had their television on so loud.. , it sounded like people talking loudly in the hallway .I woke up at 1:15 am to use the bathroom. Could not get back to sleep until 4:00 am.

TERRIBLE! I booked this room over my wedding weekend for my family and friends and it was the worst experience. Someone at the front desk canceled or gave away my room the day before my wedding which caused a great amount of stress. They also messed up the rooms for my mom and sister and tried to charge extra for something they did. The whole ordeal was a mess and I ended up paying more for my room when it should’ve been given to me at least at a discounted rate. The only silver lining was the guy Nate. He was kind and willing to help. And the beds were hard

Upon checkin was asked for a picture ID and a credit/debit card. Handed the receptionist my military picture ID and credit card. Was then told that he needed my drivers license. If that was what he needed, why didn’t he ask for that in the first place. Never used my credit card cause used what was on file. So why did he ask for a card?

The property is hidden in a business district so it was secluded and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and communicated very well. The housekeeping staff was a little pushy and rude but stuff happens. Would definitely return again.

Really nice and clean. I will definitely come back to this location. I do wish that the breakfast hours were extended a little longer. Its from 7-9:30 AM (if I remember correctly on the weekends). I wish it would've been from extended to 10 AM.
