The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs major renovations. The ceilings in the hallways were leaking, and the escalators were not functioning. The area is nice, but it took a while to find the hotel since it’s not easily visible. The room was spacious and clean.

All I can say is that when I arrived, it was raining and the ceiling of the hotel not the room was leaking. There was no hot water the TV in 216

No hot or warm water The exercise equipment was either broken or dangerous to use. Otherwise the room was ok

Not the easiest property to find as there is very limited outdoor signage. Once there, the reception service is quick and the room is very clean. The roo. Was actually more than I expected for the price.

The hotel is okay. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a low cost hotel. The staff will help you get where you need to go. They also fixed my bed. The negative parts are that the hotel itself is not air conditioned. The room is but not the halls and lobby. The ceiling looks like it suffers from a few roof leaks. There is no hot water and I was on the third floor which had low water pressure. I’m interested in adventure so I like getting around and going places. The hotel is not a deal breaker. I did enjoy the low price. If you’re looking for a resort experience, this is not for you.

Recibes lo que pagas, sirve para dormir y estar cerca de varias atracciones, el personal es amable y si es un lugar limpio, el único problema es que se anuncia con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero es en la calle.

The is a cheap hotel so this review is based on similar $75/night hotel (like Hotel 6). That said I give it 7/10 rating Jan 2024 stay. This is an old 3 story mall converted into a hotel. You can't see the lobby from street as there are store fronts go to east side of building. The hotel could have been more secure as there are no locked main doors anyone off the street can easily walk to your room door. Excellent safe location easy walk to beaches, night clubs, restaurants and shopping. Felt safe walking home from Senor Frogs at 1am. I had 2 rooms both were very large, clean , king bed and 42inch TV; however I hated the 1st room it was on main floor very loud music in hall and lights shining in room shower head was broken shower door was missing it did not have: mini fridge safe or hot water. I complained and they put me on 3rd floor. Much nicer got a safe, fridge, hot water and shower door. The shower was incredible! 10x10ft large shower head on ceiling! Wasn't perfect still too much light in room at night. Walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors as though they were in your room. You need to ask to get your room cleaned so hang card on door every day. Over all the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It rained one night and we had water dripping in our room. Safety latch on door was missing but dead bolt worked. Door had large gaps that let hall light in could have easily been fixed with a seal. Smoked window above door let too much hall light in at night.

The property had a unique decor which liked, and the rooms were very clean. There was no microwave service available thru out the establishment or a way to warm up leftover food. My greatest disappointment was that the jacuzzi hot tub never worked my entire stay there and management just kept giving me excuses about why.

Location was GREAT. Staff was very helpful. The building does need some work, leaks and stairs require attention, basic maintenance things like that. Funny detail... the shower curtain was 5 minches off the ground so really not very effective LOL! The room we stayed in (Christian Dior) was funky! You can tell the room had been converted into a hotel room, it was spciaous and oddly designed, toilet and shower in one corner, tub in another and the sink on the other wall. I would have LOVED a window though :) Although they did make a "frosted window" by the door with light from the hall and there was daylight from the roof area so it kind of was like a window... but not quite. TONS of room to do my yoga in the AM. FREE PARKING was perfect! The beach access was about a 3 min walk away. A grocery store was the same distance. This hotel was great. The room was clean it was the basic maintenance issues that rated the 4 stars and madeit look messy. We would stay here again for sure.

La ubicación es muy buena, sin embargo el hotel bastante malo. Un día no hubo luz, no hay casi nada de presión de agua, al estar dentro de una plaza cualquier mínimo ruido se escucha, para que salga agua caliente debía esperar 10 min aprox.

Tiene buena ubicación pero es un hotel muy viejo, sucio, huele a cañeria y los muebles están muy viejos. El baño muy poco higienico.

The establishment is situated close to transportation and easily accessible on foot to shopping and nightlife destinations. The beddings were clean. However, every surface was visibly dirty. Countertops, curtains, and side drawers were dirty and dusty. The chair inside was filthy and emitted an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was reeking of an unpleasant odor and was severely soiled. Despite my repeated complaints, the bathroom, floor, and surfaces remained uncleaned for days. I observed a cleaner mopping other room floors, suggesting that the cleaner responsible for my floor was ignoring ours. The room lacked a window, resulting in unpleasant odors. The air conditioning system was effective in circulating the air. Although the building is old and dilapidated, the lack of cleanliness significantly exacerbated my discomfort.

Español: Buena ubicación, las instalaciones por el costo eran buenas, sin embargo en nuestra habitación no había puerta en el baño, siendo la habitación para 4 personas, optamos por usar el baño de uso común del hotel. Sería algo que deberían especificar. Me gustaría reconocer a una mujer del personal de limpieza, quien además de realizar su trabajo de manera impecable, nos asesoró con la ubicación de playas cercanas al hotel. English: Good location, the facilities for the cost were good, however in our room there was no door to the bathroom, being the room for 4 people, we opted to use the hotel's common bathroom. It would be something they should specify. I would like to recognize a woman from the cleaning staff, who, in addition to doing her job impeccably, advised us on the location of beaches near the hotel.

The property had a terrible odor throughout my stay. There were several bugs in my room. There was a point where I could only shower with cold water because the hot water was not running. It was not as advertised on Expedia.

No tiene anuncios la entrada así que alguien tuvo que ayudarnos a encontrar el hotel, además las habitaciones tienen paredes de cristal hacia el pasillo que solo dan privacidad al cerrar una cortina ya que toda la noche las luces están encendidas el descanso es difícil ya que no queda oscura la habitación, eso si está muy bien ubicado si quieres ir a algún club

Detta var ett unikt boende. Cancuns första shopping center som är gjort om till hotel är verkligen annorlunda. Mitt rum Gucci var stort med en bekväm king size stor säng. Ström uttag nära sängen på båda sidorna. Bra belysning. TV och kylskåp. Skrivbord och en chaiselong. Badrum med badkar. Det var rentcoch fint. Vissa möbler kunde behöva lite färg. Dusch draperiet borde kortas. Endast minus är att det är ljudhört. Man hör filk i korridoren och sina grannar. Annars bra plats. Nära strand, sightseeing, restauranger och klubbar

Because of the glass wall the room was not dark when sleeping. Blackout curtains would be better then the regular ones that were hung.

Check- in dude tried to charge me twice . No hot water . Slowest check in ever . Almost half an hour , I already had a reservation and had paid .

Personal amable, habitación bien y amplia

1. Check-In no nos permitieron 20 minutos antes, esperamos 25 min, pero clientes que llegaron 15:05 fueron atendidos antes y nos quedamos al final, habitación inicial no funcionó aire acondicionado, nos cambiamos de habitación y segunda habitación no funcionaba el baño y nos cambiamos a tercer habitación. El exterior si se ve deteriorado sin mantenimiento, no hay teléfono en habitación. Buena estancia pero pueden mejorar por el precio esperaba algo más ( opción tomada por cercanía a centro de convenciones )

Excelente lugar para descansar, tal vez un poco confuso por donde es su acceso principal pero después de eso todo perfecto, una felicitación a su recepcionista Micaela, que siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier necesidad con una amabilidad que se debe reconocer.

O hotel parece ser uma galeria desativada! Mas não tivemos problemas para encontrá-lo, o nome é MDH (Mayafair Design Hotel). Os atendentes são extremamente educados e solícitos. Nesse ponto, nota 10! Nosso primeiro quarto estava com muito cheiro de mofo! Além de estar com criança, me senti sufocada. Pedi a troca e fui atendida prontamente! O quarto em que ficamos não tinha janela, porém era espaçoso, as camas confortáveis e o ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. O chuveiro apresentou um defeito no segundo dia, porém foi consertado assim que solicitamos. A água não fica quente rapidamente, demora um tempo considerável, questão de uns 20 minutos. Além disso, não tem cortina no box, então molha muito o restante do banheiro. O serviço de quarto realiza a limpeza, porém esquece de colocar novas toalhas e tapete, sendo necessário que a gente va pedir na recepção. O café da manhã é bem básico, sem variedade. Porém, é em uma cafeteria e tem opções para a venda. Quanto a localização, nada a reclamar! Pelo contrário! Muito bem localizado, fica a cerca de 1 km do Coco Bongo, playa fórum, está perto também de pontos de ônibus, da playa Caracol e tem bastante comércio por perto, inclusive um mercado. No geral, caso queira pagar por um preço “justo”, creio que seja uma boa opção! Porém, esses pontos negativos podem ser melhorados pelo hotel.

Local shopping and food area and it is very clean environment. Everything is walking distance away and very affordable. Parking area available as well, and very easy to get transportation.

El hotel es muy bueno y muy bonito, la comida está riquísima y te dan muy buena atención, sin duda volveremos a ir a ese mismo hotel las próximas vacaciones, me gustaría que más gente conociera el hotel y se dieran la oportunidad de conocerlo, la verdad es muy bueno y quisiera ver más gente ahí, cuando vuelva a ir

El trato es muy amable, la limpieza es adecuada y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de las playas y entretenimiento. La habitación no es para nada lujosa pero tendrán todas las comodidades para una gran estancia. La habitación no es del todo obscura, es mejor llevar antifaz para dormir bien. Los restaurantes de al rededor son malos pero no pertenecen al hotel, solo para que no coman por ahí porque les dan cupones de descuentos al hacer el check in pero no lo vale

There is no microwave that you can use. It is advisable to bring one portable kettle. If you need hot water, you need to go to the coffee shop to get one close to the hotel.
