Stellar property, breakfast and ramen bar at night are great. Love that onsen has cold plunge too. Great location.

風呂上がりのサービス、夜鳴きそばなどはよかったが、マッサージチェアは故障中のままだった。 予約画面が素泊まりになっていたのが非常にわかりにくく、朝食が別料金だと言われ残念だった。それに対するエクスペディア側の対応もよくなかった。

13층 대욕장에서 피로 풀기 최고였습니다!! 1층에 로손도 있고 호텔에서 별도의 문으로 바로 출입도 가능해서 정말 편했어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다. 도보로 도톤보리 신사이바시 모두 돌아보기에 좋았어요. 다시 와도 여기 묵고 싶어요!

I am amazed that the onsen is open from 3pm to 10am. If you go in the middle of the night, there’s practically nobody there, and the whole place is yours. They offer free ice popsicles and ice cream bars. There are 2 massage chairs. They also offer free ramen every night from 9:30pm - 11pm.

A fantastic Inn with onsen right near the centre of Shinsaibashi/Namba area. The room is very clean and tidy. What's the best thing about this place? Free washing machine usage on the 13th floor and the free ice cream/ice block after your onsen session at night time. Late night snack? Free soba near midnight at their restaurant too!

WiFi signal keeps dropping every 5-10 minutes, and never work..

호텔의 시설 및 서비스가 고객을 배려하는 느낌이 많이 들었어요. 내부시설 깨끗했고, 13층에 공용이긴하지만 온천이 있어서 하루종일 관광후 짧게라도 온천욕을하니 피로가 많이 풀리더라구요. 13층 온천욕하고 나오면 안마의자 2개가 있는데 이또한 무료이며 이거까지하고 셋팅된 아이스크림(무료)까지 먹으면 하루의 피로가 완전 풀려요 !! ㅋㅋ (아이스크림 기대 안했는데 진짜 맛있었어요) 그리고 출출한 밤시간에 2층에서 소바(라멘) 무료로 주시는데 이것도 넘넘 맛나요^^ 여러가지로 고객을 배려하는 느낌의 시설이라 넘 만족했고 재방문 의사 100% 있습니다^^ 덕분에 여행 즐겁게 잘 다녀왔어요~

It was a great stay, made full use of onsen and massage chairs while we were there. Facility is very clean. If I may add, they need more chairs on level 13 where the laundry machine and massage chairs are so people can sit and wait if there's a queue

Room was decently clean

トイレのレバーが故障連絡し修理した旨の返事をもらったが直ってなかった。確認不足や嘘は良くない。　またルーム掃除にも不満。理由は前日夜に使用した冷やし枕が残ったまま、水の補充も少なく、飲み終わったペットボトルや瓶も捨てられていない。ドーミーが好きで連泊利用したのにガッカリした。

Room smelled a bit like pee? The bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. But the rest of the hotel was great.

The room is clean and tidy. Friendly and polite staff. Located near Shinsaibashiduji is convenient. I particularly enjoyed the hot spring.

Fresh towels everyday. Room is clean and spacious enough. Free popsicles at Floor 13 and free homemade ramen at Floor 2 at night. Fresh bottled water provided everyday! Staff is friendly and professional. It is pricey compared to other hotels but def recommend it.

Hotel was amazing. The room was the same size as most Japanese hotels, smaller shower only but that was fine with us. Free ramen at night was a nice touch. There is a nice onsen/hot spring on site that I was unable to use due to having tattoos which is fine, I don’t take away anything for that. But Osaka has a more artistic/younger vibe with more tattooed people that even Tokyo so for it being in a tourist area it’s strange but again, didn’t bother me. The only downside in my opinion to this hotel were the pillows. They are very firm so if you’re looking for a fluffier pillow bring your own. But outside of that everything is wonderful would recommend still. It’s a short walk to Dotonobori and great shopping areas. But a bit far from a major station.

The room was clean, unusual layout. Another hotel with very hard and uncomfortable pillows, must be a thing in Japan? Awesome location, very quick walk to Dotonbori. Staff were a little robotic, not overly friendly or warm.

First time while visiting, Japan the rooms were very spacious but street noise was prevalent.

The location, spa, and breakfast were okay, but the room was stuffy because it was in a building with a blocked view.

Room was big enough for us but a bit dated. Our room faced the Main Street and it was incredibly noisy to a point of walking us up in the night. The night noodles were good and a nice touch also provided coffee and tea in the room. Staff was nice as well.

Room was a bit basic, and the shower was in a cupboard with the WC in another cupboard. No coffee or tea in the room.

Front Staff forgot my wake up call request. Buffet Breakfast was not good. Chinese Visiter were so crowd and I was annoyed their bad manner.

직원이 너무 없어요 맡긴 짐 찾는데 너무 오래 기다렸네요

The amenities are excellent, the receptionist helped me to call the hotel in another city about shipping my luggage over because I didn’t inform that hotel ahead of time. She is an older lady but she was willing to go through all the trouble to help me. Nowhere in other countries you will find such good customer service. Japanese are wonderful people.

The staff is very friendly, the amenities are top tier with breakfast available in the morning, complimentary ramen offered at night, the conbini attached to the ground floor and the onsen and ice cream on the top floor, what more could you ask for? While only being a stones throw away from Dontonbori and Shinsaibashi with public transportation at your fingertips. Anything you ask for at the front desk is very conveniently accommodated and everyone in the building is so polite. 10/10 will stay again!

Good hotel with good breakfast, convenient location but noisy at night.

Located in a high tourist traffic area next to a lot of clubs and bars. So the area around the hotel was dirty and lots of trash that tourists / drunks dropped on the floor. Excellent location if you’re into that scene. Dotonbori only 4 - 5 blocks away so that was nice. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Lots of convenience stores also. If coming from Osaka station directly and you take the metro, the main line will have you exit about 1 KM away from the hotel. And then you’ll have to lug your luggage through the crowded tourist area and bars. Property itself inside was clean. Staff super attentive and nice. Rooms were cozy and tight. Amenities top notch. Onsen and steam room was clean and nice to have after a long cold day of sight seeing. Overall a very decent hotel. If you have lots of luggage beware. Not too many storage options in the room. You will have to Tetris them into the room so you can get into bed. As it is in Japan, there is no wasted space.

a good hotel with nice service, but just the location not really close to the metro station

The property is right at the heart of Dotonbori. There are countless options for food and shopping around. We stayed here with our 2 kids but only booked one room (2 beds). We should have booked two rooms since the beds are small (one of us is bigger/taller than a standard Japanese man, so it was tight). But the convenience is great. There are multiple train stations within 10-15 mins walk. Lots of shops around. Multiple Lawson/Family Mart around, too. The hot spring is great after a long shopping day. There are also massage chairs. The property is clean, and the staff are well versed in English.

위치 너무 좋고, 건물 1층에 로손 있고 주변에 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐이 있어 편의점 쇼핑 및 트래블카드 출금하기에도 정말 편합니다.디럭스 예약했는데 평수도 시원하게 빠지고, 28인치 2개 피기에도 불편함 없었습니다. 아 물론 체크인 및 문의도 한국어로 할 수 있어서 불편함이 1도 없었구요. 무엇보다도 하루의 피곤함을 풀 기에 너무 좋은 욕탕이 무료여서 행복했습니다. 담에 또 오사카 가면 전 무조건 여기 갈 거예요.

The room and the lobby felt quite depressive, however, it had everything you needed. The onsen was nice with shower heads from Refa, and it was nice that you could relax in massage chairs and eat complementary ice cream afterwards. The free laundry machines were nice add-ons, and the tumbler dried the clothes properly so it did not cost much. Location was good, a short walk to Dotonbori and the metro.

By far the best experience for me and my wife. Facilities were clean, easily accessible, and within walking distance of Dotonbori and Kuromon and everything else within a mile radius. I would return to stay.

This is the 3rd time I stay at Dormy Inn. But there are actually 2! (across street) so I always get confused. I choose this place because of it's access to best walkable shopping place in Osaka. It's like staying at time square in New York. The place is good with helpful staff. It is small (think like they shrink everything in hotel room down to 80% size), which is good consider this is premium place in Osaka. It's reasonable clean, with nice hot bath, free popsicle after, and free ramen at evening (big plus that you don't have to step out to get a night time snack). The neighborhood is very noisy and lots of food traffic. it's top area to try out famous Osaka restaurant, walk to Kuromon market in 10 min, and Anime/Manga center (DenDen town) another 10 min. Easy access to large underground shopping street (connect to Namba station). What I found changed are: (1) more and more adult bar/night clubs showed up in that area. Which is actually ok as they don't bother you (foreigner), especially if you are with kids. (2) the breakfast variety seems less than last year and price went up. (3) occasionally there are some noisy event in middle of night (as hotel is facing a busy street). (4) with popularity and huge food traffic, comes with garbage on the street. But this is a very convenient place to visit Osaka center, especially if you are on short trip or just want to see the city's busy side. We are here for USJ and World Expo this year. It's about 40+ min to get to.

Walking distance to shopping center; room size is relatively spacious with reference to city center hotels in Japan; complimentary welcome sweets & water at fridge; breakfast quality is good and out of expectation >>> recommended The only drawback is no parking inside the hotel and need to park at nearby carpark.

温泉は写真通り雰囲気がよく(たまに実物が写真と異なる場合がありますが、ここはそのままです!)癒されました。無料のマッサージチェアやアイスのおもてなし(自由にとって食べる方式です)、夜食の夜泣きそばも絶品でした!朝食のビッフェも食べ放題ですが、どれも味のレベルが高く、ご当地のたこ焼きや串カツも朝から堪能できます。小学生の娘は「また行きたい」と言っています。立地も道頓堀にも徒歩で行ける好条件でした。荷物が多かったのですが、チェックアウト後も同一日あれば快く預かっていただけました。

도톤보리와 많이 가까워서 이동하기 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있었습니다.

Good place, nice breakfast , you can eat famous Osaka food at breakfast.

Das öffentliche Bad mit Sauna oben war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Die Zimmer waren auch für Japanische Verhältnisse sehr gut und das Frühstück war wirklich fantastisch, vielleicht das beste auf unserer gesamten Japan Rundreise. Die Lage war gut für Touristen die schnell in die Stadtmitte wollen und unten gab es direkt einen Konbini.

朝食バイキングが期待以上に種類も豊富で美味しかったです。 温泉もサウナもあって旅の疲れを癒せました。

O ponto forte do hotel é a localização. Muito próximo a Dotonbori, metro, restaurantes, shoppings ….. Staff gentil Tamanho do meu quarto ok( luxo - queen bed) porém a cama é muito dura e as toalhas muito finas. Fraco café da manhã para aqueles que não são fãs do café da manhã japonês. O Hamen que eles servem à noite, também achei ruim. Não usei o onsen

Good and comfortable. Breakfast ok, but have room to improve more food. Night noodle should also offer ice tea or soft drinks.
