TERRIBLE. Photos on Expedia are misleading. It's an old Days Inn with a "Ramada by Wyndham" vinyl banner over the entrance. Light switch by door in the room did not work. Ceiling had HUGE brown stains on it in multiple places. Child said bed felt "greasy". Blanket smelled moldy to me. Beds uncomfortable. Exposed anchors in the shower where someone rehung the curtain without bothering to caulk the old holes. Bent vent in the ceiling. Turned on the air conditioner and it ran loudly making it very unpleasant to sleep due to noise. Couldn't open the windows due to holes in the screens. One box spring had an obvious stain down the side of it. Room overall was disorderly - hangers askew, random chair with stains by bed, dresser offset at an angle from the wall, and refrigerator and Days Inn ice bucket oddly in front of the windows. Drapes not correctly attached and straight. Pool to the right out the window looked awful. Hallways are poorly lit, random maintenance doors left ajar and paint jobs are terrible in hallways and rooms alike. Overflowing trash at entrance. The "bar" is a leaning shack against the side that is closed. Charged us $154 for Saturday stay as nothing else was available in the area. Requested a refund and manager refused, said to call Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and they refused to refund the money. DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE.

Run down exterior, interior smells like stale cigarettes. The beds were ok. I could not figure out how to get the water to become hot in the shower because the knob was barely functional. The pool is permanently closed it would seem. Didn’t even look at breakfast when leaving as they didn’t even bother turning the light on for that area. It’s right next to the highway so you hear the highway sounds all night.

No elevator the staff asked us to carry luggage to the 2nd floor and use cart .. and staff are not friendly.. not much options in complaint break fast..and mostly in the morning they off the power for lights and charging plugs and also telephone connection was off.. and they kept coffee Machine near the hand washing area.. I won’t recommend to my friends..

It appears to be in the middle of an ownership change. No ammenities available. No cups in the rooms. coofee maker but on coffee. This "suite" was nothingmore than 2 adjoining rooms with one having a bed and the other a small couch. AC didn't work on one side. Very disappointed for the rate they charged. Pictures on the expedia site were deceptive.

Property is under renovation. a former Days Inn being converted to a Ramada. So many issues and none were disclosed before or at check-in. Handicap access is horrible at best... must access room via a service area otherwise use stairwell. Not acceptable for seniors or anyone with a mobility issue. Bedding was stained and worn. It was a waste of money to stay there. Had no choice once arriving at property due to funeral circumstances. It was awful. Choose hotel based on Ramada name and prior experiences. That was a mistake.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Nothing is clean. Stains. Sticking. Gross. Smells like terrible. Rooms are dirty, smells like cigarettes. No ice machines. Not vending machines. No pool. No wifi. No restaurant. No bar and lounge. NOTHING THEY LIST ON THEIR HOTEL IS TRUE. -20 stars. Lights didn’t work. Tvs didn’t work. The bathtubs are cover in soap scum. there was mold in the shower, the bed was a mattress on an aluminum slab. The room came with a hot tub but when you turned it on it backwashed filth out of the jets. And I'm still showing a charge from 3 nights when I only stayed one despite assurance from the manager I would receive a refund. Do not stay here, it's not safe.

Ptoperty looked like it should have been abandon! Outside was unkept building in and out run down. Rooms were filthy rugs were disgusting furniture was stained, walls had stains. There were little flies every where in rm. There were big vents with visual pipes ands bathroom vent was gross i slept on top of covers. Oh and it was across from a truck stop.

The doors and walls are filthy. The property was unkept-weeds all over-trash all over The sheets were not clean-blood stain on th pillow-were they even changed.?The new sheets we asked for were so stretched that they didnt stay on. Holes in the thin towels. I have pictures-cant believe I stayed here-hardly slept a wink. No iron, no extra towels or pilliows. Horrible experience

Hallway carpet was dirty and smelled bad. First room (far end first floor) was the worst room I ever stayed in. In my life. Mold in the bathtub, room had a terrible old cigarette/drug smell, my wife noticed faint grease stains on the sheets. We asked to move and staff was very accommodating. We stayed in the adjoining room which was suitable.

The room was so bad we didn't stay. We walked into our smoke free room and it reeked of cigarettes. The paint on the wall was peeling, and the sheets on the bed were a dirty gray color. We left within 10 minutes. The whole hotel was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is so gross, made my skin crawl.

The beds are absolutely horrible, on huge metal frames that make so much noise even when you just turn over in the bed. And the front desk man was creepy and followed me and my boyfriend to the room like he was spying and then walked up behind us when we were opening the door and almost gave me a heart attack.

TERRIBLE. Photos on Expedia are misleading. It's an old Days Inn with a "Ramada by Wyndham" vinyl banner over the entrance. Light switch by door in the room did not work. Ceiling had HUGE brown stains on it in multiple places. Child said bed felt "greasy". Blanket smelled moldy to me. Beds uncomfortable. Exposed anchors in the shower where someone rehung the curtain without bothering to caulk the old holes. Bent vent in the ceiling. Turned on the air conditioner and it ran loudly making it very unpleasant to sleep due to noise. Couldn't open the windows due to holes in the screens. One box spring had an obvious stain down the side of it. Room overall was disorderly - hangers askew, random chair with stains by bed, dresser offset at an angle from the wall, and refrigerator and Days Inn ice bucket oddly in front of the windows. Drapes not correctly attached and straight. Pool to the right out the window looked awful. Hallways are poorly lit, random maintenance doors left ajar and paint jobs are terrible in hallways and rooms alike. Overflowing trash at entrance. The "bar" is a leaning shack against the side that is closed. Charged us $154 for Saturday stay as nothing else was available in the area. Check in was super slow even though I check in and paid ahead of time because I’d knew we would be there late. Still was close to a half hour wait for me to finally get the key. Got to the room unloaded drink in the fridge just to find out the fridge didn’t work. A couple of the towels were dirty. I did not call the front desk because we were just ready for bed. The breakfast was 1 waffle maker, cereal, and bread to toast. They only had powdered creamer for their coffee at breakfast. I’ve stayed at many low cost places and this one ranks in my top 3 worst.

Hallway carpet was dirty and smelled bad. First room (far end first floor) was the worst room I ever stayed in. In my life. Mold in the bathtub, room had a terrible old cigarette/drug smell, my wife noticed faint grease stains on the sheets. We asked to move and staff was very accommodating. We stayed in the adjoining room which was suitable.

This is the first time in my life I have ever refused to stay at a hotel after checking in. The conditions were old and rundown, there was no lighting at all in the parking lot, which made me nervous for my car safety, but what sent us out the door was the Hair that was all over the bathtub and the toilet, and the generally unclean condition of the room. Making matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, through Expedia, the hotel management not only refused, but lied about our state saying that we had been in the room for hours when we had been there only 10 minutes , this is a facility that should not be represented on Expedia’s platform. When checking in, the desk clerk asked for my ID and held it for a good 4 minutes before I questioned if there was an issue. He said "no" and handed my ID immediately. I had to submit a security deposit of $50, so upon the arrival of room 244, I scanned the environment and took pictures of any damages. There's a door that leads to another room with what seems to be a punched hole on the door, burn mark on one of the blankets of the beds, broken screen window looking outside, the door frame itself seems to slowly be falling apart, missing security chain for the door. Next morning, when checking out, I asked for a receipt, and the desk person (different person) stated I will get it in my email. His attitude was unwelcoming as of he just wanted me to leave already. My family and I just needed a place to sleep for the night, but will never again attend to this location.

Ptoperty looked like it should have been abandon! Outside was unkept building in and out run down. Rooms were filthy rugs were disgusting furniture was stained, walls had stains. There were little flies every where in rm. There were big vents with visual pipes ands bathroom vent was gross i slept on top of covers. Oh and it was across from a truck stop.

Run down exterior, interior smells like stale cigarettes. The beds were ok. I could not figure out how to get the water to become hot in the shower because the knob was barely functional. The pool is permanently closed it would seem. Didn’t even look at breakfast when leaving as they didn’t even bother turning the light on for that area. It’s right next to the highway so you hear the highway sounds all night.

The desk clerk was very nice, the room was clean. The halls however, were neglected. The was a huge cobweb in the window along with a lot of dust and dirt on the sills. There was garbage in the front flower garden area. Breakfast was waffles, coffee but no creamer. And that’s about it. Oh juice too.

Check-in was a little rough. The receptionist had my reservation and after checking in, called to say there was a problem with payment. I had to show him my card was charged when the reservation was made. Part of the booking was for provided breakfast, but the receptionist explained the hotel was changing contracts and so would not be providing it. Did not care for the hallway that appeared to have smokers while en route to my nonsmoking room. I'm easy for comfort, but would have liked a little better in having my son with me.

Bathroom was not very nice, from the tiny toilet to the stained tub floor not to mention the crappy grout and paint job. there was mold in the shower, the bed was a mattress on an aluminum slab. The room came with a hot tub but when you turned it on it backwashed filth out of the jets. Gross bathroom. TV and AC don’t work. Beds were so loud we kept waking when while shifting. Staff didn’t bring extra pillows after asking 3 times. Awful service. Terrible hotel. Stay elsewhere.
