What a wonderful stay at The Sanctuary at Sandbridge Beach! Our owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us tour of facility! The unit was immaculate and provided everything a family could need, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the beach! Relaxing poolside or on the beach was stress free with the owners easy to contact if needed (which must be rare because the unit had everything you need for a great vacation)!

The Condo was beautiful, it was exactly as described in the listing. The owner had a game console, board games, puzzles, books, dvd player and dvds, streaming services on the tv, etc already provided when you arrive. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in away from home. My family and I enjoyed our week long stay. Waking up every morning having breakfast on the private balcony while looking at the sunrise and beautiful view was so tranquil. We were able to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company, just what we. needed. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts because we got engaged here 3/19/23. We were only steps away from the beach and Jose Tequila’s.(The food was great) The host Eddi was very nice and friendly and was easy to contact and communicate with. We will most definitely be returning soon!!

Let me start by saying that Eddi the host is the most accommodating and generous host that we have ever had!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well appointed. The location is perfect!! Only steps to the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the balcony each night! Our family stayed for a week and had a truly wonderful time!! Sandbridge beach is so beautiful and peaceful, the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!! We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!! Chrissy Wentworth 😀

We had the best vacation! Great area. It was quiet and relaxing. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults. Eddi was an amazing host. Her communication was excellent. She was able to get us into the condo a bit early. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. There were snacks available. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. She even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cart to get it all to the beach. We woukd love to stay again! Definitely recommend!

My wife, two young daughters, and I had a wonderful vacation renting the condo. The condo was larger and nicer than we had expected and was more than enough for a family of four. We often enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. They also had everything we needed for fun on the beach. The beach access is close and convenient and the beach is large and beautiful. This end of the beach also seems to be where the lifeguards are regularly posted, which made us feel safe when enjoying the ocean with our young kids. The pools were pretty nice as well. The location of the condo is great with a park nearby. Overall, a great experience near a beautiful beach. 100% would stay again!

Property is very nice and clean. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. Condo is convenient to pools and the beach. It’s away from all the chaos of the main part of Virginia Beach. Perfect spot to relax. Would recommend the condo to anyone. Good for a couple or people with kids.

I researched several listings prior to booking our three-day stay, and I am so glad we chose Bayview Beauty. The host’s communication was superb - from answering initial questions to the time we pulled into the parking garage, their responsive was amazing. The care and consideration shown during the check in process was unique, and it was immediately apparent that Eddi truly cares about her guests. The property itself offered indescribable sound sunset views and easy access to the ocean. It was well appointed, and the only thing we needed was food (literally)! This condo was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and accommodating for my two small kids. We loved having access to grills, a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. My kids loved the pool and the beach. We had an excellent trip and will be rebooking this condo for future vacations.

Our host (Eddi) greeted us upon arrival. She gave us a lot of great information and even left snacks for us to enjoy. The condo was clean and has a great view of the bay. The property has 3 pools, which were all very much used by my kids. We also used the well-equipped gym on site. The beach is also located right on site and Eddi has everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, wagon, etc.). There’s a lot of shopping nearby and lots of activities to enjoy. We’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s and this one was one of our favorites.

WOW! I looked for a rental in Sandbridge and came across these condos. Some had bad reveiws saying the condos were dirty, outdated. Then I found this property. Great reviews so we booked it. As soon as I did I got a reply from the owner Eddi. You see terms like Premier Host on alot of the units. Eddi is far above that. As the owner she is hands on and genuinely cares not only about her property but about the guest experience! The unit is beautiful, up to date, and very well appointed and maintained. Eddi is never more than a quick text message away and to answer any questions quickly and cheerfully. It is so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely takes pride in and cares about what they do. Stay with Eddi and you will not be disappointed!

Owner was so nice and offered to help for anything that might come up. When I opened the door, 1st thing I noticed was how clean the unit was. Kitchen was well stock with everything we would need. WIFI worked really well. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and we had beach towels also. Nice. Building is well secured for only guest can go in and out. Beach was so nice. We will return for sure.

My wife and I visited with my sister in celebration of her graduation. We specifically chose this listing because of proximity to the beach, while also having a view of the bay for sunsets over the water. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, the location was exactly what we wanted, the listing adequately prepared us for what was in the condo, and the hosts were a perfect balance between being accessible and supportive while not hovering in any way.

My friend and I had a lovely writing retreat at this terrific property. Apartment was well appointed, with everything we needed. The views are great, and the owners couldn't have been nicer. The living room area is especially soothing. We will return!

It was perfect the pictures do not do it justice. The balcony had the best sunsets. All activities were centered around the balcony. The location was perfect if you want piece and quiet. A must is the Clam shack for breakfast.

I really liked this place! The Sanctuary condo complex is in the perfect location, right between the beach and the bay, and you have easy access to the fishing pier and Little Island Park, too. The view of the bay and the marsh from “Bayview Beauty” is amazing; it’s the first thing you see when you walk into the condo, which is bright and well furnished. This condo was very clean and in a quiet location in the building. I was very comfortable here, and my hosts were friendly and responsive. Sandbridge is one of those places where you can just kick back and appreciate nature (I saw dolphins almost everyday) but there are also some good restaurants nearby and a market right as you enter town. It’s just a cool, peaceful vibe, which is kind of unique. I had a wonderful time here, and I would definitely return!

This condo was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and accommodating for my two small kids. We loved having access to grills, a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. My kids loved the pool and the beach. We had an excellent trip and will be rebooking this condo for future vacations.

What a wonderful stay at The Sanctuary at Sandbridge Beach! Our owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us tour of facility! The unit was immaculate and provided everything a family could need, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the beach! Relaxing poolside or on the beach was stress free with the owners easy to contact if needed (which must be rare because the unit had everything you need for a great vacation)!

Let me start by saying that Eddi the host is the most accommodating and generous host that we have ever had!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well appointed. The location is perfect!! Only steps to the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the balcony each night! Our family stayed for a week and had a truly wonderful time!! Sandbridge beach is so beautiful and peaceful, the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!! We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!! Chrissy Wentworth 😀

We had the best vacation! Great area. It was quiet and relaxing. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults. Eddi was an amazing host. Her communication was excellent. She was able to get us into the condo a bit early. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. There were snacks available. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. She even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cart to get it all to the beach. We woukd love to stay again! Definitely recommend!

My wife, two young daughters, and I had a wonderful vacation renting the condo. The condo was larger and nicer than we had expected and was more than enough for a family of four. We often enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. They also had everything we needed for fun on the beach. The beach access is close and convenient and the beach is large and beautiful. This end of the beach also seems to be where the lifeguards are regularly posted, which made us feel safe when enjoying the ocean with our young kids. The pools were pretty nice as well. WOW! I looked for a rental in Sandbridge and came across these condos. Some had bad reveiws saying the condos were dirty, outdated. Then I found this property. Great reviews so we booked it. As soon as I did I got a reply from the owner Eddi. You see terms like Premier Host on alot of the units. Eddi is far above that. As the owner she is hands on and genuinely cares not only about her property but about the guest experience! The unit is beautiful, up to date, and very well appointed and maintained. Eddi is never more than a quick text message away and to answer any questions quickly and cheerfully. It is so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely takes pride in and cares about what they do. Stay with Eddi and you will not be disappointed!

Our host (Eddi) greeted us upon arrival. She gave us a lot of great information and even left snacks for us to enjoy. The condo was clean and has a great view of the bay. The property has 3 pools, which were all very much used by my kids. We also used the well-equipped gym on site. The beach is also located right on site and Eddi has everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, wagon, etc.). There’s a lot of shopping nearby and lots of activities to enjoy. We’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s and this one was one of our favorites.

It was perfect the pictures do not do it justice. The balcony had the best sunsets. All activities were centered around the balcony. The location was perfect if you want piece and quiet. A must is the Clam shack for breakfast.

Sandbridge is one of those places where you can just kick back and appreciate nature (I saw dolphins almost everyday) but there are also some good restaurants nearby and a market right as you enter town. Loved the bay views and watching sunsets from the balcony each evening, and morning sunrise walks on the beach, as the weather was mild. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with lots of recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The on-site restaurant, Jose Tequilas is super convenient with delicious food. The Condo was beautiful, it was exactly as described in the listing. The owner had a game console, board games, puzzles, books, dvd player and dvds, streaming services on the tv, etc already provided when you arrive. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in away from home. My family and I enjoyed our week long stay. Waking up every morning having breakfast on the private balcony while looking at the sunrise and beautiful view was so tranquil. We were able to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company, just what we. needed. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts because we got engaged here 3/19/23. We were only steps away from the beach and Jose Tequila’s.(The food was great) The host Eddi was very nice and friendly and was easy to contact and communicate with. We will most definitely be returning soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. A wonderful very responsive host to all of our needs and was exceptionally accommodating. I loved sitting on the deck looking out at the back bay and drinking coffee. The host provided welcome snacks and had all the necessary spices for cooking. I would 100% stay here again. Super host in every category.
