Dirty, not clean, smelly, tub filthy

Should avoid, they have a no refund policy posted and I saw why. Room was so dirty and beat up walls,doors and furniture truly the worst place I have stayed.

Besides the sheets, the entire room was filthy. Toilet bowl and bathtub never cleaned out. The floors were atrocious not to mention the neighbors who stay at the property smoking weed and sitting outside half the night making noise they say you’re not allowed pets on the property but the person 3 Doors Down had a massive dog that kept barking and was walking around the property on the leash doing its dirty business. The place stunk but then again what do you expect for what we paid a night we booked their due to my son’s college having parents weekend and everywhere else being fully booked. I waited last minute and booked a week before. But come on now that place was terrible only had two towels and a floor mat for the bathroom and they would collect the towels and wash them and give them back to you before you were allowed another set. They said our room was a non-smoking room, but there was cigarette ashes all over the floor as well as burn marks on the duvet when we requested a new duvet, they said those don’t get washed and it’s just a top cover to sleep with a sheet how disgusting is that smh . It was like a ghetto dirty motel that you see on those movies druggies and junkies hangout

My advice, just do not stay there.

Perfect for last minute bookings, the beds were super comfortable. The couple working the front were so sweet and helpful. The location seemed a little sketchy but honestly it was all around a great last minute booking for b an amazing price. They treated my fiance and his service dog with the most respect ive ever seen.
