Fairly new building so in good condition. Breakfast was good but I would have liked it if they had congee as an option (I have only seen it in asian hotels as a breakfast option so wasn't really expecting it). All the staff that we interacted with were really helpful and really nice to deal with. Nice secure basement parking. The area around it had a few eating options within a short distance but downtown Hamilton is not the most pleasant of places with a few homeless people hanging around the shops (not around the hotel though). Liked it enough to stay another night a few days later.

For the price you pay it is absolutely not worth it. During our stay only 1 elevator was working so taking the elevator ON A SATURDAY was a nightmare everytime. It is the only hotel I have seen that they charge you $20 for each day of parking. The breakfast is depressive: no options for juices, no water, no refill of anything they were supposed to have. Im just giving 2 stars because the rooms and the staff were nice, but I dont recommend anyone to stay here, save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was very clean! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and professional, when asked for help they were extremely quick!! The breakfast was good, had decent choices and always replenished!! The breakfast area was very comfortable and quite large with ample space I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Hamilton area

I twisted my ankle on the first night of the 4 nights I was there. The carpet is bunched up between the beds. Tripping hazard for sure. My foot bothered me the whole time I was there. Put a damper on my vacay.

Great location, friendly staff, brand new. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were seeing a show at TD Coliseum and the hotel was less than a ten minute walk away. I would stay here again.

I always stay in Hamptons everywhere i go but this particular branch was very noisy due to it's proximity to the street. I thought most hotels had double pane windows. The loud cars and motor bikes sounded like they were in my room. I slept very little as a result. The staff however were very kind and efficient.

We checked in at 10:00 PM, and the front desk staff told us that our room keys would be ready in about 20 minutes and delivered to our room. However, we waited in the room until 1:00 AM without any communication or update from the staff. Eventually, we went down to the front desk ourselves, only to be told there had been a technical issue and that we would have to stay the night without room keys. This was the first time we’ve ever stayed in a hotel without having access to our own room keys, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We also did not expect to stay up until 1:00 AM waiting for keys that never arrived. The front desk offered complimentary parking for one night as compensation, but no further apology or accommodation was provided.

The front desk staff at this location were not properly trained on Ontario’s service dog laws. Despite presenting the legally recognized documentation required under provincial and federal accessibility legislation, my service dog and I were initially denied access. I had to repeatedly explain the Human Rights Code and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act to the front desk staff until a manager was finally contacted by phone. Only then was I permitted to bring my medical equipment to my room. The entire process was stressful, unnecessary, and in sharp contrast to the respectful, well-informed experience I’ve had at other Hilton properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Accessibility is a right in Canada, not a privilege. Front-line staff must receive proper training on the laws of the province and country in which they operate to ensure all guests are treated with dignity and inclusion.

The staff was amazing including the maintenance guy. The breakfast was great, always coffee available and there was a water bottle fill station. Rooms were very comfortable and we could not here the kids play in the hallway.

The room was clean and welcoming. The climate was comfortable. Parking was simple, and our front desk reception person, John, was very helpful and recommended an EXCELLENT restaurant for dinner. 5 stars all the way around. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others!

I felt terribly sorry for the front desk clerks they were very considerate but extremely over worked/not their fault at all it took and hour to get checked in. If u have the hotel fully booked you need to hire accordingly. .

Not once did I receive any notification that I wouldn't be able to park my car there - apparently there are restrictions in height that aren't published. So, upon direction of the staff, had to park in an unlit, dangerous municipal parking lot near the hotel. NO compensation was offered for this inconvenience - after traveling 1250 kms to this location, arriving a nearly 11 PM you think someone would have stepped up with something better than - sorry, this is your only option, here's the manager's business card... poor customer service. Sadly the poor service continued in the next two days - not once did the staff at the front desk say good morning or look up from their phones to say a simple "good morning" - very rude. I received obvious canned text messages to say hello, but nothing personalised - again a good morning would have been very much appreciated and gone a long way to rectify the issues we encountered.

This was our second stay in the space of a week when we needed somewhere for one night before flying out of Toronto airport. New building, great staff, nice breakfast. The area around the hotel is a bit run down but that is just how it is in downtown Hamilton. Does have a number of places to eat within a short walk.

The room is wonderful, spacious and newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hess Village is just a block away and has many options for dining. I wouldn’t go down there alone or at night, though. The area is a bit sketchy.

Very noisy. We stayed on a higher floor but could hear all the street level noises. Watched a lot of homeless people loitering across the street who were clearly high off something. Worse part is the properly seems to not be sound proofed. Nothing like being kept up at 2 am listening to the sirens of police and ambulance. Nobody is ever at the front desk so I hope you aren’t in a rush.

The hotel is new, therefore it was very clean and the beds comfortable. We chose it because it was within walking distance of a venue we were attending. We didn't like that they charge extra $20 for parking. It is in a busy area and there is no other option if you have a vehicle. Parking is underground. There is construction next door and they started working shortly after 6am. The noise woke us up and we were unable to go back to sleep because of it. We understand it is outside of the hotel's control but it was unfortunate. We were out of there shortly after 7h30am. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on the quality of it. The Staff was pleasant and kind. Overall, the hotel itself was great.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was beautiful but the heater wasn’t working and the room was too warm. It was too late for me to call and get another room. Breakfast was not great. Didn’t have any gluten free nor dairy free options (hard boiled eggs would have been a great alternative to scramble, potato wedges without gluten another alternative to bread)

This hotel has a lovely clean lobby, with coffee provided for guests at all times. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I used the pool and it was deserted. The gym looked varied and was also empty. We would totally stay here again. The provided breakfast was also very good, with a variety of baked goods, omelettes, sausages, fruit, yogourt, cereal, fresh waffles and coffee.

A lot of extra costs and taxes - parking, etc added up fast. Bathroom door handle was broken and came off in our hands. Rooms are only cleaned every other day which means garbage accumulation is a problem with a family where folks are eating and such in their room. No obvious signs for parking or waiting at check in. Breakfast was not good and most things were empty by the time we arrived at 9 am on a Saturday morning.
