Booked a room during the weekend. My room was on the 3rd floor, little did I know; the main lobby/ bar & restaurant is located on the 4th floor. Super noisy at night all I heard was dragging of tables and chairs. On the other side of my room was the linen room that the staff uses, they were also noisy, moving stuff around and I was able to clearly hear their conversations. At one point I banged the wall because the staff was so noisy, and they banged the wall back! The gym lacks equipment, no tv, no water station, no sanitary wash clothes/ cleaning supplies. Won’t stay here again.

Conditions surprisingly bad even though newer. Shower door wouldn’t close. Staff was shampoo carpet hallway for an entire hour 8am one morning and were hammering and drilling something in the next room another morning also 8am for an hour. Elevator was broken so we had to carry our bags down 3 flights when we left. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

I have limited characters so I will give main points. Beautiful new boutique style hotel, brand new in great area. It also has SEVERE security issues. Two of the 3 nights we stayed someone tried to enter our room. Second night I got up and looked thru the peephole to not see anyone, hear the lock jiggle as I was standing there, then see an impaired man get up off the ground and stumble away. I called front desk immediately they said they’d come. Never heard anything. When leaving in the morning, we realized that when the room door closes behind you, it doesn’t latch/lock. We had to close the door 7x before it caught. Exterior door by pool, same thing but that wouldn’t ever lock. So my guess is they have homeless/addicts that know this and come in to find an open room. I called the manager and did not get a response until I called 3x and then she seemed concerned, but not really. It’s a very serious issue and someone could easily be assaulted. I’m so thankful we had our door bolted and I woke up to see what was happening. Boutique style means entrances are on first floor but lobby is on 4th, so they don’t see who’s coming in. It’s imperative for keyed entries to absolutely work. And they don’t. You could be a sitting duck by staying here if they don’t correct this urgently.

The are was beautiful, staff was nice , pool was dirty couldn't really enjoy and that was the maen reason for the visit to relax in the pool area, blinds didn't work was told they needed to be charged up!

The Hotel is very clean and the food in the cafe was very good. Lots of really good restaurants around. We went to the Margarita Hut, the experience was so fun and Barra Crudas Mexican restaurant was really good food Love this Hotel. They are still working on the pool and that was a bummer but the overall experience was top notch. The staff are wonderful.

The hotel is not huge, which I like. But I did find the check-in process awkward. You have to go up to the 4th floor. Check in - back down to 1st floor to move your car and get your bags. No spaces near front door. So when you park on the side - the side door does not open with your room key. You have to walk all the way around to front to get in the building. - That was really my only complaint. Room was great and I was thankful for 1st floor room - so I didn't have to deal with 2 seperate elevators. I called from my room to checkout - was not going up to 4th floor to just give my keys.

We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, but ended up checking out after the first night because of how terrible the room was. 1. We found cockroaches in our room 2. The beds are utterly uncomfortable 3. Since the elevator to the lobby was broken they left the door accessing the ground floor units open - therefore any one could just wander in. Major security issue. 4. The front desk leaves much to be desired 5. I asked for a call back from a manager 4 times and haven’t heard a peep from them.

The service from this property was poor at best. The room was not cleaned...at least definitely not vacuumed. The room was short of hangers and the hotel did not have any extras to provide. The phone line between the room and the front desk did not work so if anything was needed, we had to go to the front desk. Half way through the stay, both door keys were disabled and would not open any doors. We escalated our concerns to management (who were not available) and never received any return calls. While the location was perfect, we will never stay at this property again.

The hotel is new, poorly maintained but dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower floor was dirty. On the outside of the shower door the sheetrock and paint are disintegrating bc the shower door doesn't shut all the way bc it is crooked. The baseboards were not even complete. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel was in a good area with plenty of good restaurants! The hotel was new and pretty clean. I gave the hotel 3 stars overall because the first room we were in had dirty sheets (there appeared to be black dog hair in the bed). It seemed that the sheets had been washed but the sheets didn’t come completely clean. We asked for a new set and they did not have the correct size, so we were given a new room. Unfortunately the new room was right under the lobby (lobby is on the 4th floor) and we could hear people in the lobby all night long.

We found dirty and stained bed sheets and comforter. Even though it looked like a new building or remodeled the bathroom looked dirty or that it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while with mold in the shower and sink. Regardless, the location and staff were awesome and I would stay again.

I will definitely stay here again. Even the two other families I referred enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is the fourth floor noice. Maybe they drop the tables and chairs while setting up. I guess it is for meeting, Etc. thanks

No hot water in room 202 at all. Tv in wrong place for viewing and did not swivel. Do not have restaurant as advertised only microwave options. Bathroom auto on-off light not working properly. Coffee not put out at 6 am as promised. Ice machine on 2nd floor required maintenance. Great concept and terrible execution.

The facility is cute in a small town. The area is still being developed but it’s not terribly. The staff is very friendly. Overall it’s a clean environment. The hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. They do offer complimentary water and coffee. There are restaurants close to the hotel so the fact that they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast wasn’t so bad.

Parking was good, front desk was nice. Chef was good. Room was nice, shower was hot and was perfect. Bartender took forever, he looked up every recipe. Did get our drinks until the food came out. That’s how slow he was. Floors were sticky at the restaurant. Toilet rim on the floor looked dirty. Yellow stains around it. Looked gross.
