What guests think

AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

At WoodSpring Suites Tolleson - Phoenix West, travelers consistently note a newer, budget-minded extended-stay setup with clean, simple rooms for some guests, but repeated complaints highlight noise, uncomfortable squeaky beds, and limited amenities that feel very bare-bones.

Room was like a new studio apt with bed and sofa bed. Kitchenette was nice, real size fridge. AC great in desert heat, wall thermostat and not noisy. There's a Starbucks next door.

Front desk staff, the lady that was there when i arrived on 4/30/26 was very rude. Kept arguing with me about non relevant things and all i wanted was my room key so i can rest.

Stayed 4 nights

I checked in after buying groceries after choosing a place with a kitchen staying a few days. I asked about cookware and they said not included and they were out of items to sell. I felt it was a bad choice and the first night went out to buy food at a restaurant because i couldnt cook what I bought. It is awsome to have a kitchen but without basic $50 of cheap kitchenware or even a cup i bought food i couldnt cook. I decided to check out a day early and rent a place with a kitchen AND very basic cookware. I asked hotels.com (because checking out early the front desk said i had to do it thru hotels.com) They did multiple calls to the hotel and nobody will return their call to even discuss. I had to do 6 followup chats with Hotels.com since the 25th (today is the 30th) to finally ne told the hotel wont communicate with them. I work in the area a lot. A little farther east there is a similar place with a kitchen AND COOKWARE!. I didnt want the meat i bought for my stay so i left early. What bothers me is basic cookware set up would cost $100 and if it lasted 3 months on average before being stolen or needing replaced it ks an investment of $1.00 per day!!! Or at least have them available nickle and dime guests to sell or rent to them.
