The Beach House

I would highly recommend The Beach House - perfect location, newly renovated and clean. Love that there is a kitchen in every unit. Staff was very attentive and hardworking. Love the salt water pool. Our family rented two rooms and they put us right next to each other which was great. Only slight issue was the parking - the spots are just not big enough for modern cars. If you park correctly between the lines you can't even open your doors. We could park for free in the lots across Ocean Avenue, but we found this inconvenient. I'd suggest that they repaint the parking lot, eliminating a spot to make all the spots bigger and actually usable. We will definitely stay here again going forward - we are regulars to Wildwood and previously stayed at the Windward across the street for decades which was sold, had a fire and is being rebuilt. The Beach House will likely be our new tradition!

The staff was friendly. The entire motel was updated. The pool was awesome salt water and 9 feet deep. We will stay again!

They have an outdoor grill area on the second floor balcony and a large swimming pool my kids enjoyed for hours. The owner and his family were so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautifully redone classic shore motel. On site parking,kitchenette in room,saltwater heated pool,state of the art grills to use,gift/goodie shop,outdoor showers. Professional on site staff. Perfect area for boards,beach and Airshow. South of more congested part of town but walking distance to everything!

My husband and I stayed a few nights for a small getaway for the summer. Our motel room was very clean and had nice service. The room had a kitchenette that was up-to-date in moderation with a stove, microwave, and steel fridge. However, one of the queen-size beds was firmer than the other. As for parking, they gave us a pass access to park in a larger parking lot which was across the street from the motel, it was super helpful! It allowed us to drive somewhere without worrying about finding a parking space around the motel.

This was the perfect place to stay in Wildwood. Right across the street from the beginning of the boardwalk. The staff was extremely nice a d helpful, rooms were super clean. Having a complete kitchenette in the room was also a super nice amenity (full fridge, stove/oven, toaster, keurig coffee maker). Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean. Little table and chairs outside by the door and pick nick tables on the second floor deck with barbecue grills were also nice to use. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!!

We recently stayed at this motel and it’s been a great experience. The place is updated with clean, modern appliances, and it feels very safe — security cameras and fire extinguishers are in place throughout. Scot, the manager, is very accommodating and always makes sure guests are taken care of. The staff is friendly, and Sandy, the housekeeper, does an amazing job keeping everything spotless with great attention to detail. There’s also a clean, well-maintained pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a comfortable and secure stay. Richard.

There was no staff at all on Saturday and Sunday, so we had no clean towels, etc. The parkimg spaces are tiny and cannot fit anywhere near the number of rooms that it has.

I enjoyed mostly everything about this property. The parking spots are tight so if you have children or a car seat you might want to park across the street. Very clean room compared to other hotels. A thing to improve would be to clean the dust on the base moldings.

Immaculate property. Sandy and the team make this a perfect getaway or long term stay option. Completely new and modern appliances, relaxing shower with excellent water pressure and enough room for two or the entire family. Will return for sure !!

The staff was awesome. Very attentive and did whatever they could to make our stay better. There was an issue with drain flies and they did their best to help. The place is clean and very convenient. It was located at the end of the boardwalk so you have to walk a little to get to stores and such, but it's a nice walk.

We spent our vacation excellent.Beach house we feel it like our second home.They changed clean towels every day,very clean room,the service was also great.The motel was completely renovated,the kitchen complete with everything you need,also outdoor grills with dining area with ocean view.The pool was very clean.The staff was awesome ,very kind.We definitely will be back.Everything was so close restaurants,shops.The ocean 10 min walking.In one word it was all amazing.

Newly renovated and was perfect fit for our family. Check was super easy.

The rooms are clean and newly renovated. 2 min walk to the beach across the street and 5 to the convention center and I will definitely try to stay here again if I return to the area.

Wonderfully comfortable room. Loved the small kitchen. Location was convenient to Cape May tours. Only downside was the wi-fi dropping out.

Everything was clean & renovated. It's also nice that there's a kitchen if you want to cook as well. Just wish they had bigger beds like queen size. I would prefer to stay on the 2nd floor because you can hear people walking and jumping upstairs especially if there's kids. I would definitely stay there again.

We attempted to stay at this hotel until there was flood warning, and the water started coming up over the boardwalk, and my children. We're scared, so we decided to leave and go to higher level. Contacted hotels still have not received a refund.Even though we insured our stay. It's a great location, easy access to the beach. It's right across the street. There was nobody in the office due to it. Being off-season shops are close. Had we not experienced the weather issue?It would have been a great stay.

An excellent place to stay - clean, convenient and safe location, free parking. A little rigid on their check-out policy (10am, no ability to extend, even if you offer to pay)

The staff from the front desk to maintenance /cleaning staff and the lady over the cleaning people 10 stars were super nice r room was great highly recommend will definitely will b back next year. Pool was good too

Reserved a pool view room paid extra for this room. When checked in my room was in front of a supply door which housekeeping use and a big wall. Blocking my view of the pool ask the manager to move my room. He said no changing rooms.

We stayed at the Beach House for four nights. Everything was amazing! Our room was very clean and accommodating. The staff were extremely nice. Great location! Walking distance to everything Wildwood is about. We will definitely be returning and not soon enough!!

I wanted our kids to experience the boardwalk as I did in my youth! We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House! It was VERY clean with great and friendly customer service. We got in about 2.5 hrs before check in and asked to use pool until then, but our room was already ready! The whole motel was completely renovated (in 2023) with beautiful and modern finishes. Great fully equipped kitchen, lovely tile shower, clean bathroom with hair dryer and linens. Beds were full size and comfortable with linens. We did use the gas grill to cookout and eat lunch at the picnic tables with umbrellas on the sundeck outside our room on the 2nd floor. It was also the perfect spot to watch the fireworks at 10pm! The pool was just right and refreshing. Nice pool bathroom and I did appreciate doing a load of laundry while we were at the pool since it was right there! The overall location was GREAT - across the street from the entrance to the beach walkway (tunnel under boardwalk) and there were boards to walk across the long beach straight ahead. We rented bikes from across the street at Wild Ocean Surf Shop (cute place, too). Definitely recommend riding bikes on the bw! Convention Center was 1 block up (we stopped in to walk around). Everyone stops at 11am while Star Spangled Banner is played over loud speakers. Very touching. Within walking distance to many great restaurants, ice cream (@ Sea Shell!), shops and fun! The Wildwoods sign and beach balls are 2 blocks up! Just book this place!

Loved that it had all the amenities needed for a comfy stay. An ironing board, iron, functional kitchen with stove oven and microwave, full fridge and freezer. Plates, pans, pots, dish soap, silverware, cooking utensils. All in clean orderly fashion!

My family and I stayed there for the weekend and the experience was very pleasant, the staff was very professional and the property was in such a great condition and clean, the beach and the boardwalk were very close to us, and also a lot good options of food around the property, definitely coming back here!!

We had an amazing stay at the newly renovated Beach House Motel. Staff was attentive and rooms were spotless. Full kitchen is a major bonus when traveling with family. Location is spot on across from the boardwalk and easily walkable to the Convention Center. Rooms were quiet, even during the day when the pool was in full use. Only con, and this is a specific preference to myself, is that the hot water in the shower did not get as hot as I would like (likely a safety feature) and I wish there were black out curtains to block the porch/balcony light and early morning sun. Again. That is just my preference. We will 100% stay here again!
