Très bel hôtel, chic et joliment décoré, il est idéalement situé pour parcourir le centre ville à pied. Le service voiturier est pratique, ils ont même chargé ma voiture électrique gratuitement. We were upgraded on check in to a very nice room but it was a twin bed even though the hotel does not advertise having twin rooms. Having one in a suite is just weird anyway, I can’t imagine there is much demand for that. When we asked staff to rectify this by joining it together they did not even tell us if they tried. When I questioned them about this they offered to move us. We were of course then downgraded significantly but the first room they gave us had a broken safe. This meant we had to move rooms again to an even smaller room. When I complained about the broken safe the man at the front desk was rude and said there was no maintenance on site so we would have to either accept the broken safe and wait for a repair or move to another room. We chose to move. We also noticed the hammam had to be manually turned on by staff who were not there and seemed too lazy to turn it on. We came back later in the week and were given a room that stank of smoke. The hotel were very good about this and upgraded us to a lovely room which was much nicer. This second stay was perfect save for the fact we were told we could use the spa showers on checkout. However the private one was broken so we ended up not being able to use them.

While the food was good, the hotel bar ran out of Bourbon. One further complaint. The hotel is located on a plaza that did not permit cars. When we arrived it was raining, and we had a 5 minute walk in heavy rain to get to the hotel. We later learned that one could call the hotel to have the traffic barriers removed.

Gregory was great at conceirge, never a problem and always quick and effecient. Breakfast was good, all you would need for breakfast, bed clean and comfortable and intriguing collection throughout the hotel. Would recommend to anyone wishes to stay in a five star hotel on the centre of Brussels!

Service is echt goed! Het enige wat wij hadden is dat ik onder de douche stond en er water uit het plafond in de badkamer/slaapkamer kwam. Vervolgens kregen we netjes een andere kamer. Deze was alleen in de badkamer niet schoon. De spiegel en de glazenwand van de douche was niet schoon en onder het toilet lag nog een gele vlek onder. Niet te missen.

Overall the hotel is great. Room service is limited. The shower head needed maintenance bc it was severely clogged causing the ones that actually work to spray sideways. Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful and nice.

Nice property. Very quiet area not in the center. Not crowded and not noise. Close to everything, very convenient. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that was a lot of bags and trays outside the rooms it was all over the hallway, it look kind of dirty. Everything else was ok.

Très bel hôtel très bien placé, proche de la grande place, récent et de taille humaine (moins de 50 chambres). Personnel attentionné. Chambre bien aménagée, silencieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner (quoique cher, 39€ par personne, mais ils l’ont offert à mon fils de 9 ans). Seul bémol pour ceux qui aiment faire de la musculation: salle en sous sol, avec très peu d’équipements et pas forcément opérationnels

This hotel is terrible---don\'t let the reviews fool you. It is located in a somewhat dangerous, very isolated, and graffiti-filled part of the city where one taxi driver noted "he had never once taken anyone" in his many years of driving. Furthermore, the hotel failed to follow through on its commitment to assign a room that would accommodate three people, as promised several days before check-in by the front desk staff. When we arrived, we were told no rooms that could accommodate a third person was available and needed to stay elsewhere. We then were promised a refund, but the hotel management subsequently reneged on this commitment as well and offered only a free night should we choose to return to the hotel again in the future (I\'m not sure why we would). Having stayed at hotels of this caliber all over the world, I\'ve never had such a bad experience from a supposed "five star" property. As an aside, I\'m also not even sure how they received that designation. They literally had two people working---a bellman/front desk agent and a member of housekeeping on a Tuesday night at 7pm---and not one supervisor or member of management. It really felt more like a low-frills "express" property rather than a full service hotel of the caliber advertised. Really a terrible choice. Stay away and book something closer to the restaurants and life of the city---ultimately where we ended up staying. This hotel is a joke.

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

This was our second stay. We had a not so great experience at another hotel and moved our last night in Brussels to Hotel Juliana. And as always we had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. 5 Stars. Breakfast and dinner are worth staying for too. Thank you.

Un personnel irréprochable à la gentillesse inégalé . Chambre parfaite. Petit déjeuner bien avec quelques axes d’amélioration ( vérifier régulièrement la température des aliments qui refroidissent vite dans les plats , et la brioche perdu qui reste collé à l’ardoise ) L’hôtel est magnifique et calme. Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons !

O atendimento tambem foi excepcional em todos os momentos, do check in ate o check out, sempre com muita educação e simpatia Boa localização, com facil acesso ao centro da cidade Café da manhã bem farto e variado, tanto em doce quanto em salgado, trazendo itens da culinária local. Apesar de “obvio”, tem hotel que faz um café simples sem trazer elementos locais, o que é uma pena (mas felizmente longe de ser o caso deste hotel)
