Woken up every day between 7 and 7.30am by the very loud circular saw noise of the street construction. Internet/wifi worked poorly at night. Not great for jet lagged people. Gym is closed from 10pm to 8am. Again not great for traveling people or people woken up by the construction's noise.

Ein nettes, sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal, tollem Frühstück. Abzüge gibt es allerdings dafür, dass die Sauna „Out oft Order“ war und der Fitnessraum nur für ein minimales Zeitfenster gebucht werden konnte.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, da die Bahnstation um die Ecke war. Die Einrichtung der Hotels war sehr schön. Bitte beachten das man die Tiefgaragenplätze vorher reservieren muss, ansonsten gibt es aber vor der Tür Parkplätze.

The hotel is decent, in a good area with a lot of different ethnic restaurants, and has underground parking, but nothing that made me want to choose it again a second time. It’s a bit dated, in an old building with cracks and peeling paint kind of way.

The property seems to be fairly run down and the room felt dirty by default: The Showercurtain is yellowed and dirty at the bottom, the curtains have marks, there were stains on the sheets, on level 1 it seems that there is duct tape holding the floor together near the lift. The bed was comfortable enough. The coffee provided in the room was instant coffee.

La chambre était propre et en bon état. Seul bémol, le saucisson retrouvé dans le frigo. Ce qui prouve que celui-ci n'est pas nettoyé régulièrement. L'odeur était désagréable. Une personne est venue le retirer, et le frigo n'a même pas été nettoyé.

Hovedpuderne var kæmpestore, og da jeg bad om en mindre kom der en næsten ligeså stor. Bruserens vand skiftede til brændende varm til iskold, og tog længe om at få varme (eller indstillingen ifht hvor gennemsnitlig var passede ikke). Der var kun koffeinfri nescafe på værelset.

Five day business trip. Excellent location near Shuman Circle in EU Commission area. Easy access to Metro, Airport Bus, many Pubs and Restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet is excellent, room and bed were very comfortable, quiet, good temperature control. Furniture is fine, but somewhat spartan (tables with legs, very few drawers).

Attitude du personnel parfois pas extrêmement agréable (un peu hautaine à mon goût pour quelques uns), rideau de douche sale (traces de saleté suite à un usage long, pas à un défaut de ménage quotidien), bref pas à la hauteur du prix proposé et du supposé « surclassement ». Dommage car cet hôtel a des atouts, bonne localisation, pdj correct et chambres jolies.

A 200 metri dalla stazione Metro e Treno Schipol, comodissima per raggiungere tutto. Il centro è comunque a soli 2 km. Hotel pulito, stanze ottime, personale gentilissimo. Il bar offre ottime birre locali.

Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmerwunsch zum Garten entsprochen. Frühstück für den Preis, etwas dürftig, wenig Abwechslung und einige Speisen kalt. Garten sehr schön um abends noch draußen zu sitzen, Zimmer sehr angenehm, Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Gute und sichere Gegend in Brüssel, fussläufig zum Parlamentsgebäude. Viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen.
