Express Inn Near Columbus Airport

First, the pictures posted online were of a different motel. There was no phone or trashcan, plus we had to use the ice machine at the hotel next door. The one on site was broken down and molded. It looked like someone got stabbed or worse in the room itself, the floor was covered in blood stains. Big ones. There was no hot water, the towels were dirty and they left cleaning rags for wash clothes. No WiFi, television didn’t work. Every room had at least one boarded up window. As for the positive, theAir conditioning worked great.

They denied a young woman to check in and left her out on the street when not one mention of her age was in the booking process. This young woman arrived after 9pm, 7 hours away from home and staff denied her admission with no refund and no where to go when the rest of the hotels were booked solid because of a concert in the area. No one answers the telephone at the complex, after multiple calls. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!!

They cancelled my room for no reason. They told me I cancelled it but I went through hotel.com so I know you guys know I didn't cancel my room. Left me stranded, had to spend a lot of money to get a new room. Thankfully hotels is going to reimburse me. You should remove this hotel from your site.

So I knew the place was rated low but it was all me and my daughter had as an option because there was an event called sonic temple going on. Either way, ok, no tv remote. Takes forever but a very clearly drug addict shows up a bunch of times to figure out how to repair the tv. After easily over five visits he shows up with a new tv. Asks me to handle the situation aka set up the tv. Clearly they are using the neighboring WiFi, who knows maybe they are friends, but there also was NO BATHROOM DOOR!!!!! When I mentioned it it was ignored. Also we both wake up, “why is it this cold”. Well no heat. No heat at all and we were not the only ones. I have pics of the other weirdo things.

I got there and they told me my room was cancelled, because I didn't pay front. Come to find out I had already been charged. Then I got charged for the next 3 nights , a$ 125.00 penalty for cancelling.. not good business, the property looked very bad and the staff was not professional at all.
