Great little secret! This hotel was outstanding! Rooms were very nice, staff was nice and helpful, and the bar area was great. Good selection was good and prices were affordable. The outside area was nice and comfortable. In summary, highly recommended.

The rooms are perfect for business travel. I felt they were clean and safe and easy to access. The direct area is with other hotels. There are limited other facilities. The pool is essentially in the parking lot. I had a number of issues during the week. There was a storm that knocked out power from 3:30pm to almost 9. The staff, though lovely, had no information and were unprepared to handle this. People just sat in their cars to charge their phones, or sat in the dark in the lobby or in the rooms. Nothing was offered as compensation. No one even suggested that anything should be offered as compensation. I wanted to change hotels but due to my using Expedia, I couldn't, so I wouldn't use Expedia every again. I tried calling Expedia multiple times and couldn't reach a human. Further, during the week I had a number of noise issues. There was a barking dog one of the nights in one of the rooms near mine. Two nights, there was a garbage truck before 6am with back up sirens on, and one night a crying baby. All of this was heard loud and clear. The Brunswick area itself has little to offer but it is right next to 2 beautiful beach communities, which makes it a good location.

We were driving back to Florida after a road trip to upstate New York. We had been driving for hours and with all the evacuations from Florida there wasn’t a lot of availability. This was right off I95 the room was spacious and comfortable. We got the last room available so we had a handicapped accessible bit that was fine. Had a full kitchen we didn’t use but it would be great for a family. Free breakfast was good also. I wish they had more carts for luggage as it was extremely busy and we had to wait but other than that it was wonderful. Didn’t use the amenities as we were just stopping but they looked nice. Would definitely stay again.

I'm from Brunswick, GA. I love this Residence Inn. It's clean, spacious, and has great amenities. The staff is super-pleasant. The lobby is nicely decorated and perfectly spread out for breakfast and lounging. Speaking of breakfast, the options are wonderful, but you have to get up for them. You don't want to miss the sausage biscuits if they have them. This location is the only place I'm booking for stays when I visit home.

Very nicely maintained hotel. The room are all suites. We stayed in a two queen room. Full kitchen. The bedroom is in a separate room from the living room, kitchen and dining. This provides privacy if someone wants turn in early. The breakfast offering was nice.

We checked in. Told the desk right away that the internet was not working. Kept returning to the desk for help to fix the problem. Their customer service is the worst we have ever dealt with. No one has reached out to us. The desk girl gave us a tech support # WE had to call. WE CALLED. They were unable to help us. We asked about a different room early on…It wasn’t until 7 hours of back and forth that they reluctantly said they could move us to a smaller room. We are on a two month summer vacation with two dogs and two children…we have stayed at MARRIOTT hotels through the country. This has been the absolute worst! With such a long vacation, we depend on the internet to do work..today had been a major FAIL. Where are the managers?

We had a really good stay breakfast was decent. My only complaint would be that the king size bed was entirely too soft. Maybe the mattress needed to be replaced because we literally sunk into it and struggled to get out of it. Lol!

Some of the staff were very customer friendly; others not so much. Very awkward at times with some of the staff during checkin, not very enthusiastic or eager to interact with customers upon check in. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was nice and spacious; comfortable beds and great to see full kitchen even though it was not needed for our family! Hotel is somewhat difficult to get in and out as location is tucked up in a private drive.

An overnight stay on our travels home. Found this place to be a 10. The customer service from both Terry at check in to Tina who takes care of the second floor we’re exceptional. Room was comfortable and the bed was probably the best we had on our travels. The only suggestion is to change those black scrubs to a holy and bright color!

Nice hotel of course it was a newer hotel . I have worked for marriot for 27 years and the first impression is the front desk . The lady checking us in was not pleasant she seemed snappy and a frown no smile!! Just acted like she doesn’t like customer service so she shouldn’t be working at front desk .. anyway room was nice tv was large with comfy bed . The mirror in bathroom was very dim which usually those types are super bright maybe the light bulbs need to be upgraded? Breakfast was average had better but overall a nice hotel !!

Some of the staff were very customer friendly; others not so much. Very awkward at times with some of the staff during checkin, not very enthusiastic or eager to interact with customers upon check in. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was nice and spacious; comfortable beds and great to see full kitchen even though it was not needed for our family! Hotel is somewhat difficult to get in and out as location is tucked up in a private drive.

Young man at desk was very polite and knowledgeable. With no control of Residence Inn the surrounding property driving to Residence is in a very run down condition. Looks as if another hotel has been torn down with property unattended. However there is new construction on the other side and will be more inviting when completed. I say all this to say, don't let the drive back to Residence Inn discourage you from booking a room with them. Their property, staff, rooms and amenities are great.

The rooms are perfect for business travel. I felt they were clean and safe and easy to access. The direct area is with other hotels. There are limited other facilities. The pool is essentially in the parking lot. I had a number of issues during the week. There was a storm that knocked out power from 3:30pm to almost 9. The staff, though lovely, had no information and were unprepared to handle this. People just sat in their cars to charge their phones, or sat in the dark in the lobby or in the rooms. Nothing was offered as compensation. No one even suggested that anything should be offered as compensation. I wanted to change hotels but due to my using Expedia, I couldn't, so I wouldn't use Expedia every again. I tried calling Expedia multiple times and couldn't reach a human. Further, during the week I had a number of noise issues. There was a barking dog one of the nights in one of the rooms near mine. Two nights, there was a garbage truck before 6am with back up sirens on, and one night a crying baby. All of this was heard loud and clear. The Brunswick area itself has little to offer but it is right next to 2 beautiful beach communities, which makes it a good location.

We were driving back to Florida after a road trip to upstate New York. We had been driving for hours and with all the evacuations from Florida there wasn’t a lot of availability. This was right off I95 the room was spacious and comfortable. We got the last room available so we had a handicapped accessible bit that was fine. Had a full kitchen we didn’t use but it would be great for a family. Free breakfast was good also. I wish they had more carts for luggage as it was extremely busy and we had to wait but other than that it was wonderful. Didn’t use the amenities as we were just stopping but they looked nice. Would definitely stay again.

Didn’t care for the breakfast. Eggs and sausage were terrible. They were pretty much the only hot choice besides waffles and I don’t care much for them. Everything else was very good. They were also the highest price in the area.

Great little secret! This hotel was outstanding! Rooms were very nice, staff was nice and helpful, and the bar area was great. Good selection was good and prices were affordable. The outside area was nice and comfortable. In summary, highly recommended.

My children and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the friendly and quick service, the amazing cleanliness, the amenities were perfect and make my children happy as did strong wifi and children’s choices on the television. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty and a nice variety pleasing to all ages and diets. Thank you.

My room was nice except I had asked for extra towels and there was a baby pen on n the room when we arrived. The only complaint about the room was the shower took forever to get hot. My family and I love it here we will be back to stay here.
