This is the cleanest and safest hotel I’ve ever been. The hotel smelled so good, once you get in the front door, the elevator, the lobby, the hall way. Everywhere smelled so good inside the hotel. Even the parking area was so neat and clean. It really blew my mind how a hotel can be this clean. Staff were so accommodating, nice and friendly. Checking in and out were easy peasy. Hassle free. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. The room was spacious. Bathrooms the perfect size. Nice shower, toiletries nice too. Comfy bed. The only little thing missing was a microwave. Lol Other than that, it was the best stay ever.

Good place for short stay in LA. Nicely designed urban cool vibe. Clean, good security, nice staff attitude. Limited facilities, basic amenities but reasonable prices and way nicer than the usual chain hotels at that price point! Area is close to downtown but not a great walking area.

This was the perfect place to stay for my short work trip. It was extremely clean and felt very secure. The room was spacious and had a little desk where I could work. Even their simple breakfast coffee and pastry were perfect before I headed to work. I also greatly appreciated that they offered on-site parking, which was also secure. The only thing that was a little challenging was that there were limited options for places to eat around the immediate area. I walked to Chipotle, but for me, it was tough because of a hill.

The room was very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the premium local pastries for grab and go in the morning. Really appreciated an extremely helpful and accommodating front desk experience. Paid gated parking was a great value.

it was a great stay, the hotel and its rooms are very modern and they make everything so easy with their online check-in and check-out. it's located in downtown LA, but there's no much around which was ok since the area doesn't feel unsafe or sketchy. personnel was friendly and helpful and we really liked the amenities available for guests at the lobby.

We had a really late check in and it was seamless. Clear directions. The property is clean and has a minimalist vibe to it. The hot chai tea was a big hit. Rooms are great. yes there is a lack of counter space and hanging but if you tend to live out of your suitcase it works. We used there storage locker for our luggage because we had some time between check out and our flight. Once again so easy.

Hidden gem of a hotel amongst all the high name brand hotels out there. Convenient location to many things in LA and I love the small/convenient gated parking on site. I would highly recommend for any couples traveling to LA. I would go back no questions asked.

Very easy pre-registration and check-in procedures. Clean, simple room. No closet but there are hangers and ways to hang up clothes throughout the room. Water was hot and pressure was good (and we were the far end of the top floor). Wifi was a bit spotty. The morning muffins were fantastic. Everything was very clean. Neighborhood has a school right across the street and some Mexican restaurants, liquor stores, 7-11 within 2 blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little hotel, very modern and cute. I would recommend someone to stay here. The ONLY thing that threw me off was the intense smell of air fresheners. It was so intense it gave me a headache. There’s no reason for it to smell that intense. If they tone down the smell, it’s the perfect hotel to stay at.

We had a great experience staying at the Metric! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Virtual checkin was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is central to many things like crypto stadium, USC, and lots of great food. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Such a nice lowkey place! Check in was so easy, and the staff was beyond welcoming. A little hesitant cause of the area but it was very safe would definitely book again.

I booked my son a hotel here for a few days and unfortunately his flight was delayed. He had called ahead of time to let them know of the change. When he landed, he went straight to the hotel and his coworkers needed to use the restroom, so they attempted to go upstairs to his room. He called me and told me the lady Robin "the manager" who had opened the building immediately called his room and threated to have him kicked out and his coworkers if they didn't leave immediately. I wasn't aware that a person couldn't have someone up in their room to handle their business after a long flight. I booked my son a hotel here for a few days and unfortunately his flight was delayed. He had called ahead of time to let them know of the change. When he landed, he went straight to the hotel and his coworkers needed to use the restroom, so they attempted to go upstairs to his room. He called me and told me the lady Robin "the manager" who had opened the building immediately called his room and threated to have him kicked out and his coworkers if they didn't leave immediately. I wasn't aware that a person couldn't have someone up in their room to handle their business after a long flight. Stayed here Sept 8&9 2023. The room was very clean, and they have lockers to store your bags after checkout. The area around the hotel is sketchy. I found a charge on my credit card and had to call to find out they had charged me for a late checkout. Front desk called at 1130 to remind me that checkout was 11am. I said "Ok I'll be out in 20 minutes" and she said "ok". I took that as permission. It's the principle...clearly they don't appreciate their customers. I would not stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at the Metric! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Virtual checkin was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is central to many things like crypto stadium, USC, and lots of great food. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good place for short stay in LA. Nicely designed urban cool vibe. Clean, good security, nice staff attitude. Limited facilities, basic amenities but reasonable prices and way nicer than the usual chain hotels at that price point! Area is close to downtown but not a great walking area.

This was the perfect place to stay for my short work trip. It was extremely clean and felt very secure. The room was spacious and had a little desk where I could work. Even their simple breakfast coffee and pastry were perfect before I headed to work. I also greatly appreciated that they offered on-site parking, which was also secure. The only thing that was a little challenging was that there were limited options for places to eat around the immediate area. I walked to Chipotle, but for me, it was tough because of a hill.

Hidden gem of a hotel amongst all the high name brand hotels out there. Convenient location to many things in LA and I love the small/convenient gated parking on site. I would highly recommend for any couples traveling to LA. I would go back no questions asked.

Very easy pre-registration and check-in procedures. Clean, simple room. No closet but there are hangers and ways to hang up clothes throughout the room. Water was hot and pressure was good (and we were the far end of the top floor). Wifi was a bit spotty. The morning muffins were fantastic. Everything was very clean. Neighborhood has a school right across the street and some Mexican restaurants, liquor stores, 7-11 within 2 blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Well designed clean bedroom, nice common area. Accessibility is well built (wheelchair ramps and visual doorbell). Breakfast is donated from community. Friendly staff. Security infrastructure is superb. The only downside is the hood is a bit dirty and rundown. But the price is great and it’s close to DTLA so it’s a reasonable trade off.

The room was clean and well maintained. I love that the parking was gated and included in the room rate. Quick and easy ride to the grand central market or to catch a baseball game. Coffee machine and pastries for breakfast were a huge plus! It was a good experience overall.
