We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms were meticulously maintained. Shower in bathroom had very little water pressure but other water sources had good pressure. Pool was very nice and refreshing after a day on the beach. 2 days the pool was very cloudy so we didnt use it. Easy access to town, the beach, shopping and a variety of services. We were happy to be a little way from the town centre which is very lively at night. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our room was perfect, very large and clean. The pool was amazing for not only our daughter but for us as well. The staff could not have been more amazing! We were truly sad to leave and will be back as soon as possible♥️♥️♥️

We really liked the set up of this hotel. It was small. But clean, felt safe, and friendly staff. Down to earth. They also have the little golf cart like cars that are used in this town to rent. Very convenient.

The property was great. The pool is kid friendly with a section they can play in. Room has cold a/c and walkable distance to downtown life. We left our car parked at the hotel and walked everywhere. The staff was polite and friendly. Pool closes at 10 and the hotel is pretty quiet after that. Recommend this hotel.

Primero daré mi opinión en general y ya luego algunas cuestiones específicas. En general es una excelente opción considerando precio-instalaciones. Es un hotel pequeño y bonito, sus instalaciones son buenas y el servicio de limpieza de cuartos fue excelente. Cuando llegamos en recepción nos explicaron bien las condiciones, el check out y los horarios de alberca, no pidieron ningún depósito o garantía como dice aquí. La alberca es justo como se ve en las imágenes, una altura máxima de 1.40 y que es gradualmente apta para niños de todas las edades. Nos dieron clave de wi fi y funcionó muy bien. Es un hotel familiar y nunca hubo escándalo o exceso de música y ruido. Como dije en general es una excelente opción precio-beneficio En lo particular: no tiene estacionamiento en la propiedad, bueno tiene un par de cajones de estacionamiento a la entrada pero en nuestro caso nuca estuvieron libres. Hay un estacionamiento a corta distancia qué te facilitan pero tienes tu qué abrirlo y cerrarlo con una llave que te dan. No es necesariamente malo, pero si llegas cansado xq fuiste a pasear a Vallarta o alguna otra Playa, si es algo molesto. No esta sobre la playa pero en general no hay muchos que lo estén, hay q caminar unos 10 minutos o en su defecto rentar un carrito tipo de golf ahí mismo, no te recomiendo ir en tu carro si es que lo llevas, porque en Sayulita es un caos encontrar estacionamiento y los de pago van de los 100 a los 250 pesos x día, la mayoría cierra las 7.

It was the perfect location for our families traveling together. The pool was actually perfect end of day as the kids were in the sun all day and it was nice to have them swim in a quiet, shaded pool to cooldown! The staff at the desk and the cleaning staff were incredible. Great place to stay to be near all the Sayulita action but away from the loud chaos!

Such a nice place to stay in Sayulita! The staff are awesome, accommodating with late checkouts and helpful with navigating the town etc. super clean and nice pool, can be a bit loud at night as all the rooms face inward towards the pool. Quick walk down town, with lots of access. Wifi and TV were a bit slow at times. Not necessary for us as we weren’t working but definitely a consideration. Overall totally recommend.

This is a great hotel if you’re on a buget. It’s new and very well kept, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a kitchenette. The beds are also comfortable. It’s about a 15 min walk to all the action, or 70 peso cab. The only complaint is the pool is in the center so it gets noisy, we had lots of kids there during our stay. The pool I thought was going to be indoor but it’s open roof and gets sun so you can still tan however there is no breeze so it’s hot! Overall I would stay here again if I was to visit Sayulita.

The property and room our room was very clean and modern with nice decor. The staff was great. The front desk staff speak English which is very helpful. The room has air conditioning. The pool is nice and the water temperature was quite warm and lovely. (When we were there in April the ocean temp was too cool for us to swim.) The entrance of the hotel is off a busy street. But the street noise didn’t bother us once we were in our room. It’s a short walk into town. Our room had a sliding door entrance and faced out towards the pool in the center atrium. I would have liked windows facing outside with a view. Overall I’d recommend as a nice, clean place to stay if you are just looking for a room. I would choose a different spot if you want more of a resort feel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Riviera Sayulita. Gloria, Lucy, and Emma were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We appreciated that the hotel was far enough from the downtown area, and all of the noise, but yet very walkable. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Nothing was ever complicated. The pool was an extra bonus when we wanted to get away from the beach. There is a coffee shop and pizza shop right next door that was also very helpful. There is an outdoor patio where you can sit in the shade and have a drink or a meal. Overall a great experience. In walking distance to everything. You feel safe. My friend dropped her phone and someone picked it up and we were able to retrieve it the next day. Very honest people. Beware that you need to use purel and keep hands sanitized. It is very easy to get sick with bacterial infection. Two people in our group were sick, but probably linked to swallowing ocean water while surfing. Also my son got stung by a ray. But these are all things that can happen and out of our control. Make sure you have your Hep A and Hep B vaccines, and tetanos shots up to date. There are lots of pharmacies around, but they will sell you almost anything. I got a travel package from my pharmacist before leaving which was helpful. We used almost all of it. Gravol, imodium, pedialyte, cortosol cream, Best be prepared before arriving. I would go back to this hotel and to Sayulita. Was a fun place with lots to see and to do. It was never boring!

Riviera Sayulita was a great hotel! It was small and personable. Emma and Lucila were the front desk attendants and were great with communicating and accommodating our needs! It was also walking distance from everything in town and the beach!

The property was clean and located outside of the party zone of Sayulita. The people at the front desk are the best. They helped us with all of our transportation needs and gave us the best advise for food and were genuinely good people.

Highly recommended to stay here. Rooms are spacious, clean and the location is wonderful. There’s places to eat that are walking distance and it’s quiet at night as it’s away from the heavier foot traffic and noise. The bus station is conviently located next door.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. It was really quiet, great AC, cute pool and lounging area and only a 5 minute walk to the plaza. Conveniently located next to the bus station as well. Note that there is no restaurant or bar on site, but lots close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Mucho Gracias!

Location is not where it says on Expedia. Be sure to actually look up location. This property is located on the East side of the bridge. We wanted something in town, this was not in town. Be sure to check location. Property is nice and clean. Pool was nice. Just wish it was in a better spot.

This place is AMAZING! My stay here is phenomenal with the cleanliness, the privacy, NO OUTSIDE NOISE, the comfort of a mini split AC unit thst is perfect when arriving back into your room. The most favorable part was STEPS away from the bus station. Ideal when travelling to or from Puerto Vallarta. That is how I get around. Close enough to walk everywhere in this quaint, adorable little village of Sayulita. Highly recommend!

The property and room our room was very clean and modern with nice decor. The staff was great. The front desk staff speak English which is very helpful. The room has air conditioning. The pool is nice and the water temperature was quite warm and lovely. (When we were there in April the ocean temp was too cool for us to swim.) The entrance of the hotel is off a busy street. But the street noise didn’t bother us once we were in our room. It’s a short walk into town. Our room had a sliding door entrance and faced out towards the pool in the center atrium. I would have liked windows facing outside with a view. Overall I’d recommend as a nice, clean place to stay if you are just looking for a room. I would choose a different spot if you want more of a resort feel.

Affordable, nice little hotel, not super close to the beach but it’s a good walk. Didn’t not like the roosters behind the hotel they were loud midnight to morning. Staff was friendly. Also I thought they offered breakfast, but they don’t.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Nothing was ever complicated. The pool was an extra bonus when we wanted to get away from the beach. There is a coffee shop and pizza shop right next door that was also very helpful. There is an outdoor patio where you can sit in the shade and have a drink or a meal. Overall a great experience. In walking distance to everything. You feel safe. My friend dropped her phone and someone picked it up and we were able to retrieve it the next day. Very honest people. Beware that you need to use purel and keep hands sanitized. It is very easy to get sick with bacterial infection. Two people in our group were sick, but probably linked to swallowing ocean water while surfing. Also my son got stung by a ray. But these are all things that can happen and out of our control. Make sure you have your Hep A and Hep B vaccines, and tetanos shots up to date. There are lots of pharmacies around, but they will sell you almost anything. I got a travel package from my pharmacist before leaving which was helpful. We used almost all of it. Gravol, imodium, pedialyte, cortosol cream, Best be prepared before arriving. I would go back to this hotel and to Sayulita. Was a fun place with lots to see and to do. It was never boring!

Great for families! The hotel is in a convenient location, not to far away from town. Town is very noisy with music, bars, cars and construction, so this hotel was perfect. Riviera Sayulita Hotel is charming, clean, has friendly staff and spacious rooms(our room had a full kitchen) The pool is great and they also have good coffee in the mornings and margaritas in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when in Sayulita.

Loved this hotel !! Definitely coming back , the staff was amazing . They recommend lots of places to go eat . The hotel is very safe , and walking distance to Downtown. They also rent golf carts so it’s easier to get around . I had my kids with me and they loved the pool on site

The hotel is small and cute. Was close enough to town but away from the night life. We did have a few discrepencies during our stay but the staff was always helpful. There was construction during our stay, and the bar/grill area was closed because of this which wasn't disclosed until we got there. That was a bit discouraging because we would have loved to hang by the pool and enjoy a few drinks.

Very short walk into the busy town. Was much quieter here. We often had the pool to our selves. The bus was close so we visited many other towns. Easy to walk to beach. VERY Wonderful hospitality. If there is something you need just ask. Spotless and well maintained. Away from the lively town but easy to walk to. Very comfortable firm beds. Room spacious. Everyone was so friendly and a great work team spirit. Would stay again.

Large clean yet simple accommodations. Comfortable bed, kitchenette was nice to have! The noise level is high when people are in the central pool area as voices carry. The kids got to be a bit loud and so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. But other than that a decent place to stay. *NOTE there are barely any working ATM machines in the town of Sayulita. Get cash at the airport or ask the front desk at the airport to exchange up to $100 usd. Or go to San Pancho as there is a working ATM near the hospital
