This house is conveniently located in Ozark, MO, which is a great central location for accessing Branson, Springfield, Rt 66, and the scenic backroads and historical features of southwest Missouri (e.g. Ozark one-lane bridge, Smallin's Civil War Cave, Wilson's Creek Battlefield, etc...). Ozark is home to some great restaurants (The Ozark Mill, Billy Gail's, and Lamberts). The house is only a few miles from HWY 65, located in a nice subdivision, and sits on a spacious lot with a large backyard. The house appears to be a recent construction and is equipped with modern appliances and contemporary furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking meals. Internet speed was great. I was able to work remotely all day Friday and attend all of my video conferences without disruption. A/C worked great in the summer heat. The bed was very comfortable, shower is nice, and the use of the garage is a big plus to store my car safely and out of the heat. I really liked the big kitchen island. House was easy to get to and Google Maps knew exactly where it was. Communications with the property owner were professional and friendly. We will reserve this house in the future when we return to visit family.

This is centrally located and easy to get to whether you are heading to Branson or to Springfield. The house is beautifully decorated. We loved the covered back patio. It had nice comfortable outdoor furniture and it looked out into a pasture/grassland. Very peaceful! There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, so if I had to suggest anything, I would say having a TV at least in the master bedroom would have been nice. And maybe more towels in the bathrooms. But those are minor things. It really is a great place and we really enjoyed it! Highly recommend it!

The property was very clean and modern and had all the amenities as listed. There were several restaurants but it was only a quick drive over to Springfield if you wanted more options. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt absolutely safe. The host was extremely accomodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the newest VRBO listing in Ozark. The clean, new mid century modern 3 car garage only minutes from HWY 65 is a great home base for anyone visiting the Branson/Springfield area. Tucked away in a safe quiet residential neighborhood it worked great for three adult couples. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful insuring our trip was truly blessed. Look forward to visiting again! Thanks to Olga and her daughter!

We stayed at this property as part of a visit with family in June of 2024. The location was wonderful, the right amount of space, very good for walking and running in the surrounding neighborhoods. It was a quiet neighborhood, wonderful pond with walking path surrounding it in .25 miles away in a nearby neighborhood. The property was as described, plenty of pillows and bedding, clean and just as expected! Communication with property owner was expedient.

Wow! 5 stars aren't enough to describe the hospitality we received. We booked this home last minute for my brother's wedding at The Venue on Brick. The home was about 10 minutes from the venue which was very convenient. Olga, the property manager, was by far the most accommodating, communicative, and welcoming host I've had the pleasure of working with. Although my immediate family 5 were the only ones to stay the evening in the home, I loved that the home listed that it welcomed family events up to 15. We had to rehearse the morning of the wedding & it allowed a space for my family of 5, my parents, my sister and her two children to get ready with ample space before heading back to the venue. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and exactly as described and pictured. The beds were so comfortable, and I loved that there were ample blankets to get cozy. If you're heading to the area, I would definitely recommend booking this property without hesitation.

This is centrally located and easy to get to whether you are heading to Branson or to Springfield. The house is beautifully decorated. We loved the covered back patio. It had nice comfortable outdoor furniture and it looked out into a pasture/grassland. Very peaceful! There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, so if I had to suggest anything, I would say having a TV at least in the master bedroom would have been nice. And maybe more towels in the bathrooms. But those are minor things. It really is a great place and we really enjoyed it! Highly recommend it!

The property was very clean and modern and had all the amenities as listed. There were several restaurants but it was only a quick drive over to Springfield if you wanted more options. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt absolutely safe. The host was extremely accomodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property as part of a visit with family in June of 2024. The location was wonderful, the right amount of space, very good for walking and running in the surrounding neighborhoods. It was a quiet neighborhood, wonderful pond with walking path surrounding it in .25 miles away in a nearby neighborhood. The property was as described, plenty of pillows and bedding, clean and just as expected! Communication with property owner was expedient.
