Villa MiaNova A Modern Hideout in the Woods

Comfortable house with plenty of space for larger groups. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Great, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a large table. Lots of fun things to do in the basement area, like arcade and table-top games, movies, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area are a lot of fun - lots to do, but also perfect if you want to stay in to relax. The hosts clearly communicated and were quick to respond to questions that came up during our stay.

Overall it met our needs. There were 11 of us and the space was a nice size for all. Kids liked the game room options.

Great property. The fussiness around the check-in process is goofy. There is zero or one bar service near the property yet they want to send details 15 minutes in advance. Just not smart. Not sure what kind of devices they think we have available to us. The vehicle registration process slows you down a bit but was fairly easy to complete for those staying with you. Guests for an hour or two visit are a different issue. I found it easier to have them park at a gate and go pick them up. They asked lots of questions of my one guest that he was not prepared to answer nor should he need to for a 2 hour visit. Just too fussy for us. We would look to stay outside the Hideaway if we intended to have day guests.

My 7 family members and I had the pleasure of staying here for a long weekend to celebrate my wedding at a nearby venue. The home was larger and more beautiful than we even anticipated. The master suite was privately located upstairs in the open loft. There were 3 bedrooms downstairs next to another full bathroom. The kitchen area was large and equip with basic necessities. The dining table was big enough to comfortably seat all of us for dinners. The basement was a unique space with big, comfortable couches, and additional bathroom, multiple tvs for entertaining, and fun arcade games that we all enjoyed. There was a screened in porch, that had a comfortable couch as well as a small dining table. Each bedroom had their own AC wall unit which was amazing! There was a community pool only 7 minutes away (I believe another one elsewhere too, but we only visited the one), and nice pickleball courts which we played at. The area was very private and quiet! The only other note I would give to potential future guests, is to be aware that I this is located in a very private and secure gated community. To get out to visit any stores, restaurants, etc nearby outside of the community, requires a long windy drive out of the area before you can get onto the main road. Realistically, the drive only took 5-10min depending, but it felt like forever because you cannot exceed 25 mph on the community roads. Overall, a great stay! The home was clean, modern, and well-kept. Would stay again.
