The check in was great. Very personable and efficient staff. Breakfast was good except on the morning a women’s college basketball team made it impossible to get anything except coffee, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. My only complaint was that the printer in their “business” wasn’t functioning so I couldn’t print my boarding passes for my return flight.

Although the price was right, the room was a little cramped for our family. An in room Keurig and microwave would have been perfect but without it, we tried the lobby. The coffee was stale and just warm. We went to a nearby Starbucks, so all was well. Breakfast was very good. This hotel has many amenities for families with kids! The lobby offered lots of fun! The filtered water bottle fillers are fantastic! All in all, it was quite nice and the lower price was helpful.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the pool table and hang out area in the lobby. We will be back.

We came in February. The room was clean but had a few minor damages by an animal. I spoke to the front desk, because we had our dog and I didnt want to be charged for damages. When we came back a month later, and had the same room nothing had been fixed, or repaired. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said housekeeping had been told. The side door lock was still broken as well. BUT I would stay there again because they allowed our dog to come and stay too! The room was clean and didn't smell like pets. Probably because of the vinyl floors.

I always enjoy staying at TRU hotels. Hotel and grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with a good variety of items. Housekeeping needs to step up a bit. Family enjoyed the gym. There were games to play as well as a pool table. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Booked for a funeral trip was using motel as a way to help ease the loss for my 9 year old son who has extream anxiety.booked this motel specifacaly for the pool and facilities the pool was out of service and other activities were always otherwise occupied the rooms i had 2 401 and 409 i paid for and feel like it was too much for a room with no trash bags no bag upon checkout or any other accomidations other cheaper motels have.so i had to run around two days spending money in a place i know nothing about to occupy my son.i will never stas at a TRU again..

This is the first time we stayed at Tru hotel. The hotel was new, clean, and breakfast was good. It is in a good area, near to many shops, mall, and restaurant. The staffs were friendly. We will stay here again.

Ok I get that this is a budget friendly option in a military town but honestly had we been staying more than a single night I would have asked for a refund and tried somewhere else. There was mold in the bathroom, the a/c unit was gross. The trash can had trash from the previous tenants still in it. The room we stayed in was right above the lobby and every time someone went in or out the door and let it slam it reverberated through the whole wall. The elevator smelled like burnt tires and the hallways smelled like musty unwashed body odor. I would not recommend unless this was your only option due to price.

Fine for one night but not super clean. Dirt around beds in hotel, and felt like it needed a good overhaul of space due to chips in walls, floors and bathroom tub. Probably would bot stay here again. Not worth the money spent.

Pros: Clean (to the naked eye), nice facility, great water pressure, streaming services available on TV, good a/c Cons: Pillows extremely soft, bed needed to be vacuum between mattress and platform. No carpet so can hear people walking above, no microwave in room

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and we especially enjoyed the automatic opening and closing of the window shades - no more manual effort! The shower was a walk-in so that was nice. The room was nice and comfortable so we recommend Tru by Hilton.

The room was clean but that is about the only positive. We could hear EVERYTHING going on around us. At 4:30 am we could hear a dripping sound that lasted for an hour. They were doing construction on a hotel at least 300 yards away and we heard every swing of the hammers. We barely got any sleep. Then we go to get breakfast and they had a small pot of eggs and a few pieces of sausage. Then I had to take a shower with a bath towel because we did not have any washclothes in the room. We will not stay at Tru again. Not our first stay at Tru with complaints

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good with a nice variety. I'm not a fan of the pancake from machine. I prefer waffle maker. Our room 205 had a door that could be opened to adjoining room. This closed door allowed the noise from 207 into our room. The occupants were loud until midnight. Impossible to go to sleep hearing their tv & conversation. I like the water bottle filler but they have plastic ice buckets next to it & the ice machine. Less plastic please. Overall a good stay. Breakfast staff did a great job cleaning and keeping food stocked. August 2025

The worst things were no closet, no microwave and beds were not the best but not too bad. The morning staff ladies at front desk amazing. The housekeeping smiling and kind. Basic hotel nothing fancy.

Room was super small and smelled like vinegar. Topping the sheets were two mattress covers (used as a top bed spread)! The young man at the front desk was fantastic as was the lobby area. The breakfast was decent (except for the chicken sausages). I would not stay here again

I tried to add another night to my stay and your staff made sure it was damn near impossible or completely miserable. At first, she informed me that I had booked through a third-party and could not extend my stay after she rambled on for a minute or two she said well I can extend your stay if you’d like so at this point, I’m pretty confused what I say OK first thing she says is I’ll have to move out of my room to another room that certainly didn’t make any sense if there’s a room available how about put the new guy in the room but OK I’ll deal with it. Next she says from noon to three, she doesn’t know if the room’s gonna be readyso it was at this point. I decided it was not worth staying at your property any longer if I was gonna have to pack and move and possibly wait three hours for a room I decided I just go ahead and go to another property won’t be back.

We had an issue with a clogged sink in our room, went to the front desk and was told someone would be up shortly to resolve. No on ever showed, went back down to the front desk, they handed us a bottle of draino and said here you go.

Average room. Poor service. Reserved for my son and daughter in law. Room was pre paid but they charged the card presented. When they were called to correct was told we would have to wait 3 days for a manager to correct. Unfortunate as I selected this property based on a nice previous stay.

I/we very much like Tru hotels. All of the employees are helpful, friendly and do a great job. Especially Lafonda & Michael, we appreciated their cheeriness and willingness to help. Not just us, we sat in the Lobby both nights and saw the two interact w/ other guests. Lafonda and Michael are great representatives of this Tru Hotel. I hope Hilton will relay this to both of them. The TV didn’t work in the first room we were checked into. We were told someone would be right up to look at it.. 2 hours later we were told by the other front desk person, we were supposed to be given another room, someone forget to tell us!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to several restaurants and stores making the stay much more convenient. The daily breakfast provided many options to help start the day along with coffee. The mini fridge in the room was helpful to keep some water and drinks cool. The drive to Nashville is only 45mins-an hour out! 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re visiting family near Clarksville!

We stayed for one night and thought the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. It was quiet even though it was a busy night and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom and the room were clean and well maintained. Loved the shower! The lady who made breakfast was also super nice and the food was really good! My 10 yr old was very impressed with the automated pancake maker!
