I stayed at this property in early 2017, so my expectations were high about our stay. I was disappointed in the landscaping both front and back of the house. I was also disappointed in the dock,boards rotted and in need of paint. The garage is more of a warehouse than garage. The garage door needs replaced it’s so rusted at the bottom I’m sure that rodents are present with the droppings on the rug. The host did a great job on both bathrooms they are a big upgrade.

We stayed on the property while working in the area and found it warm and welcoming. The host was responsive and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly return if work brings us back

Our host was very responsive and easy to work with. The property is in good condition but like any older home there is always something that needs attention. Neighborhood was quiet and we had very little reaction with neighbors. There is a resident alligator and lots of birds that are fun to watch. Close to everything and easy to get around. There is a community center with good pickle ball facilities. We enjoyed our time there.
