New AZ Oasis, Fire Pit, Yard, Grill, & Hot Tub!

We absolutely loooooved the pool and backyard. We had a great week!!! Jason was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay.

The interior of the home was dated and the couches could use a good cleaning, this is always hard to gauge from photos. Unfortunately, the outside space was quite disappointing. It appeared the space had either not been used for some time and or was not prepped for new guests arriving. The hot tub water was green, dirty and was lacking water. The pool was dirty when we arrived on a Thursday evening and on the Friday after the pool service arrived, it remained cloudy and dirty until the day prior to our departure, where it did clear up. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. Check in was seamless.

Our host was excellect and very welcoming.We called him to report that the fire pit was not working. By that same afternoon he had a replacement one in place and made sure that it was working properly. Our only disappointment was that we did not have use of the garage.We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

I would definitely stay here again if I’m the area. Nice clean property and roomy. Back yard is great. Only small complaint is the master bedroom shower head needs replaced.
