This property was very well kept and had plenty of first-class amenities such as open kitchen space, a theater room with a 100” screen (the projector was high def with great color for those who care about projector quality), and a private pool with plenty of lush tropical foliage for added privacy. Overall an excellent vacation rental, would highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about this rental! The hosts were the most gracious, easy to work with, that I have ever had the pleasure to rent from! They were responsive and accommodating, even allowing us in early so we could run errands prior to the house being available after their cleaning service left. And clean they did- the house was spotless! No detail was left unnoticed! The house is fully equipped to host a large group of people who love to cook! From the fully equipped kitchen to the hibachi grill, we only left the property to eat for fun rather than necessity. The bedrooms are large (the master suites pillow top was heaven!), the bathrooms are plenty, and there were a number of good fun fights over the massage chair. The best part of the home is the island oasis in the back. The pool and patio were amazing!! We had a hard time getting the kids out of the pool at night! I can not say enough good things about this rental! If they’ll have us back, we will be frequent visitors!!!

We have rented this home 3 straight years while in Palm Beach playing in a baseball tournament. It has everything that we need & allows us to have 6 or 7 players in one location. The owners made a big improvement this year by adding a roof over a large section of the pool area creating needed shade as well as a place to be outside even in bad weather. Alex is always responsive should any issue arise. We look forward to returning next November.

Enjoyed a 5-night stay at this wonderful home. Location is great. Home is perfect for groups of friends or large family. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well provisioned. Pool, hot tub and TV room are fun for everyone. Owners were quick to respond to questions. We would happily stay there again!

Eight of us came to Florida to play in an LPGA Amateur National Match Play tournament and this house was perfect for us. 5 big bedrooms, 4 really nice bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, lots of tvs, a pool and a spa for our aching bones. The yard is private and beautifully landscaped. I highly recommend this place if you want comfort, security and a quiet neighborhood.

Hurricane Ian blew up original plans, so booked this VRBO. A very nice property, the pool/spa is awesome. Very well appointed with kitchenware/spices, excellent linens, towels, and comfortable beds. Laundry, chairs, and some pool floats. We had a couple hiccups like with any property accommodating 11 in our case. The Host was very responsive and did what he could including increasing our spa hours when it rained on us for several days.

Our stay in Palm Beach was very relaxing! The house accommodations were perfect for all 5 couples. The men especially enjoyed watching super bowl on the large TV! We loved lounging around the pool and hot tub!. The only thing we would change is the pool water was not warm enough. Thank you Alex for a great vacation!

We originally booked another location in Siesta Keys Florida but unfortunately had our reservations canceled due to Hurricane Idalia. After arriving to Florida and driving almost 18 hours, we were so exhausted and had no where to stay at the time of arrival. After searching for another place that was out of the hurricanes path, we came across this Gem! Absolutely loved everything about the home! The house was extremely clean, and spacious for our family of 5. The pool and theater room was just amazing! It was completely well stocked with all the amenities needed! Washer and dryers…(yes the house has 2 dryers) was extremely great especially since the kids were in the pool almost every day and we also visited the beach which was only 12 minutes driving. Washing clothes was definitely needed and was super easy and fast thanks to that! Overall Alex was a great Host and was more than accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and will be back again for our next Vacay! They redeemed our Family Vacation and saved the day!!! Thanks for everything Alex!!🙏

We really enjoyed this property. Very clean with excellent communication. Plenty of supplies including towels, soaps, and plenty of patio furniture. The pool was a nice size, heated just right and was very clean along with the hot tub. Highly recommend.

We are extremely clean people and this property measured up to our fanatical standards. We plan to rent again whenever we travel to the area. The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay there very much - so roomy and very well equipped. Check in was easy. Large bathrooms with great showers and towels galore for both the bathrooms and the pool. Wonderful linens and pillows on the beds. The kitchen was the best equipped of any short-term rental we've ever used and we have used many. Even the knives were sharp! And the pool area - we just can't say enough good things about it. Lots of loungers, chairs and tables both for sunning and in the shade. And finally, Alex, the owner responsiveness to even the smallest problem was phenomenal. For ex. a new Keurig showed up in the pm after we mentioned the old one was not working properly. This was a great place to stay while we explored the Palm Beach area. It is even more beautiful, spacious, clean, and stocked than what the photos show. There wasn’t a thing missing or a way to make anything better. FULLY stocked kitchen. Again, nothing could have changed to make our stay better. Simply perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the advertised amenities. The owners were super welcoming and responded right away to messages. We honestly didn’t explore the area much because we were having so much fun in the pool and backyard patio. Plenty of seating for the family, well stocked cooking supplies, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels…we honestly cannot think of anything negative to say at all. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful property with room for everyone. We had our immediately family down along with some friends for a surprised 40th for the wife. House and grounds were well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes for complete meals, with a variety of spices and utensils. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the PBI, the beach and West Palm Beach. Had a couple of questions and property manager response was within a couple minutes every time. Would defniitely rent again.

This property is very well maintained, and fully equipped to make you feel at right at home. There are spacious spaces to gather both inside and outside. The beds were super comfortable, and the sizes of the individual rooms were large size! Our hosts Alex & Victoria were quick to respond to our questions throughout the entire process - from booking inquiries to check-out. Our entire group of 10 were very impressed with everything. We would all recommend this property.

The house was very comfortable for 14 of us. We got to enjoy the pool one day while we had some warm weather. We appreciated the shower toiletries and pool towels. Plenty of room for us to hang out and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come again when visiting our parents who lived right down the street!

Home was easy to find and close to everything. Host left a note and chocolates for us upon arrival. Very thoughtful! Bedrooms were great. One bedroom had two beds, but second bed was squeaky and unusable. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and enjoyable. No beach chairs but found towels, coolers, and umbrella in back. Overall, we would definitely rent the property again! - k

House was wonderful and perfect. Alex was wonderful, I had a few problems with VRBO site and he was right there to help me. We were 8, 3 couples and 2 singles and had such a fabulous time. LOVED LOVED LOVED waking up to the the sound of the waterfall from spa to pool sitting outside drinking our morning coffee. House is spacious and so comfortable. We truly hope we get to spend time there again one day.

This was an amazing property! The owner and manager were extremely responsive to any and all concerns and requests. Every amenity we could think of was readily available. We are extremely clean people and this property measured up to our fanatical standards. We plan to rent again whenever we travel to the area. This property was very well kept and had plenty of first-class amenities such as open kitchen space, a theater room with a 100” screen (the projector was high def with great color for those who care about projector quality), and a private pool with plenty of lush tropical foliage for added privacy. Overall an excellent vacation rental, would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the advertised amenities. The owners were super welcoming and responded right away to messages. We honestly didn’t explore the area much because we were having so much fun in the pool and backyard patio. Plenty of seating for the family, well stocked cooking supplies, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels…we honestly cannot think of anything negative to say at all. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. Thank you so much!!!

We have rented this home 3 straight years while in Palm Beach playing in a baseball tournament. It has everything that we need & allows us to have 6 or 7 players in one location. The owners made a big improvement this year by adding a roof over a large section of the pool area creating needed shade as well as a place to be outside even in bad weather. Alex is always responsive should any issue arise. We look forward to returning next November.

Alex and Victoria went above and beyond assisting us with a same day booking at their house. Had another booking cancel on us hours before check in leaving us stranded, and Alex’s communication helped us book when we were struggling. The house was perfect, beautiful space with lots of amenities. We’ve already talked about booking the house again in the future.

Hurricane Ian blew up original plans, so booked this VRBO. A very nice property, the pool/spa is awesome. Very well appointed with kitchenware/spices, excellent linens, towels, and comfortable beds. Laundry, chairs, and some pool floats. We had a couple hiccups like with any property accommodating 11 in our case. The Host was very responsive and did what he could including increasing our spa hours when it rained on us for several days.

Great stay for a group of colleagues attending a conference at the convention center. Commute less than 10 minutes. Terrific communication with the hosts. Very clean house that is set up nicely for a group. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having things like detergent, shampoo, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. already stocked.

Enjoyed a 5-night stay at this wonderful home. Location is great. Home is perfect for groups of friends or large family. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well provisioned. Pool, hot tub and TV room are fun for everyone. Owners were quick to respond to questions. We would happily stay there again!

We were looking for a house to hose multiple family members over Thanksgiving. We have a lot of small children so a pool was key. The house layout was perfect for watching the kids play in the pool and get snacks at the outside area or the kitchen which was right inside. The owners were also very communicative.

We originally booked another location in Siesta Keys Florida but unfortunately had our reservations canceled due to Hurricane Idalia. After arriving to Florida and driving almost 18 hours, we were so exhausted and had no where to stay at the time of arrival. After searching for another place that was out of the hurricanes path, we came across this Gem! Absolutely loved everything about the home! The house was extremely clean, and spacious for our family of 5. The pool and theater room was just amazing! It was completely well stocked with all the amenities needed! Washer and dryers…(yes the house has 2 dryers) was extremely great especially since the kids were in the pool almost every day and we also visited the beach which was only 12 minutes driving. Washing clothes was definitely needed and was super easy and fast thanks to that! Overall Alex was a great Host and was more than accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and will be back again for our next Vacay! They redeemed our Family Vacation and saved the day!!! Thanks for everything Alex!!🙏

Beautiful property with room for everyone. We had our immediately family down along with some friends for a surprised 40th for the wife. House and grounds were well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes for complete meals, with a variety of spices and utensils. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the PBI, the beach and West Palm Beach. Had a couple of questions and property manager response was within a couple minutes every time. Would defniitely rent again.

This place was even better than the description. Everything about it was amazing. I especially enjoyed the home theater room. The pool and spa were beautiful. Also, the kitchen was stocked with all the Tupperware and more we needed for cooking.

This was the perfect spot for our whole family, grandparents to 9 year olds. The ease of travel to and from the airport was awesome and only 30 mins from Roger Dean stadium. The pool and hot tub are a lovely addition. The house was stocked with plenty of essentials: laundry detergent, coffee/filters, basic spices, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, swim towels, hairdryers, and cooking tools galore. There were also beach chairs available, but the weather did not cooperate for us to use them. We loved watching March Madness on the big screen. It was a gem of a home at an excellent price point for the number of people, 7 adults and 4 kids for our family, the home can comfortably accommodate.

Large house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was sparklingly clean; the pool and back yard were exactly as portrayed on the VROB Website. No surprises. Alex was a gracious, responsive host. And the theater room with very large screen is a great place to watch a movie. The kitchen is well supplied and all appliances operate as designed. Beds are comfortable. We stayed two weeks and would consider coming again.
