The house was exactly like described in the ad, it was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, nicely furnished even the kitchen accessories, although we did not use much because our stay was short and was not at the house all that much. Only concern i had was with host but it really was not a big deal, i asked a couple questions about a few items but never got an answer. But overall would rent again, very satisfied and well priced.

Management responsive however lacked basic supplies in kitchen as well as cleaning supplies in bathrooms and kitchen. 5 adults over 65 stayed here. Lots of stays all over so base on experience.

Property was the perfect stay for our family. Home is updated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend or even longer trip to Southington. Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Highly recommend this property for a family trip to take in the sights and charm of Southington and the surrounding area. Perfect experience for us all around.
