Great place and a fantastic host. We were in to celebrate Thanksgiving early and this house set up perfectly for our family 9. The house was very clean, welcome gift and note just made us feel at home. The kids loved playing football in the yard and also enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of TV's so the kids watched their shows while we watched football. Highly recommend this home and we'll be back for sure.

The house was perfect for our trip. We are 7 women who have been friends for 60 years. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and sitting areas for everyone. The hot tub was big enough for all of us and we used it every day. The location was perfect to get to all of the places that we visited. We didn’t have any kids with us but the house had everything that families would need. A great house in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was great for our family who was in town for a wedding in Columbine. It is a great location close to Columbine town and Littleton town area. It was also very child accommodating, our little ones were in the sandbox and backyard often but also walking distance to nice parks. It had a great kitchen space and had everything available. We are so grateful for the communication from the hosts as well through the rental period.

A group of 8 of us stayed there for a hockey tournament. It was a great place, close to everything but not in a crazy busy area. The outdoor space was awesome. We spent most of our time on the patio areas. I would say the only thing that wasn't 100% accurate was one of the beds is an inflatable mattress, which I didn't realize, although it did work out well.

We stayed for 5 days for a funeral/celebration of life with 7 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The property was perfect for us. Great neighborhood location close to a park. The house was full of kids toys, books, high chair and pack n play which helped so much! Kia was great with communication, the house was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was really cute and extremely clean. It had a big beautiful yard. The house was stocked with essentials. The kitchen was stocked with staples. The area and neighborhood were very nice. The hosts were exceptional. I left my computer behind by mistake and they promptly shipped it back to me in Florida. The overall experience was exceptional!

I can not say enough about this property and Kia & Rob! The house was perfect and well stocked. It is in a very nice area and centrally located. A welcome basket was there for us when we arrived and Kia communicated with me every step of the way! We will definitely be booking with Kia and Rob again!

We stayed for 5 days for a funeral/celebration of life with 7 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The property was perfect for us. Great neighborhood location close to a park. The house was full of kids toys, books, high chair and pack n play which helped so much! Kia was great with communication, the house was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect for our trip. We are 7 women who have been friends for 60 years. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and sitting areas for everyone. The hot tub was big enough for all of us and we used it every day. The location was perfect to get to all of the places that we visited. We didn’t have any kids with us but the house had everything that families would need. A great house in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautifully appointed, it was perfect for us. There were 6 of us in the group and we had plenty of room. The yard was so inviting with so many comfortable spots to relax and catch up together. The hot tub was nice and clean. Excellent temperature. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen and the upstairs balcony were so nice to gather and chat with our morning coffee. It was so gracious of the hosts to provide coffee pods and a few other essentials. The location of the house was perfect for us, as the main reason for our trip to Colorado was a concert at Red Rocks. It only took us 15 minutes to get home after the concert. Thank you for a wonderfully welcoming home to come back to after long days of exploring your beautiful state. I'd come back to stay here in a heartbeat!!

We were in the Denver area for a family wedding. This location was great for the wedding at The Manor House, hiking, shopping, and day trips to Colorado Springs. This home was great for our family who was in town for a wedding in Columbine. It is a great location close to Columbine town and Littleton town area. It was also very child accommodating, our little ones were in the sandbox and backyard often but also walking distance to nice parks. It had a great kitchen space and had everything available. We are so grateful for the communication from the hosts as well through the rental period.

A group of 8 of us stayed there for a hockey tournament. It was a great place, close to everything but not in a crazy busy area. The outdoor space was awesome. We spent most of our time on the patio areas. I would say the only thing that wasn't 100% accurate was one of the beds is an inflatable mattress, which I didn't realize, although it did work out well.

Our stay was convenient and comfortable. We traveled for a concert at Red Rocks. The home was within 20 mins. It was really nice having coffee and tea available especially for a short stay! The house is a home. It is cozy and the character is inviting. We didn’t use all the amenities because we were so busy. I would recommend staying here.

Our family recently lost both of our grandparents and we needed a place to meet for a celebration of life. This location was aboslutely perfect and it was actually in the same neightborhood they lived in our entire lives. It was so special being back in the area and reminiscing on all the amazing memories we had of them. We had cousins come in from out of state and from around the area to share special memories and stories about our grandparents. Communication about our event and the amenities was exceptional! Plenty of space for making our HUGE italian meal, and plenty of space to sit for conversation without feeling crammed. The kids loved all the hidden gem toys, and the space to run outside. The location is very convenient with a multitude of nearby stores, restaurants and gas stations for last minute necessities. Thank you so much Kia and Rob for allowing us to enjoy such a special moment together in this home! You all have done a phenomenal job of cleanliness and coziness. I greatly appreciate your communication before, during and after our stay and we will definitely be sure ot stay with you again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation/reunion. The house was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room. The host provided coffee and spices. The backyard was more beautiful and inviting. Numerous places to sit and we used them all depending on the time of day. The kids had a great time visiting the near by park and paying in the backyard. The hot tub was nice in the evening. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the vicinity of the grocery stores. The host maintained an open communication with us. The house was really cute and extremely clean. It had a big beautiful yard. The house was stocked with essentials. The kitchen was stocked with staples. The area and neighborhood were very nice. The hosts were exceptional. I left my computer behind by mistake and they promptly shipped it back to me in Florida. The overall experience was exceptional!
