2-Bedroom Apt - Dover/Portsmouth

This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. The bathroom is tiny and smells musty. The walls and ceiling allow in every noise from adjacent units. The retrofitted sprinkler system leaves many ugly exposed pipes. The driveway is more mud than gravel on rainy days. With these shortcomings, this property is not worth the price.

The tenants above were noisy, making it hard to sleep. The towels provided were moldy. Checked out early and went to a hotel.

Everything you may need was provided. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. The property is located off the main road which was nice.

Nice clean property with lots of special touches including coffee!! Very clean and comfortable and perfect location.

We had a wonderful time - the place was the perfect spot to see the local sites and just in between UNH and Portsmouth. thanks again!
