Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.

My biggest complaint- cleanliness Stains on the walls , blings are broken and stained. Looked horrible. Couch is another story … really bad !! Location isn’t too good either Only good part was communication
