Cozy cabin close to the lake

I loved everything about our stay. The only problem we had was the stove. We couldnt figure out how to work it. But thankfully there was a single burner that we were able to use for cooking. other than that our stay was wonderful.

The cabin is a perfect blend of rustic and modern, with a fully stocked kitchen for all your basic cooking/reheating. The lake is about a five minute walk with a cute shoreline to walk around.

Other than the kitchen sink being stopped up, the place was great. They tried to get the sink fixed but, it didnt work out. It was very quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Property was very nice slightly. Deceptive bedrooms were not separate, and Lake was not as close as pictures. Indicated property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Cooking supplies and Kitchen, where was all there and in good shape. Exterior was lovely, nice walking path.

Our family loved the feel of the property. It was perfect for our family. We loved the fire pit at the end of the day and the deck was perfect for morning coffee and reflection. We had plenty of room to just enjoy being together. We will be back again to stay at this property.

Description was accurate and house was comfortable. Loved being able to open the windows and hear the birds, owls and bullfrogs. Not sure if we were the first guests in a while, but we walked through many cobwebs in the house which isn't surprising for a house in the trees. Several burnt out lightbulbs and all clocks one hour off (after daylight davings time) made us suspect no one had walked through the property in a while. Neighbors across the street were friendly and helpful, but the rest of the neighborhood made us very uncomfortable. Agressive dogs chasing cars and roaming free, people banging around in abandoned houses late at night, and lots of trash made us feel uncomfortable with the location. You could easily walk to the lake from this property but you couldnt access the water easily. This neighborhood had run down/abandoned docks and no beach access. It was a great location for quick trips to Dogwood Canyon and Eureka Springs.

Great little cabin for your next fishing getaway. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable to sleep on. The host was very thoughtful and left snacks and coffee for us to eat. The only drawback is that the cabin is smaller, and the ceiling is a little low for taller people. Not a great space to cook. Would definitely recommend to other adults looking to fish in the area.

Very quaint, peaceful area. With in driving distance to several outdoor trails and water access points. Enjoyed a day in Eureka Springs and a few cave adventures and an evening stroll in the river. We had everything we needed to enjoy a quick get away from home. The cabin was clean, stick with the necessities to cook meals, grill and enjoy and evening by campfire. The laundry and shower was a great addition tp our stay! Thank you for hosting us!!

This house was great for our quick trip with our sons and a couple friends to go fishing. We loved being close to the lake and Roaring River and this place made us want a lake house. It is cozy and had everything we needed for our time there. It's cute and clean. I was so sad we were too tired to use the fire pit after fishing all day because it was so inviting. I did sit out there in the morning and it was pretty peaceful and some neighbors went by and waved.

Very clean very peaceful

This little cabin is extremely clean, had everything we needed for our stay, beds were comfortable, and neighborhood was great.

The house was NOT clean. I do not recommend

Neighborhood was sketchy, outdoor patio chairs dirty, couch dirty & carpet questionable; whole place was dark with 2 burned out light bulbs in the bathroom. Ring doorbell outside is acceptable, however the 2 cameras inside are not. They are an invasion of privacy & VRBO should not allow that .

This cabin was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean and tidy. We just opened the closet door for a little privacy between bedrooms. The beds and couch were really comfortable. The a/c was nice and cold. This was the perfect location to visit Eureka Springs and Branson!

Check-in and everything went great. Everthing in the cabin worked as it should. Carpet and furniture is a little dated but was a good place for my family to sleep when were not out on the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. It was relaxing, no noise other than nature. It was really hot during our stay, so unable to use the fire pit or grill which we were looking forward too, but coffee on the deck was nice in the mornings. There are 2 beds, they are set up separately in one long room so no privacy, but we made do. Everything else was great, communication from the owner was on point. Would definitely stay here again!

Luckily the housekeeper lived close, and was able to bring a key by so we could enter the property. The house was nice and small, but comfortable to an overnight. Be careful though, if you're taller than about 5'9, you'll hit the ceiling fans with your head. Bed was comfortable, and water pressure was decent, so no complaints there. I was a little skeptical driving into the property, because there were a lot of worn down (maybe abandoned) houses, but once we arrived, I felt better. No traffic in the area since it sits very close to the end of the road. I would stay again for an overnight, but probably wouldn't for a longer stay. There's no barrier between the two beds, so my son had to listen to me snore all night...LOL. Also, there was no welcome book of how to check in/out, internet password, etc. Would have been nice to have the internet password (did eventually get it, but not until later in the evening), since cellular service in the area was very sketchy. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience, and I would recommend to family/friends if no other options are available. Even with the minor issues, I'm still giving this place 5 stars.

Really nice cozy little cabin! Could possibly use a little updating, and the lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter, but the beds are comfy and it was really relaxing!

The cabin was a great space for my friends and I to spend time together! I do have one warning-one of my friends is over 6ft tall and kept hitting us head on the ceiling fan in the living room 😂

We wanted to see Eureka Springs but I also like to stay on water so this was a good option to do both. It's about 25 minutes from downtown Eureka. The lake isn't seen from the cabin but you can walk about a quarter mile to the end of the road and have an access point for swimming (watch out for snakes though). It was an easy stay with the dogs and they loved being close to the water. There isn't a fence though so the dogs will need to be on a leash. The cabin was cute! The ceilings are low so just watch your head on the fans. The wifi and cell service was terrible was plan to step away from electronics for the weekend. Would recommend to another small group of people!

As soon as i was able to unlock the door, we stepped inside and the alarm starts going off. It scared both of us very much as we were not expecting. We had to step outside. I was able to contact the owner, she answered annoyed “hello” I replied, taken off guard “hi my name is and i just got to the cute little cabin but the alarm is going off.

Nicely maintained and cozy. Had some issues getting in with lock code but manager quickly sent someone with key. Not too far from Eureka Springs. Would stay again

Cute little cabin right near the lake. Just roomy enough to be comfortable. We were able to truly enjoy the tranquility. This little neighborhood area was very quite and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

It's a well kept place and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was not the best. I would stay there again.

My son and I just needed a few days away from home. For us it was in a good for us because we wanted to explore eureka springs and the drive to there wasn't too bad. It was a quiet neighborhood making for good nights of sleep. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!
