Truly just a beautiful slice of heaven! Sarah was a great host. The cabin was great and the lake fishing hole was dreamy! The boys spent most of the trip down on the dock catching fish. Exactly what our family needed before we enter into a busy season.

So peaceful, quiet, beautiful, never turn on the TV or the WIFI, and sometimes forgot the phone. Will be back very soon, the fishing was the best, caught catfish, bream, crappie, bass, was surprised that it was not fished to death.

We wanted a place where we could relax and be away from everything. We definitely were able to do it here. The house and property are great. We fished in the pond and caught bass, crappie, and blue gill. All nice sizes. We will definitely be back in the future. On a side note the place can be a little hard to find the first time. Read the directions you are given by the host carefully.

We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. I’m sure we’ll be back again. Thank you so much!!

The property is beautiful..sun rise, sun set & the stars...just gorgeous! This Quiet tranquil spot with rolling hills & private pond was off the beaten path, but close enough that we made a day trip to crossville to eat & shop. The dogs loved the freedom to run the property as well♡

cleaning person needs to do a better job, bubble gum in floor, don't use food in refrigerator from last person. No place to put our food, Lilly pads spoiled fishing, 3/4 full of them, beautiful location, no night stand or any place to put anything, Needs improving on the furniture, not comfortable, beautiful but disappointing. would go back if improved.

This place was great the house was super clean. The area is beautiful we enjoyed the peace and serenity. Listening to the cows in the morning while drinking coffee on the porch. Casting a line into the little pond and just generally enjoying getting away from the city. My son thought it was great and my husband can't wait to go back.

Lovely spacious cabin. Owner is quick to respond. Check-in and check-out very easy. Beds extremely comfortable. Lots of extra personal touches. Our son loved fishing at the pond and all the space for playing outdoors. Look for the gravel road to access the cabin. We very happy with this stay!

My husband, adult daughter, & myself were looking for some R&R away from everything since being caregivers for my mother in law. We wanted some much needed quiet time. We found it here! It was great just sitting on the porch or on the dock fishing! We will be back!

the size of the house is perfect! The view is incredible. My husband and grandsons enjoyed every inch of the pond and caught some decent fish. I loved sitting on the porch watching them and just taking in my surroundings. the house was furnished with everything you need. we will return!

We enjoyed staying at your cabin. We also appreciated allowing us to check in a few days early. The cabin was very cozy. The only issue, if you want to call them issues, the electric reclining loveseat was tricky to use. I'm not sure if the connection was loose, but it did not always work. Also, cell service was poor making it difficult to communicate with family members.

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was very homey with all the right touches. Large table for eating, WiFi and smart TV for streaming, comfortable beds, and large outdoor decks for relaxing. We were hoping to catch some fish in the private pond but nothing was biting during our stay. Host was extremely responsive to questions. Location of cabin was a little tricky to find. Either ask for specific directions ahead of time or stay to the left at the end of the paved road. It’s a short drive to get there but the privacy is worth it. Thank you and we will be back to catch those fish!

We have been to this cabin 2x now and we love it. It's very rural and peaceful. I give it 5 stars because we love it and so do our dogs. We wish the kitchen was stocked better (knives don't cut, only 2 glasses) and that the bunk bed mattress was better but honestly do not care enough not to return over and over. If you go just pick up some solo cups and bring a kitchen knife and you'll be enjoying this wonderful place too.

If you are looking for a private getaway look no further. This was our second stay and we hope to stay again. My husband enjoyed fishing. I enjoyed sitting on the private dock to read. Our two dogs had plenty of room to roam. Sarah is a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet vacation book this property!

We wish the kitchen was stocked better (knives don't cut, only 2 glasses) and that the bunk bed mattress was better but honestly do not care enough not to return over and over. If you go just pick up some solo cups and bring a kitchen knife and you'll be enjoying this wonderful place too.
We have been to this cabin 2x now and we love it. It's very rural and peaceful. I give it 5 stars because we love it and so do our dogs. We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. I’m sure we’ll be back again. Thank you so much!!

The property is beautiful..sun rise, sun set & the stars...just gorgeous! This Quiet tranquil spot with rolling hills & private pond was off the beaten path, but close enough that we made a day trip to crossville to eat & shop. The dogs loved the freedom to run the property as well♡

10 out of 10!Great property and host.Cabin was cute and clean. Pond is stuffed full of Bass, Bluegill, Crappie. Me and wife caught over 60 bass in 2 days. If you are looking for a retreat with great views, great fishing, great cabin, this is it, look no farther. I am sure we will return with grand kids next time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. The quiet country setting and seclusion was right up our alley. The cabin was very clean, and Sarah is a great host. It's also conveniently located to Jamestown and East Fork Stables, which was perfect for us. Fishing off the dock of the pond was an added bonus! Thank you for having us, Sarah! Next time we stay in the Jamestown area, this cabin is where we'll stay!
