I booked this hotel without looking into it much. From the moment we walked through the doors I know we had found a special little hotel. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely warm. They walked us to our room for the night through a little mini orchard of Citrus trees. The room was incredible for the price I paid. The breakfast was also excellent. This was such good value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the outside space with play house and slide was perfect. We would love to visit again in the future.

Rang ahead to confirm time of arrival: extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, who greeted us in same manner on arrival. Good advice for booking for dinner. Abundant breakfast buffet: standard hotel fare. On-site parking adequate (we arrived around 21:00 and found last space) but quite tight for our long estate car. Very convenient for archaeological park and no problem about leaving our car while we visited.

Lovely place to stay in when in Pompeii. Found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Located near the Pompeii ruins so was able to walk back after my tour and walking distance to the train station. Such a great place to stay in. I Would definitely recommend it to others.

We were 20 min to the airport without traffic and the hotel staff helped arrange private transportation. The hotel was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a great location, very close to the piazza as well as walkable to one of the entrances to tour Pompeii.

Rooms are tiny. ‘Triple’ is what we booked, but if there were 3 people there would be no room for bags (we had to use the twin bed). They were doing demolition on the other side of our wall, pounding non-stop all day. You almost had to sit on the toilet to close bathroom door, and shower was smaller than a phone booth.

We arrived in Pompei late at night and it was good that this hotel is only 2 minute walk from Pompei train station. It's only a10 minute walk to the southeast Pompeii entrance. Our room looks newly renovated with high ceiling. Rooms looks better in person than the photos. They even helped me book a private shuttle to Positano.

We arrived at this property and were told our accommodation wasn’t in the main building but instead two minutes away up the street. We were then walked round to accommodation with signage up for “Eco B&B”. When we asked about this were then told this was a “sister hotel”. Feel free to Google this but Eco B&B is a 2-star B&B and Diana is a 3-star hotel. The difference was clear from the rooms and there was also c.40 stairs to climb with your luggage with no elevator. The B&B accommodation is above very busy and noisy late night bars and restaurants on the Main street in Pompeii. We highlighted we were unhappy about this particularly due to noise concerns and had booked Hotel Diana not this one and were moved back, taking luggage again with us. In terms of Hotel Diana, this is a nice enough hotel for the money paid. Air con and tv work well. Breakfast was basic but nice and bathroom was pleasant. Luggage storage was available the next day. If staying at a peak time I’d just beat my comments in mind and try to arrive early. We were taken aback about what happened and didn’t get an apology at any point.

We arrived in Pompei late at night and it was good that this hotel is only 2 minute walk from Pompei train station. It's only a10 minute walk to the southeast Pompeii entrance. Our room looks newly renovated with high ceiling. Rooms looks better in person than the photos. They even helped me book a private shuttle to Positano.

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We walked to Pompei ruins, about 10min walk. Staff were so lovely. Happy to help. Bathroom was good for one night, but we do prefer shower without a curtain- water goes everywhere! Otherwise no complaints. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was excellent right from check in. The staff were friendly and showed us to a lovely room. Clean, tidy and very nice bathroom and shower. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cereals, fruit, ham, croissants etc. and they make you a fresh drink from coffee to hot chocolate while you eat. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
