Ken was fabulous. Had it ready for when we arrived. Great place on water. Lived every minute.

Good fishing retreat

Property was great, and Ken was super hospitable, which we appreciate. Fishing was wonderful, plenty of croakers, spot and perch. We really enjoyed the view from back yard and sunroom.

Our first time staying in the area. Sure didn’t disappoint. Had a little town feeling with everything from grocery stores to ice cream shops with beautiful parks on the water all within a 15 minute drive. The cottage isn’t fancy but,well taken care of and clean with a homey feeling with charm and warmth. The views are unbelievable from the water to the boats and have to mention the ducks waddling past the yard to the frogs croaking at night.Last but not least Ken what a true gentleman. He in my opinion goes beyond. His attention to detail is incredible and his hospitality and generosity was very appreciated. We will definitely be back before summer ends.

This is our second time staying and it was just as perfect as the first. Couldn't ask for a better host or surroundings.
