Our family went to Gainesville for a long weekend to go to the University of Florida swim camp. We had a great stay. And the neighbors at the other homes were quiet and courtesy. This property is CLEAN and spacious. We were in the back house on the left (302) I believe. I drive a large SUV and we had room to park but if we would’ve had another car it would have been tight. If you have multiple vehicles the front units would be best. See you next year!

Parking is a little tricky but I would Highly recommend. We are in Gainesville atleast once a month and we would certainly stay here again.

We were very comfortable at this property. The bed we used was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated the liquid soap supplied in all the bathrooms, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the availability of a hairdryer, the supply of coffee filters, the dishwasher soap, the laundry soap pods, and other general amenities that we did not have to buy. The kitchen was great. The vibe was nice. We will save this property as a favorite.

The home was super cozy and had everything we need. Great little details throughout. Coffee filters for coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, extra toilet paper and paper towels. Loved the rocking chairs on porch. Parking is the only negative and neighborhood behind is a little down. Overall great stay.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the campus and Downtown Gainesville. Property is tucked away on some established neighborhoods, with a Community Gaden right across the street. The home is outfitted with modern amenities and a spacious Master bedroom and bath. The living space was a great use for remote working during the day, and plenty of space for evening dinners and relaxing. The house is located in a comfortable group of attached homes. Our stay was perfect! Every detail was thought of including stocked shampoo/soap bottles in showers, and several packets so that we could do laundry. It was a great weekend to enjoy Gator football, and we will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family weekend at UF. Very clean, plenty of room, easy check in etc. We had three cars so parking was a little tight, but totally manageable. great location - easy & cheap Uber/Lyft rides to campus and stadium so we didn’t have to fuss with parking. Although we didn’t need it, the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house is brand new and very clean. There is plenty of natural light. It was close to many restaurants and stores. The manager was very responsive and responded quickly to a few small issues we had.

The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The house was constructed about 2 years ago. I consider the house and appliances to be high end. It was clean and well maintained. Our only problem was getting into the house with the lock code. There are 4 similar houses in the same area. The website pictures were for one of the other houses. My code wasn't working because I was at the wrong house. I see this issue has been corrected.

The home was immaculate. Almost every square inch clean and beautiful. The drawers in the refrigerator could have been cleaned better. They were a little gross. Other than that everything was clean and neat and tidy.Everything was in good repair. There were a couple of towel racks that were loose enough that I was afraid that may fall off the wall. The toilet paper dispenser in the downstairs bathroom was falling off the wall also. These are very small things, not a big deal at all. Overall a beautiful, beautiful home. Very well taken care of, very clean and nice. We hope to stay again in the future! Five stars!

The property is beautiful! Very nicely decorated. Across the street is a community garden that is a lovely spot to walk in the morning. We came for Gator baseball and we're not disappointed with the accuracy of the listing. The only suggestion we have is darker curtains in the bedrooms because the security lights are on all night and they shine through the windows.

The area seemed a little sketchy, but the house was really nice and really clean! Parking was a little crowded when guests for the other houses checked in, but it wasn't bothersome nor inconvenient. The owner sent regular updates and emails which was made the whole check in and check out processes a breeze!

A wonderful stay at this new, beautiful and very convenient property, one of a few that could accommodate our group of 6, in town for daughters 2 day Doctoral graduation ceremonies. It was perfect, easy drive to UF & several spots a few blocks away that we have enjoyed over the years. The Gator Grove-Colonial House was clean, well organized, quiet & safe. It was perfect for our sister & brother n law, and daughters Godmother & the grad, to stay together comfortably, making this a wonderful family time! Nick’s precheck-in instructions were clear and he was quickly responsive to the one question we had. Hoping for an excuse to return.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the campus and Downtown Gainesville. Property is tucked away on some established neighborhoods, with a Community Gaden right across the street. The home is outfitted with modern amenities and a spacious Master bedroom and bath. The living space was a great use for remote working during the day, and plenty of space for evening dinners and relaxing. The house is located in a comfortable group of attached homes. House was supplied with laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags and a generous supply of kitchen ware and utensils.Our overall stay was comfortable, quiet and perfect for our stay in Gainesville.

The area seemed a little sketchy, but the house was really nice and really clean! Parking was a little crowded when guests for the other houses checked in, but it wasn't bothersome nor inconvenient. The owner sent regular updates and emails which was made the whole check in and check out processes a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house is brand new and very clean. There is plenty of natural light. It was close to many restaurants and stores. The manager was very responsive and responded quickly to a few small issues we had.

Our stay was great. Place was nice and clean. Location was about 1 mile from downtown. Close proximity to UF. Very minimal bedding. No extra pillows or blankets. Overall - a great option for visiting UF.

The house was perfect for our family weekend at UF. Very clean, plenty of room, easy check in etc. We had three cars so parking was a little tight, but totally manageable. great location - easy & cheap Uber/Lyft rides to campus and stadium so we didn’t have to fuss with parking. Although we didn’t need it, the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located to where we needed to be. Very spacious. There were three of us and we each had our own room. Seating in the living and dining space was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. I’d recommend this place.

This is a perfect place for a small to medium sized family. Its modern, its clean, has just what you need. It doenst have game rooms or other gimmicky decorations but its a classy house in a very convenient location. The only drawbacks were as others mentioned parking, but if you have 2 or less vehicles it really isnt a inconvenience . Also, it doesnt have a microwave which isnt a deal breaker but could be nice. The community garden across the street is darling and a short walk to an awesome brewery. We will definitely come back to this house in the future.
