This house is so spacious! My family stayed for Christmas 2024. The pool table was the biggest hit but it also had a foosball table , arcade, gaming/movie room. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is incredible! We had 14 people stay but on Christmas Eve we had 18 people in the house. We were not all on top of each other. It was nice. Beth was easy to get in touch with going and leaving went smooth. The house also has everything you need there. You just bring your groceries and clothes and you are set. We can't wait to go back!!!

Home was exactly as pictured. Ample bedrooms (2 went unused) and common space. The pool table, foosball, video game system, projection TV and arcade game were HUGE hits with the young ones (and young at heart!). We baked Christmas cookies and spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the time with each other. The beds are so comfy (and we are picky people when it comes to bed comfort). The views are spectacular and our oldest grandson has already decreed that we must return in the summer so we can use the pool. Communication was stellar and the accommodation for early check in was beyond our expectations.

We love staying here! The privacy is nice and having a pool, hot tub & basketball court is a great way to come together. The marina is close by to dock our boats and enjoy our family time on the lake. The kitchen is perfect for big gatherings in the large dining area or out on the spacious deck overlooking the lake. Thank you for a wonderful family time space.

Beautiful home with a great lake view. We had nine people in our group and this place was just excellent for our get together. Space for all of us to eat together indoors and on the deck. Every couple had a King size bed and there were beds left over. Great hot tub and the pool was chilly but I love it that way. Excellent communication with Beth and always a fast response.

We are so happy with our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 10 friends. We had 5 couples and we were all able to get a room with a king bed, which isnt easy to find! The view was beautiful, we loved the pool and hot tub, and even had a movie night on the giant screen in the basement. There was plenty of space for us to get some breaks as needed, and the kitchen had just about everytbing qe needed. We're already discussing a return trip!

The house is beautiful. Several family members stayed here while participating in a family wedding at a nearby venue. The abundance of games, hot tub, theater space, large decks, and conversation areas made for fun and relaxing times. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Absolutely one of the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. We have traveled all over the US and staying in VRBO’s, that were not as nice as pictures showed. This one was above the pictures. From the deck on the back looking out at the lake was so calming and serene. House was amazing and had absolutely everything you would possibly need from 7 bedrooms to countless bathrooms, pool, hot tub, big beautiful dining table to play games. Oh and forgot how we saw deer every morning. Only wish this same house was all over the US. The owner Beth was a peach and so compassionate and caring. We are a group of 8 and we joke how most places we leave cleaner than when we arrived. Not here very lean and fresh smelling. Highly recommend this place and our group can be very picky. Much needed relaxing stay. Thank you Beth!

What a great house! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning. We were 6 adults and each had a comfy king bed with a lake view and our own bathroom. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The upper and lower decks were large with the great lake views. We were very close to everything Big Cedar Lodge had to offer…golf, dining, and boat rentals. Beth with Beth’s Breakaways LLC was very quick to answer any questions and problem solve some minor issues. Everything we needed to know about the house was emailed to us before arrival. Our friends said of all the places we’ve been, Beth was the best property manager. Just a great vacation!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. There were five of us adults and two small children and we all fell in love with this property. The views were stunning, the property was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in, the beds were super comfortable, I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!

Very beautiful setting, fabulous house and furnishings, very clean. Everything is top notch in this property. The location is quite close to Top of the Rock while being in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The sunsets from the back patio were stunning! The host has thought of everything, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Would definitely stay here again, or at any other property owned by this host.

The house is actually better than the pictures show. It ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, provisioning, etc. As the person that is usually responsible for explaining A/V systems and calling when something is broken, it was a joy for me personally. When I did communicate with Beth, she was very sweet and had a replacement dryer brought in within a few hours. I highly recommend this house! You won’t be disappointed.

The views from the main living area and the master bedroom were just out of the world. Loved the view of the sunsets and the deck was a wonderful location for a birthday celebration. Convenient access to all local attractions and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All you could wish for to make a short visit with friends and family very memorable. P.S: I seemed to have lost an iPhone when we were visiting the area. Although I searched the entire home, please let us know if you find it.

We had a wonderful stay in Ridgedale. Leading up to the stay, Beth was friendly and responsive to our questions. The house was clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed, with plenty of space across the kitchen, two living rooms and game room. My kids loved the retro arcade game and foozball table. Our family had a wonderful time at Lakefront Luxury in June 2025! We had never been to Branson and we enjoyed the home, the above ground pool, and the ability to enjoy the many activities so close to the house. Beth was wonderful to work with...we needed an extra crib (we had 2 babies) and that was accommodated readily! We have a large family and the large home was well used. The icing on the top was the hot tub...now you would think a family would not use the hot tub ...especially with the daily temperatures of 85-95 but we did...the whole family enjoyed. The house is actually better than the pictures show. It ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, provisioning, etc. As the person that is usually responsible for explaining A/V systems and calling when something is broken, it was a joy for me personally. When I did communicate with Beth, she was very sweet and had a replacement dryer brought in within a few hours. I highly recommend this house! You won’t be disappointed.

The property was only about 15 minutes from Downtown Branson. An easy drive to any activities but out enough for privacy. We had a few blips but Beth was very responsive and did everything she could to rectify the situation. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home with a great lake view. We had nine people in our group and this place was just excellent for our get together. Space for all of us to eat together indoors and on the deck. Every couple had a King size bed and there were beds left over. Great hot tub and the pool was chilly but I love it that way. Excellent communication with Beth and always a fast response.

Our family had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and just as described. There was even a Christmas tree in the upper family room. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. What a perfect house for our family.

The house is beautiful. Several family members stayed here while participating in a family wedding at a nearby venue. The abundance of games, hot tub, theater space, large decks, and conversation areas made for fun and relaxing times. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The views of Table Rock lake are incredible. The communication and hospitality was 5 star and the host went the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable. Thanks so much! We’ll be back!

We loved everything about this house from the view to all the bedrooms! We never felt crowded with ten of us. The pool was a big hit since it was the low 90’s most of the week! The property wasn’t far from Branson maybe 25-30 minutes. We had lots of fun and would recommend this place.

We love staying here! The privacy is nice and having a pool, hot tub & basketball court is a great way to come together. The marina is close by to dock our boats and enjoy our family time on the lake. The kitchen is perfect for big gatherings in the large dining area or out on the spacious deck overlooking the lake. Thank you for a wonderful family time space.

Very beautiful setting, fabulous house and furnishings, very clean. Everything is top notch in this property. The location is quite close to Top of the Rock while being in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The sunsets from the back patio were stunning! The host has thought of everything, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Would definitely stay here again, or at any other property owned by this host.

We spent 4 days at this property that overlooked table rock lake near Branson and Big Cedar Lodge. The view was great and the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet area completely away from any main roads. If you want peace and quiet at a very nice home that is close to major attractions, this is the place.

We were there for a wedding and this house is perfectly located for the Infinity Chapel venue. We enjoyed the view and spaciousness of the house. The host was pleasant and responsive. The only suggestion is it would be nice to have a garage door opener.

We had a wonderful stay in Ridgedale. Leading up to the stay, Beth was friendly and responsive to our questions. The house was clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed, with plenty of space across the kitchen, two living rooms and game room. My kids loved the retro arcade game and foozball table. So happy we found this house for our stay!

What a great house! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning. We were 6 adults and each had a comfy king bed with a lake view and our own bathroom. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The upper and lower decks were large with the great lake views. We were very close to everything Big Cedar Lodge had to offer…golf, dining, and boat rentals. Beth with Beth’s Breakaways LLC was very quick to answer any questions and problem solve some minor issues. Everything we needed to know about the house was emailed to us before arrival. Our friends said of all the places we’ve been, Beth was the best property manager. Just a great vacation!

We enjoyed peaceful views of Table Rock Lake, with rosy sunsets every night. Refreshing pool time with just enough poolside seating to encourage everyone to frolic in the bath temp water. Would be nice if mowers bagged the clippings as it would simplify retrieving pool toys without dragging clippings back into the pool. We found lots of spaces throughout the home for kids and adults to hide, relax, or associate. We’ve seen larger kitchen layouts but the compactness of this one was OK. Billiards table was fun - needed a short cue for many shots… and it took a day for us to realize we could unscrew each cue! The trek up the driveway to discard bagged garbage certainly works better with a pickup than by hand. Nice King size beds almost everywhere. A/C was quite cool (except for the two bedrooms on the lower level near the billiards area). A few more small saucers and fruit cup bowls would make feeding large groups a bit easier. Lift station in lower level sometimes beeped an alarm even with only liquid flushes. Unsure why. Tried propane grill near the end of the week but couldn’t control the drippings from burning. Needs drip pans? Remotes on lower level need new batteries. We were unable to get the retro video game to work. Didn’t find mother lode of batteries above the fridge until later in the week. Plenty of hot water. Showers were immediate. Nice. Spacious Master Suite was perfect for one family with two children (2yrs and 6 mos).

Very well stocked house. Everything you need in a kitchen. 2nd kitchen and washer, dryer in lower level. All the TP and even shampoo etc needed in a bathroom. Plenty of trash bags etc. The pickle ball court was a huge hit with our group. Found a child’s t-shirt and some socks under a crib in one room from the previous guests. Otherwise pretty clean. As with all these homes it is very noisy. May need more frequent trash pickup as the bins were already more than half full and we created a lot of trash. All that was asked for check out was start a load of towels and take trash to bins. Not at all unreasonable. Very steep hills in the area. Beautiful decks and windows to enjoy the views.

Everything about this property was fantastic and the hosts were courteous and quick to respond to all communications. The location of this property is very private with a spectacular lake front view. All areas were squeaky clean with luxury amenities throughout the premises. The main kitchen had every fine cooking gadget you could need to facilitate baking and cooking gourmet meals. We only used the three upstairs bedrooms while enjoying the downstairs gaming area, but this would be great for a larger family getaway with ample room to spread out. The large above ground pool and hot tub were clean and ready to go as promised for our May 2nd check-in date. A welcome surprise was the newly added Pickle Ball court that we also enjoyed. This is without a doubt the nicest Vrbo property we have ever enjoyed and will undoubtedly book again. Many thanks to Beth's Breakaways for providing us the opportunity to enjoy your lovely property!

It was a great place to stay!!! Very homey and the view was amazing! The pictures don't do justice! It definitely exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well stocked, our host was very helpful, the hot tub and pool were a big hit for our family, and our favorite was the huge deck with the large table and chairs! When the weather was nice, it was wonderful to have our meals out there!
