Fabulous family resort with plenty of facilities for kids, 3 pools, two options for dining and friendly, efficient staff. Perfect for a reasonably priced family stay. USD 7 to animal kingdom and free transport to other parks from there. Very easy to access Disney and the Old Town. Perfect holiday, will return! Ask for the mattress topper if using sofa bed.

Only thing that could be imporved would be the upkeep on cleaning the 3rd pool off by its self, just a little tree fallings and bugs, but its nice that not many people use that pool so its nice to have the possibility to have a pool all to our self most of the time. Still a really great resort and i would probably stay here again

Property doesn’t look like the pictures that’s advertised at all. My unit was 724 in the 700 building. I had hair in both bath rooms. Ants in kitchen. Very old and mildue smelly unit. Me and my family was very uncomfortable with this unit. Staff at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I recommend no one to stay here.

The place was clean, spacious, and quiet. It's conveniently located near Disney parks, Disney springs, restaurants, shopping etc. We liked that we were able to purchase Disney park tickets at a discounted rate. The Pool area was clean and there was more pool area for all to share and a hot tub. We didn't like that they allowed people to play music at the pool. The staff was friendly and they responded when we needed something. We would go back to this place. It's great for families or individuals. There are so many good things we could say about this place.

The resort is very nice, I liked the amenities and the staff were friendly. My biggest complaint is that the room was dirty, it was not cleaned properly. Although the room could use some updating, that didn’t bother me as much. The dirtiness I couldn’t stand!! I complained to the front desk and was told my complaint would be given to management. I don’t think it was because no-one came to the room or even contacted me period. My partner and I cleaned the room ourselves, the floors were not swept, food stains on all the chairs and tables and counters, freezer was not cleaned, tub was dirty, mirror was dirty and the kitchen sink was not cleaned. Just overall ridiculous!! On top of that, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows are way too small and uncomfortable as well. The sliding door to the patio was hard to open and close and the patio table had cracks in it. Upon checking out I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not available. So I addressed these issues again with the person who checked me out and he said that was a not acceptable and even asked if someone came to the room to clean it and I told him NO! So he said he would pass my complaints along to management and have them contact me. So I’m still waiting!!

the air conditioning in the king room is an air split. it’s okay but the ceiling fan helped out a lot more. The room didn’t feel clean. Actually found a roach in our folded towels. i didn’t even feel comfortable after that to take a shower. I even found hairs in the shower that were left on the shower wall. I also didn’t really feel comfortable because our room was in front of the pool and there are no curtains only blinds and they didn’t even close all the way I had to individually turn each one I still didn’t feel comfortable felt like people were looking in. I arrive late originally on our first night and got a text from the lobby welcoming us to pick up our parking pass and welcome gifts upon arrival. It just seemed like they wanted an opportunity to give us a sales pitch to become a member and in fact, there is no free gifts.

The room was dirty and must, dead roach in master bedroom, faulty front door - family locked out for over an hour at midnight, no maintenance to assist, security guard had to assist with fishing the lock open whilst attending to a live altercation next door, which made my kids scared, visible mold in the kids' bathroom

Loved the location. Close to the parks and also near lots of dining options. Our room looked like it had been recently updated. The room and bathroom were very clean. Carpeting looked new and room appeared newly painted. Overall it was a very nice room with a microwave, refrigerator, safe, coffee pot and coffee and ironing board and iron if needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. You would need to bring cups for the coffee as there were none. We also brought some plastic spoons and forks for snacks. This is a resort and not a hotel. I read in previous comments that after you used the coffee, paper towels and toilet paper supplied, you are charged for additional so we took some extra with us. We didn’t have the greatest weather, lots of wind and rain so we weren’t able to use the pool. The pool and bar and grill area looked awesome and the menu items at the bar and grill were reasonably priced. The staff was was very pleasant and friendly. We would definitely go back again.

Traffic noise was ridiculous, building 400 is right up against a very busy road, by 5am every morning it was constant loud traffic. Could not sit out on balcony during the day because of all the traffic noise. Room was very dated, cracked tiles, cabinets that need repaired, low water pressure.

Very big and quiet 2 bedrooms villa. The mattress are very uncomfortable. In the living room there is no ceiling fan over the slipping sofa. The condition of the windows are terrible, we had heavy rain and all the water was leaking in to the room. Beside this the apartment was very convenient for 7 of us and definitely we will be back.

We booked rooms with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed and “sleep 4 people”. It was not possible to sleep on a sofa bed. The matrass was so thin that you could feel all metal parts of sofa. Their sofa beds cannot be considered as a place to sleep.

There was a continuous thumping all night long that kept me awake. It sounded mechanical as it continued at a regular rythym and was not a neighbor. Was it the Tesla cyber truck charging? It was right outside our room?. I also think the room needs blackout curtains. The blinds are not sufficient to hide headlights from cars that are parking directly in front of the sliders to the room at ground level. What were you thinking? The headlights from people leaving at 6:00am woke us up beaming brightly directly through the blinds.

We went to check in an hour after it was open to check in. They said our room wasn’t ready but it would be within 15 minutes. They told me I could leave and they would call me. They never called me and after an hour I called them and they said they forgot to call me.

Beautiful Resort with good amenities. Staff was very nice but not very responsive. I called front desk several times. A couple times the phone would ring out without an answer. Twice I got an answer but was immediately placed hold (I hung up after 5 mins first time and after 10 mins 2nd time). I eventually got thru 2 times (request for additional sheets and a follow-up on status of sheets. It took over 3 hrs to get sheets (Unsure since I fell asleep with my jacket before I saw sheets outside since it was dropped off in the night). This resort deserves to be rated higher but comparable properties with better service are abundant in Kissimmee/Orlando. I can't recommend.

The remote to the master bedroom TV was not working because it was for a smart tv. The flatscreen on the wall was not a smart TV. I called the front desk and maintenance came immediately. Within 30 minutes, I had a brand new LG Insignia tv on the wall. The staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. This resort is a timeshare. They offer $200 to do a tour when you check in. I told them I was not interested and the guy said ok, no problem. Never called or harassed me one time! I will stay here in the future.

Got hit on at every turn Presentation is a joke, they hit you up with 4 different people with different packages trying to get you purchase and never shared an exit plan. Any request for assistance was a waste of time since no one came to assist with issues. They say hospility but far from it during my stay.

The reason why the service was disappointing is because the room phones didn’t work and I would have to call from my cell phone to get to the front desk that took an average of 10 minutes of hold time. Also, during check in it took over 20 minutes to get checked in when we arrived a hour after our 4pm check in time.

I didn’t get to use the amenities so I can’t speak on those. Room was clean enough. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. The only reason I’m giving a 3 is because NO ONE wants to be hounded to go to a timeshare meeting. When we say NO thank you ONE time, that should be the end of it. We shouldn’t be forced to get our parking pass from them so they can hound us and ask us multiple times. I was even asked “why wouldn’t you want to do this and get money or a trip?” BECAUSE I SAID NO, that’s why!!!

Nick in tbe activities room was very nice, and we enjoyed the bead activity and he was patient and kind. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, and at 4:20p they said our room wasn't available, then found us a different room. Upon checking in i asked for a late checkout of 12pm which they offered and confirmed. At 10:45am a housekeeper opened the door to our room while I was in the shower and my young daughter was in the room. The only reason he didn't successfully enter was because I had the chain on. From the shower I yelled we had a late checkout of 12pm. He didn't even bother shutting the door and left it cracked open. He did the same thing 30 minutes later barging in, only to be stopped by the chain while my 6 year old daughter was naked and getting dressed causing her to scream. I called front office and they said they had no record of the late checkout, but when we went to the lobby she said "yes it's right here." As a female travelling with a small daughter this made me feel very unsafe. Unfortunate, as the pool and activities area was nice.

Great location. Stayed her for a staycation. There are several popular dining areas as well as places to shop. The resort is very kid friendly. They have a list of activities they offer throughout the day at different times. They have a movie theater with 4 showings of different movies per day. Basketball court, 3 pools. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with kids.

The rooms were very outdated. It didn't feel dirty but it certainly didn't feel clean. It was spacious but that's the only bonus. The room phone didn't work so there was no way to contact the front desk besides walking to it. They are in association with a time share who are aggressively trying to sell to you if you agree to the breakfast or "free gift." They claimed to have a restaurant but it was more of a 7/11 inside of the hotel. Nowhere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Overall, disappointed. Would not stay there again.

Clean and updated room and property. Everything was great including the store where the guy cooked to go orders, pleasantly surprised and his food was amazing. A great treat if you dont feel like cooking in the room but don't want to go out either. Just sat by the pool ate dinner then swam for a bit. I highly recommend this place!!!

The pool area was great! The pool cabana was excellent, the food, especially the coconut shrimp was wonderful! When the food was ready, he delivered to your loungers,, no charge, best prices and food we had all weekend!
