Anna Maria Island Beach Sands 202-Private Beach Access-Heated Pool

Beautiful view. Nice and Clean. Pool is small.

We were happy with the view and location, however, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Dirty walls and dishes detracted from the experience of being on vacation. Drywall work was terrible and repairs were obvious. Felt like we were staying in a flipped apartment. Had to wash all the dishes we used prior to using them. The pool was small and found bandaids and acrylic nails in it. The porch balcony was small with no fan. Wifi was sketchy. BBQ area had charcoals and cigar butts left in them with no utensils to clean them out. Would return to Anna Maria, but not this location.

In one word, incredible!!!As a person who has never rented before and only stayed in resorts, I was so apprehensive to go on vacation and not stay at a resort. But after much persuasion I did my research and took a leap of faith...... And WOW!!! That turned out to be one of my best decisions.The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and was awesome.The most amazing thing for me was the location. You couldn't have ask for a better location. The beach is literally only feet away.I will definitely be contacting Terry in the future to stay here again. Hopefully sooner than later.Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!!

Great location and we will stay here again

Our stay was great here. The location is great. We could walk to many stores and restaurants. The pool was very well maintained. The view of the sunsets were outstanding from our window or patio. The only negative is the location of the condo is a bit noisy with traffic but we got used to it. Thanks for having us!
