Modern 1 Bedroom, 10 minute walk to Downtown

Very nicely renovated apartment in an older home. Quiet. Well maintained. Clean. Grocery store nearby. Location close to downtown and easy to get on major roads. Parts of neighbourhood around a little sketchy. Made us reluctant to walk after dark but during daylight hours, no problem. Property host very responsive.

Beautiful, clean and updated interior, very nice place! Host was excellent, helpful and prompt. Peaceful background music upon entry was a nice touch! Close to downtown, which is grewt for food and entertainment. Not the greatest area of Moncton, however. No issues at all, just felt a bit sketchy at night. The city seems to have a severe homeless problem.

Property was fine , 1bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean . But, be aware that 71 Dominion st location, has an other AirB@B above it . Its an oldeeer house thats been nicely converted. We were disappointed that a good nights sleep isnt possible here , due to foot stomping from traffic and voices herd from above us . As late as 2am the following morning . You might want to keep shopping , if you like sleeping nights as much as us .

This is our second time here and we enjoyed our stay just as much as our first time. Ann always takes great care of us.

This apt is marvelous! Everything was so bright & super clean, & was better than it looked in the pictures. Would love to just take it around with us as we travel.
