A rare find - bright gorgeous 3 bedroom home nestled on Lake Marble Falls!

This is a great property and great location. Great for relaxing, fishing, and grilling. Five minutes from town which is super convenient for grocery store trips and beer runs. My family and I look forward to returning again.

Great communication! We had a little trouble getting into the house with the original access code. The host was quick to respond and we were good to go in no time! Clean house. Great view. Plenty of parking. Close to the park and downtown.

Beautiful property! Easy check-in and listing pictures are accurate. Kayaked on the Colorado, fished from the dock, loved the lower covered patio with the Adirondack chairs. Comfortable beds (we only used the 2 king beds, so cannot speak to the twins). Kitchen had ample pots, pans, and utensils (could use some more wine glasses, there were only two ;) We had planned on spending more time in Marble Falls and area, but enjoyed the property so much we barely left, ate all but one meal there, and even when it was raining, we stayed at the property enjoying the view. Thank you for also being pet friendly, our pup enjoyed the views, too!Please note that there are a lot of stairs from the parking area to the house, and from the house down to the dock, so if you have mobility issues that could be a concern. Otherwise, highly recommend this property!
