Really nice staff, great workout space and the coffee was amazing. I did have a little trouble with the hear, it never seemed to get as warm as the thermostat read. The shower could have been a tiny bit cleaner but outside of thses 2 issues, i have no complaints. I'd visit again.

Loved that it was right off the interstate, having stopped just for the night the location was perfect. We enjoyed the two rocking chairs outside and actually wished there were four, but could see the room wasn't available for more.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Close to everything in Crown Point, Indiana. Indoor pool was warm and relaxing with jacuzzi like jets on two sides of the square pool. Breakfast was a higher level with real eggs and great smoked polish sausage.

I got there at at 9pm and my sheets had hair on it toilet had urine on it and used towels from previous guest lest sitting over the shower rod. Called front desk and straight out resided to help tile the manager came in which he never did we left did not get refunded I kept calling the hang up on me

Our room was spotless and housekeeping was very helpful. Our group ended up being snowed in due to weather and the hotel had plenty of space to utilize for us to play games and catch up. All around a lovely hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Much newer property. Easy enough access to I-65, but not right along the freeway so it was quiet. Being newer, everything was as you expected. Comfortable beds, good AC, quiet. Breakfast provided was adequate, I'd say a little lower than many other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at, but that's always an added benefit.

Lovely stay. Desk staff was delightful and helpful with explaining the amenities of the hotel. The breakfast area was comfortable and clean. Only dislike was that the mattress in the room was uncomfortable, wish it had a better mattress, but I know that is subjective.

For the price I paid the room was very small, when I checked in and went to my room the tv wasn’t receiving a signal the front desk nicely helped me but that was frustrating , also I only had two bath towels in the room.

The room was clean and updated but this a new Hampton Inn Hilton so it should be in great shape. I did not appreciate that you could not darken the room completely. The screen was fixed and let the sun in early in the morning so sleeping was difficult. There could have been a couple of more towels. Overall, well suited for my needs.

The hotel and staff were good. The location is great as it sits really far back from the highway and the rooms have no traffic noise. The only real issue was NO water pressure at all. It literally was a trickle. The room was comfortable and big. Would stay here again hoping they can fix the shower issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The continental breakfast offered a great variety of foods. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I loved the shower. Only complaint I have, and it might have just been a defect in my room, but the bathroom had no exhaust fan so after showers the entire room became incredibly humid and uncomfortable for awhile.

the room remained at 78 degrees the entire time we were there, staff told us they had issues with the thermostats in the room but nothing was done, we used the sink in the bathroom one time and it was clogged the entire time we were there

It was a great stay. Everything was clean and updated. The continental breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The highlight of the stay was the front desk employee, Jordan. He was such a pleasure. I recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for road trips. Easy on and off highway. On-site free parking! Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is nice when you have to hit the road in the morning. Rooms were clean and beds were cozy. Thank you for a great stay!

I would've given this all excellents except the breakfast area person in charge was a bit lax on her duties. I was there around 8:45 and the hot pot with the oatmeal was soup - lots of liquid and just bits of oatmeal floating around. The cereal containers were either empty or small portions. Enough eggs for probably 3 servings and 4 pieces of sausage. What looked like cut up potato pieces were in some kind of liquid - maybe broth? But the potatoes were swimming in it. Seating, however, in this area is excellent with lots of it. Otherwise, everything else was excellent starting with the nice gal at check in and our room. What I truly appreciated was the walk in shower rather than a tub to climb over. Room prices are a bit steep but I felt safe here and you can't put a price on safety. There was coffee and hot chocolate always available in the lobby area. I wasn't disappointed overall in choosing this over others although this was chosen because of it being closest to the funeral home I was in town for.
