Hotel person at front desk not friendly. Making jokes about football teams. Later in trip same front desk person could not help us with Television that was not working. Hot tub at hotel not working. One of the reason's that I booked there. I should get a refund of one day.

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was really good. Great big area to sit and enjoy. What I liked the best was the little bar area where i could get a drink and that we could order pizza to take to our room or to eat in that amazing large area.

I had a great time at this hotel the only negative was the pool area was small but hot tub was great! Check in was excellent and I was able to check in early around 1:30 after hiking in the morning at state park and around Mankato. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage links and diced potatoes! Coffee was the best I ever had at a hotel which they had a coffee machine with multiple choices. Pizza and a bar at the hotel which was convenient a little pricey but nice to have an option. Close to highway 14 and gas station close by! Came and stayed to go see the lights at Kiawanis lights which was close to hotel!

Liked the pool and hot tub. It had an on-site bar area with outdoor seating. Easy check-in and out. Hot/cold breakfast was delicious. Very nice, clean atmosphere.

The pool was much smaller than anticipated for a new facility, hot tub was closed when we visited for Christmas celebration, and we could hear pounding from the floor above all night. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and rooms were very nice and quiet.

Checked in, unlocked room, not cleaned. Came back 2 hours later, still not cleaned. Clerk gave me another room. Room very comfortable and quiet, breakfast below average.

The property was in a good location and the room was clean and the property clean. But we stayed on the second floor and the entire florist smelled so bad like marijuana. We had to race into our room and race out to keep the door shut as much as possible. When I went down to talk to the desk staff about it they just said they’d keep their eye on it. Even though it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. I don’t care that people smoke marijuana, but do it outside just like cigarettes! Thank God, we didn’t have any of our little kids with us.!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. However did tell staff that the bathroom in our room was never cleaned before our arrival. There was hair on the floor & in the tub. Water marks all over the floor from the people before us. Also white power of some sorts all over the floor. The room itself seemed cleaned...just not the bathroom. It was like it wasn't even touched!

Nice room. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Didn’t have a working phone. Asked for a replacement but didn’t work. I forgot my cellphone and needed phone to come with family . Walk in shower was very slippery and no safety grab bars.

The person who checked us in was INCREDIBLY rude. Our room wasn’t ready yet, which was fine so we went to wait in the lobby. He yelled “HEY YoU!! Come here!” when it was ready. I asked when breakfast was and he said “It’s on there” pointing at our card holder. Then we couldn’t find the elevator and he just ignored us! I have NEVER seen anything like it. Then, showers had NO water pressures. Overall a bad experience. Won’t want to to stay again and I definitely won’t stay in this one in Mankato again.

We were checked in by David. I believe he's the manager. Extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fed and pillows were comfortable. A Well-kept hotel. Pretty landscaping in front. Everyone was nice and friendly. Check in and check out wete both quick and easy.

Check in was great. Very nice guy at the front desk. Quick and easy process. Clean lobby, nice and simple little bar area. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. (We had a “king suite with sofa bed”)

For the weekend that I stayed, the cost of the hotel room was very high. The overall hotel isn’t terrible if you’re spending around $100-130 per night but it wasn’t worth it for me. The overall environment was very concerning for two young women traveling together. We felt like we were being watched the entire time by the individuals who chose to sit outside on the curb and drink. It was not the safest feeling hotel. Aside from that, the bed was comfortable, room was okay, and pool was decent. I wouldn’t return but it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Mankato and my stay there were uninspiring. The location is farther away from civilized life than I would have liked. When I arrived I was greeted by the least friendly and most unhelpful person I have worked with at any hotel in the past 5 years. My stay there is not leaving me wanting to return though I will be back to Mankato on a regular basis

Hotel was extremely clean and updated. Our room was big & bed was super comfy. Free breakfast was very good w/ eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, yogurt & more. Highly recommend. We were pleasantly surprised, especially for only paying $110 a night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and warm. The hot tub was nice and hot. The continental breakfast had a good selection and was fresh and hot. The hotel was clean and quiet. There weren't fancy amenities but we were happy with our room and the price.
