I’ve stayed at this hotel before as it’s very close to the Shin-Yurigaoka train station near my Mom’s place. Having stayed before I can compare the room furnishings and can say they are not created equal. Mattresses are very hard as is the pillow. Quite typical of Japanese hotels. Amenities ok. This room was dated, rug needed cleaning, and the bathroom floor was tilted and felt like a cruise ship bathroom. Not impressed as the room needed major updating. Breakfast has two choices; American or Japanese with self-serve juice/coffee bar. Breakfast could also use updating as it’s the same choice year after year. All in all, it’s an average hotel. Staff are attentive, rooms need updating.

子供の受験で利用しました。駅から近いのと、静かなところが良かった。朝食も美味しかったです。強いて言えば、空気清浄機の加湿部分のフィルターが綺麗だとは思えない感じで、（もし支障ないのであれば、すみません）使用しませんでした。でも、また利用する機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Room was clean and quiet, however, if you get a larger room on the 8th floor, the sound of the hallway air conditioner comes through the vent in the room. If you book with breakfast you get a choice of a meal, western or Asian.staff in the restaurant were so lovely.

The hotel is just a few steps from the train station that rapid express stops. That made it easy to travel to other nearby towns. Our room included breakfast, and it was simple but very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. If we come back to this area, we’d like to stay here again.

Very clean, spacious, nice breakfast (choice of western or Japanese). Beautiful facility next to the mall and taxi/train/bus station. Well worth the price. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our standard twin rooms. Pros: Fresh light decor Ambient lighting Spacious Coffee/tea making facility Very good pillows Breakfast simple but well made Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers Cons: We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff. More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome. I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential.
